Looks like AZTR is moving, quiet morning so far
Buy some AZTR its cheap and even for penny profits at that cheap a price, it'll make you some coin.
Finalllyyyyy AZTR running on news.. merely fumes.. I'll take the crumbs
My holdings AZTR sucks ..LBGJ sucks...RUBI is TRASH.. forewarning stay away ,..they are killing me https://preview.redd.it/r7jiiy2w5dug1.jpeg?width=3072&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=69df6993668a3a2cca0b66ef788fd01d4823555e
I can’t, I’m bought in to the hype. Sold IBRX right before it took a huge shit, bought back in with my profits and letting it ride. Im pretty sure SLS has a legit drug and will get approval and a buyout, at least enough to let some serious money ride on it. They also have a promising secondary product that will be a buyout target in a couple years. DRTS just has a cool concept and I hope they straight up cure cancer. AZTR is straight up hilarious and one of the most schizophrenic stocks I have ever seen. It’s completely disconnected from the market and I have about 1% of my portfolio in it for fun.
Hmm... >The recent moves with Azitra (AZTR) highlight a classic "micro-cap biotech" pivot. The company is essentially trying to survive a cash crunch while maintaining its long-term clinical goals. >Here is a breakdown of what these developments actually mean for the stock's outlook: >The Funding "Lifeline" (The PIPE Deal) >The $31.4 million financing deal is a double-edged sword. >The Good: It solves the immediate "going concern" risk. Before this, Azitra had only $2.1 million in cash against an $11 million annual burn. This injection provides the runway needed to reach their H2 2026 clinical data catalysts. >The Bad (Dilution): The deal involves convertible preferred stock and warrants with an exercise price of $0.123. When these convert, the number of outstanding shares will explode. For current shareholders, this means their percentage of ownership will be significantly reduced, which often acts as a "ceiling" on how high the stock price can climb in the near term. >2. The Cosmetic Pivot: Faster Path to Revenue? >Biotech clinical trials take years. By moving into cosmetic proteins/peptides, Azitra is attempting a "shortcut" to revenue. >Market Impact: Unlike drug trials, cosmetic products don't require the same multi-year FDA gauntlet. If they can successfully partner with a major skincare brand in 2026, it would provide non-dilutive cash (revenue), which the market would likely view as a major de-risking event. >3. NYSE Compliance: The Clock is Ticking >The notice of non-compliance is a regulatory "yellow flag." >The Requirement: Azitra needs at least $6 million in stockholders' equity (they were at $3.8M at year-end). >The Impact: They have until April 1, 2027, to fix this. While they aren't getting delisted tomorrow, the stock will remain under a "compliance shadow." Investors usually want to see a clear path to that $6M mark—likely through the recent funding or a future reverse stock split—before they commit long-term. >4. Upcoming Technical & Clinical Catalysts >From a trading perspective, keep an eye on these specific windows: >Mid-2026: Topline data from the first cohort of the ATR-04 Phase 1/2 trial (cancer-related skin rash). >H2 2026: Topline data for ATR-12 (Netherton syndrome). >Technical Levels: The stock recently bounced hard off its 52-week low of $0.10, reclaiming levels near $0.28. If it holds above its recent support of $0.18–$0.19, it suggests the market has "priced in" the dilution for now.

AZTR moving, say what
Regretting not buying into AZTR at .12 last week lol
AZTR - lots of overnight movement and already back over 0.30 on volume.
Hop in AZTR. Has lots of room and if it crosses 0.40 (which on this volume it likely will), it could go to the 0.70 area.
Buy AZTR with your balance. Pennystocks bro
AZTR high volume! Already traded 1/4 of float in PM!
AZTR look at that volume scalp and exit
I have a feeling about AZTR. I know, I know - biotech dermatology. But there's something off about the share price staying so stable on 8m volume overnight. I'm in regardless but wondering if anybody has an opinion on it? Think we could see .30-40+ tomorrow?
Wow I really missed the boat not buying into AZTR at 0.165
Shorts trying to drive AZTR back down, beware

AZTR finally taking off. I thought it'd happen by year-end; better late than never.
Just measured my own tip performance. PLSR, HUI (LSE), SLS, and EOS (ASX) are up 35%, 48%, 81%, and 93% since I began mentioning them - thought SLS wasn't original. NUAI is up 35% since I recommended buying it after the short report. The clangers are AZTR, down 5%, and AVL with a big fat 0%. Some other biotech on my watchlist dipped 14%. Not sure if I mentioned it out loud or not. Oh, and FEIM is a godsend. It's my largest holding at an average of $26 and I am *cheesing* right now.
