Quantum computing for sure. GOOG, QBTS, QUBT, IONQ, RGTI, ARQQ, IBM But certainly there is a risk, as most if not all of them are in R&D phase yet. Whether it's 1-2-3 or 10 years since some of them prove to viable is a risky bet, but it will be an important field. I would also bet on cyber security and robotics as well due to the rise of AI.

I'm thinking it pumped all week. We're past due for a dump. Also it is curious that QMCO, which was trading higher than IONQ last year, ran up to $90 and then there was a rug pull down to $7. QMCO investors who jumped in at $50 or $80 are still holding significant bags. The reason I mention QMCO was because it was one of the 6 quantums I was tracking. QMCO, IONQ, RGTI, QBTS, QUBT, ARQQ. I've been tracking these for 2 years now, scalping them to make money. I think IONQ might get rugged like QMCO was at or close to the $90s but idk.
Yes I remember the price swinging up and down a lot and almost got fed up of it myself. If it makes you feel better I bought ARQQ around $10, and sold at $20. Today it is just shy of $50.

I do make money. Went from 87k in 2021 to 234k in 2025. My small bets and short term plays are nerve racking. Maybe Im getting old. My QUBT, QBTS and ARQQ game got me over 150% in last December. I 2nd the QNCCF and add ARQQ. The hidden part of Quantum computing needs is the new security needed to protect against it. Think of pre-quantum computer safe encryption versus post-quantum computer safe encryption in banking, medical, governments, utilities and communications including all those cell phones. The quantum computer changes a lot in the world. As for is it applicable. I feel we are in the Gates “Why would we need more than 4Gb of memory blocks.” Or IBM’s giant room size computers and comment about no usefulness of home computers. I remember 20 years ago my physics professor saying, we won’t see quantum applications outside of research in our lifetime… it will be 100 to 150 years from now. Now look at the technologies out there. The next generation or two will only want “quantum inside” on the labels.
Saying we are decades away might be less than true. Sure it seems hyped right now but when you look at market cap of the top 10 quantum companies, you really don’t have much there yet. Not even close to a bubble just not much in revenues. Will AI help with breakthroughs in quantum? I don’t know. One thing is clear the possibility of true quantum solving is still out there. I like ARQQ for their technology. Also like ARQQW . No reason to put all of your money into quantum, but putting 1 or 2% is probably a wise choice.
I think ARQQ is going to have a decent run, but it's relying on trade secrets to deliver a encryption service. You can't patent a mathematical process, just the way you deliver it. Bound to be competition. Sure, Norton held on to anti-virus software long enough to make it a great investment, but having only that one egg in your basket doesn't seem like a company that can hold on forever.

The other industry I put money into last year was Quantum. Stocks like QBTS, IONQ, ARQQ. Made some good gains (but tried to be cute and didn't make as much profit as I should have). I have like $7k invested across them and would have probably double that had I not been a moron when things spiked last December and then fell massively. That's an industry that has like 20-30 years to run before it gets to more maturity, so it super risky, but at least over the last year has been good. Otherwise, my advice is pretty much look in the industry where you work, you know it better than most others, and ask yourself who the likely good companies are, find them out, especially the small and medium caps, and invest some money, and just don't sell for a long time if you think the industry is going to grow. There aren't many ways to get an unfair advantage in trading, so in my view trading within your own working industry is the best way.
I’m in September 140 calls. Bought 10 contracts around 139 yesterday and another 10 around 130. Kicking myself for thinking this was oversold when it hit the lower Bollinger Band. Hoping for a V-Shaped recovery or at least for it to find support. I’m rooting for you, cuz if you make money, I make money. Also bought ARQQ, ARAI, and GRRR. Looks like a sector wide dump and rotation into more defensive stocks. Wish i hadn’t been so hasty with my buys. But at some point. AI and Quantum stocks will find a ground and bounce if not make new highs. Question is… when and for how long will this AI/Quantum sell off last? Down over 30% in a week! Sheesh!

Arqit Quantum ($ARQQ) seems to be forgotten by traders. Why there's next to no volume?
A) I agree with IONQ puts. B) RGTI put is riskier because 1) its valuation isn’t as bloated as IONQ and 2) it’s releasing its next iteration of Ankaa this month (June), so there’s a risk of a pop on the hype. C) Agree on QUBT puts D) I would NOT bet against QBTS at this time. It’s got the momentum, big money is pouring in, and it—arguably—has some potential applications NOW. Annealing sidesteps some of the difficult intractable gate problems that plagues the others. Don’t short this stock until its market cap reaches that of IONQ. E) There are other indirect quantum plays, such as in quantum security. ARQQ, BTQQF, and LAES are fairly safe plays now primarily due to their low market caps, compared to the others above.
I bought into a lot of it QUBT, QBTS, IONQ, RGTI & ARQQ and just sold all of it yesterday & last friday... made a bunch of money but I actually do want to invest in it long term. Was just curious to see what the community thinks of quantum in general... a lot of people think its a hoax.

