ATXG. We both got in at .60 and are up 50% but once the bitcoin acquisition is complete they will have the 8th largest BTC wallet on earth. $ATXG, been in since around 0.55 with near 100% profit right now. Just wanted to remark that I believe a heavy pump is incoming and some funny DD I’ve done. At first this was a buy the rumor, sell the news. But with compliance upcoming if $1 holds and the company holding it, a pump to me is in the horizon. Is this a scam Chinese company that's probably laundering money? Yes, l've done my research. Does that mean you can't make money? No. They need this to pump to launder, just like they did years ago to $900. I'm positive that this bitcoin WILL come in because it's another scheme to launder crypto. With the end of the year coming up and a need to obscure any of their illegal activities before financial statements are finalized and submitted to regulators and auditors, the EOY deadline puts pressure on them to "clean" any illicit funds and manipulate financial records. With companies and firms being audited every 3 years, and the last time ATXG pumped was 3 years ago *cough*, they might just have to pump one more time before the EOY. 😂😂

Currently all the holders have zero clue what the time-line is looking like. However, the company itself has had no news for the past 2 months. Further, the short float is 0.29% because the reality is, is that shorting this stock is insanely risky. IF all goes well, this is an acquirement of a $1.384 billion BTC treasury and will rocket the stock. The non-binding term sheet was announced July 2nd. The following 4-12 weeks usually includes negotiating pricing mechanics, custody, reps/warranties; assessing Nasdaq Rule 5635 implications and prepping LAS notification *as per ChatGPT 5's Deep Research Model*. 12 weeks from July 2 marks September 24. My timeline to hold is September to November. The market is hot, ATXG's market-cap is 7.38 million, and if this goes through, the % increase will make $QMMM's look measly. However, we are essentially gambling that this will be successful and waiting for the day that ATXG publicly announces it. Until then, this is all 'up-in-the-air' and ATXG can back out and cancel whenever they would like.
I am in ATXG and hold around 10,000 shares at an average of $0.6295. He's not quite wrong, the non-binding agreement is in the first part which can take up to 45 days to go through (it hasn't gone through just yet). If the news gets fully released and this agreement is successfully, we would see the price absolutely rocket up. Please ask me any questions or concerns you might have, I truly believe this stock has the potential to 1000%. This is of course a risk still, but don't invest what you can't afford to lose as always.

Just a wild guess based on what’s been going on lately, a replay of $ATXG, that was a wild ride.
I bought $ATXG for $250 ($2,500 split adjusted) and sold at a +160% one-day gain hours later... or at least thought I did. Didn't check if the order went through, was too excited. Woke up the next day to a 50% loss not realizing I didn't mark the order as extended hours 🫠
Add $BGLC to your watchlist. Being uplisted by Network 1 who always seems to have 1,000% runners. Very fishy. For reference, look what they did to $ATXG last year.

It's all junk in this economy, everything is a pump n dump in my book. But, that's just how I run my game. Risk level is stupid high to hold anything but tangible assest, like my ballz...

LICN, Chinese IPO, just released recently. Same underwriter as a few other Chinese IPOs that popped off a bit. Not as much as HKD, ATXG, and such, but enough to make 700% gains at the right moment.

I think it’s a wonderful idea. If I were you, I would look at every stock that has tanked to 1/4 it’s value in the last year. THOSE are the stocks you want to buy, because they’re on a 75% discount. Also, grab some HKD and ATXG shares while you’re at it. Those are both relatively safe companies created by our good and loyal friends in China. Nothing can go wrong with that. You are correct in regards to Chinese stocks. Some of us have bought it on the low some time ago including SJ, ATXG, MEGL, SHPH and etc and we step sell on the pump and take profits. Learned from FOMO and YOLO mistakes before so we are just step selling now instead of buying.

Thanks for the info. I looked up r/AtlisMotors and they seems to be having the same issues, they do not have access to their shares. Someone seems to be actively proping the stock up, similar fashion can be seen at HKD, ATXG etc which is why I was curious bout their underwriter.

Not likely since ATXG was an uplisting and nobody was given a heads up. LICN is an IPO and Webull is offering pre orders. ADTH is starting to look interesting. Has a great cash position of 64M, its basing around the 2.50 to 3.00 range but dropped from 9-10 range. Has a strong balance sheet, 77% institutional investors, Insiders own 7%, and patented tech, projected for year revenue of 160-180 million. I established an initial position of 1k shares and will bird dog. Anyone else familiar with this company? Do your own DD if you are interested. I'm also playing ATXG for the 2d time, and two IPOs on Monday ZTOPU, and LICN. If the charts align, I will trade in and out of the IPOs for 10 mins max.
