Heh, yeah, I'm invested in ICU and they keep having to dilute. Made me wary of any stocks with multiple RS. I invested in ICU after their RS and approval as a humanitarian device for children. Figured they would start making revenue and dilution wouldn't be much of a risk during the adult trial. Of course, it is time consuming for hospitals to approve a humanitarian device, and the adult trial is taking longer than expected. This has resulted in much more dilution than I first expected. The issue with APVO is how long after approval will they start making a profit? They will need to get medical sites and insurance to use their drug, and that takes time. Pharmaceuticals are just very slow, even with excellent news.
Yes, but all biotech companies go through RS until they get their work approved by FDA and start making profits. Among the three stocks I mentioned, APVO is the closest one to starting making the profit. They will be turning positive in Q4 2025 and their revenue will keep growing every quarter after that.
ATOS and RVPH seem like good choices, as they have a fair bit of institutional ownership. APVO seems rather high risk, as they have 3 RS in the last 2 years and zero institutional ownership.

Share price is only $1.05 right now and their estimated revenue is expected to hit over one billion USD in 2031. This is a stock that can go x200-500. **RVPH** \- Reviva Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. They're working on a schizophrenia drug that is at final stages. Estimated revenue is 700+ million USD by 2031. Share price is $0.80 currently. **APVO** \- Aptevo Therapeutics Inc. They have been working on several cancer treatment drugs, and the company is expected to make their first revenue by end of this quarter. Share price is currently $1.72.

I feel like APVO has a short squeeze potential
APVO is interesting 100% remission rate on their new leukemia drug and heavy volume this morning. Last time they had only a 80% remission rate and it shot up 500%.

This volume is key, stock that stay at their average volume for a couple months with little to no upward or downward movement all of a sudden have a 3x volume day with maybe 10% gain then stay flat with the same 3x volume, something is definitely brewing. I also look for stocks that tend to trail other bigger tickers. The other 50% of the time its pure dumb luck on some beat down stock that the hedgies and MMs use to scalp "dumb money" from fomo investors. APVO being one of my recent winners but that one had some other stuff going on with FTDs and a super low float after a R/S.

Tonix: TNXP. Forecasts for the next year are looking pretty damned good: Just obtained a $34 million contract with the government. Several different medications that are being developed including an antiviral and fibromyalgia treatments that are very promising. Might be worth a look for people. Other stocks I’m holding are APVO, AKTS, SOUN, RITR, and LGMK.

A few weeks later they disclosed an FDA application on a Friday after close and it shot up 600% in after hours. Sold it the next Monday AM for a tidy 10k profit. Of course I squandered all the profit trying to repeat the same stunt so thems the breaks

absolute scam. Got scammed big time today! Bought APVO which went parabolic in premarket. App did not show the position anymore and did not let me sell my position. I was big in the green, when I was down 10% the app started to work again, not the first time that happens!!!! Stay away!
$APVO $HTGM are my picks for today, APVO seemingly running without news tread carefully I am at work but will dig more on it when I have a chance, HTGM looks as good today as it did after hours Friday when I called it.