Starting a long position on Monday. I think you are seeing a setup like ARQQ back in late 2021. Arqit (ARQQ) ran up after its SPAC merger on an ultra-low float. Shorts piled in trying to arb the spread between the common and warrants, thinking they'd ride the dilution. But the float was too tight, borrow was expensive, and the shelf filing + redemption timing trapped them. ARQQ dropped hard in late Sept–Oct 2021 as arbs shorted the common… Then it reversed violently once the shelf was filed and shorts realized they were boxed in. Same thing is happening now with BULL: * Float was <2.1% at launch * Borrow rate is over 400% * Shelf hasn’t even been filed yet * Redemption can trigger in early May * Warrants are unexercisable — can’t hedge If this shelf goes effective and the stock's still hovering in the $20s–$30s… good luck to anyone still short.

RGTI, QS, IONQ, QUBT, ARQQ, QBTS. I have LEAPS on all of them, 2027 exp. IBM is another good play.
Look at the forest not the trees. This is a pennystock forum. I “missed” the moves by $IONQ and $ARQQ after they had already burned out of pennystock land, so I went with $RGTI, $QUBT, and $QBTS…but they also are out of the $5 range now. So the ones left are very volatile, OTC stocks and not something I’d take lightly (aka recommend for long term hold, at this point).
I like all three for different reasons and they were still good entry prices for me. I did miss the moves on $ARQQ and $IONQ but oh well. I am very curious if $ARQQ wins or has a parabolic move because of its relatively low float of 12.5M shares (or maybe they dilute first?). Let’s not get me started on battery tech haha … okay, I’ll bite ;) $QS, $MVIS, $SES, $SLPD, $EOSE…but then how are we supposed to leverage critical type backups when battery runs may not be enough? BTW: QMCO is not a QC company, ARQQ is almost a scam (they changed the business model, from satellite quantum encryption, to post quantum encryption...) :-) Long on 4000 RGTI e playing options also on IONQ, following QC since more than 20 years ... I'm puzzled about all this craze.... :-)

No worries bro! I am very well aware I am unorthodox, go my own way kind of guy. I opened positions on all the quantum computing stocks in April, lost everything on Zapata but yesterday I was at 480% gain on QUBT (pullbacked a bit) finally getting to break even on ARQQ, and solid gains on the rest. PATH is my largest position now, 41,000 at 12.43 average. PARA I have a smaller position and I think its going to take at least 2Q before it can reverse, it is holding steady between 11.5 and 12.5. but that stock will easy be at 30 next year. If not more. RBOT should reach 12.5 soon. That is a longer term play, big catalyst coming soon before year end. And so on... I try to look for overlooked stocks.

Ok very quick research, company has 6 months left of cash, 3.7M, spending a cash burn of 1.8M per Q. So basically if you are spending 1.8M per Q you are: A) not developing any AI B) not developing anything. A clinical development process costs millions. Plus, its not even shorted, it wont squeeze, the data you are looking say nothing by itself, word of advice dont chase squeezes. Almost no one here understands how a squeeze really work. Share for shorting availability says nothing by itself, and actually in most cases a low availability signals it is not squeezable (if thats even a word) This IS financial advice: stay away from this one. If you want to check out some companies with potential Pennies: RBOT, QUBT, CYN, ARQQ, QBTS, CYBN, ABOS, RGTI Mid cap: PATH, PARA I recommend using DilutionTracker.com to check cash position on pennies before even doing more research. All Quantum stocks are getting a lot of interest, QUBT being the most bought, I bought it at 1 and the lowest was I believe .40 cents, closed yesterday above 4. Did an offering now so it will pull back considerably. This is NOT financial advice, just some examples of stocks I like and have positions, small in some and very large in others, do your own research.

What’s the consensus on Arqit Quantum? ARQQ, think it will keep going up? Bounced off the bottom, negative PE. Not sure if it’s a lo term play or a short term bump around quantum computing.
Yeah maybe. But are you part of the quantum subreddit? I am. It’s extremely technical but even quantum physicists don’t understand the absurdity of HFT algos and how long a market can be irrational. I am a fan of $RGTI, but got burned buying above $1 then watching it drop all the way down to the $.70 range. After the recent $IONQ news and surge, I took a look at the industry again and sense it’s going to get some attention. Right, wrong, or indifferent. So I re-opened a position in $RGTI, and also in $QUBT and $QBTS. If I were to speculate, the low float of 6.825M shares makes $ARQQ the more likely to have any sort of squeeze if major news is announced, but that’s already $8.14.
I got some $ARQQ "Arqit Quantum Inc" ... been a very bumpy ride ... but I do believe encryption will be an issue and I'm holding. Quantum encryption will eventually be the next best encryption method, IMHO. Also holding NNVC ... they have some promising antiviral meds in the works. Could be life changing meds for RSV, Covid, Pox strains, etc. Also been a bumpy ride. But I believe both will be worth it long term (or not, who knows?)...
ARQQ seems(!) to be recovering from its a busy month of dilution, new CEO, and reverse split blues, up >100% in <10 days. Still only trading at about .7% of peak. Remember when quantum was the future of SPACs? (it still is, as in: not the present)