Can't recommend PYXS or AZTR enough for Q4 2024 biotech opportunities. The real star's still SLS, but PYXS and AZTR have explosive potential. It's also a great time to be accumulating INTS and FBLG. I put FBLG on a watchlist a month ago and it's up c. 50%. Outside of biotech, HUIPF and PLSR are primed for explosive growth - conceptually and financially. I'm still in awe at how committed HUIPF's CEO appears to be. She used her own stake as collateral for a credit line rather than dilute.
I'm still big on SLS, RVPH, and AZTR too.
Still shilling SLS, AZTR, INTS, and RVPH. My research on other biotechs continues.
WWR is in a very good position to build graphite mine and production facilities. I know people forgot about them after the critical minerals rally, but don't underestimate their position. PLSR plans ten new appraisal wells, which is a bit insane but mostly funded by warrants that have already been exercised. With an 1,000% increase in land assets near their Topaz project (on continuant geology), it is very unlikely any near-future appraisals will underwhelm. SLS is going to help me buy an island. No doubt whatsoever. Its drug (GPS) is for survivability, and data release is triggered by the eightieth patient death. The longer it takes to release data, the better the chance of that data being good. It's already a year overdue. AZTR is also in my port. No idea what its chances of good Phase II results are (haven't read the science), but it's such a small float a stiff breeze could trigger a multi-bag run. Still bullish on HUI (HUIPF) too. There's something very attractive about the company's recent momentum and unique strategic vision. They know *why* past stock performance is poor and seem to know exactly what to do to address it. Huge float, but mostly locked-up. Underrated potential for swings.
Bright green earlier today. Now a little red. Still not buying or selling *anything* until SLS or AZTR pop.
AZTR is more stable than my therapist.
Just waiting for SLS, AZTR, and PLSR news to drop. Whole market's either a falling knife or a bull trap and I don't care to find out which.
Saving the rest of my cash for a holiday. Hopefully AZTR or PLSR do their thing soon.
SLS and AZTR are my Q4 biotech plays. SLS has a far better product and prospects, but AZTR's float is tiny - even moderate results will send it up 200-300%. PLSR is also dropping new appraisals soon. If their helium-3 scales up with recent land purchases (i.e. +1,000%), we enter the fusion age and they become a three comma company in waiting. Next month, I plan to take big positions in HUI (Hydrogen Utopia International) and either ASX:EOS or INTS depending on the current state of INTS's cash flow. I'm still mad I sold INTS two weeks before it ran 600%. That's the last time I let reserve split fears shake me out.
Well, XLO didn't pan out by AZTR did and everything else recovered nicely - even WWR. Not a bad day, overall.
I was looking at AZTR feel like that might die out because it reached its peak. XLO looks good
XLO and AZTR. AZTR will probably complete its return to the mid-.4s during premarket so that play's almost done unless you hold speculative biotech. XLO is publishing new information on its Phase II clinical trials tomorrow.
Fake offering news on AZTR causes a massive dive but now great buying opportunity. News incoming too.
Watch AZTR for news this morning
AZTR. I’m getting in Monday before the catalyst on Tuesday when they present their positive news on clinical trials.
AZTR 100%. Big news coming on Monday should be an easy 2x flip.
Yea, definitely not expecting a long term hold in it and will keep a tight stop in it. I’ve learned not to bag hold on penny stocks because ultimately it’s a trash company and going to dump at some point😂. My main position over the weekend is ALPS but will make a quick buck on AZTR if it runs on good news. The shares left to short was based on some fintel data I saw yesterday, but never know how accurate
AZTR and DFLI are my plays next week. Wish I held MSAI longer!
Weren’t you telling people to buy AZTR yesterday? Which was a pump and dump?
It dumped like AZTR, bots were pumping them yesterday
Keeping my eye on AZTR, momentum still there after yesterdays spike. Potential for jump next week
Who here is bag holders HBIO and AZTR?
Watching AZTR in anticipation of their conference too
What did you enter and exit at for AZTR?
Same I sold HBIO and AZTR at a massive loss
Everyone spammed AZTR you didn’t call it💀 everyone already knew about it.
I called AZTR at 0.52 and you called me a bot. I called the EOD pump based on volume and you called me a bot. Now I'm calling a further pump AH. Am bot?
Screw the people who were hyping up HBIO and AZTR, literally using us as exit liquidity
AZTR still has a chance AH
u guys are downvoting AZTR but watch it AH
AZTR holding strong while others dump its going to rip after AH
Seems like AZTR is settling around 0.57. A pump to 0.80 is still in the cards today
HBIO and AZTR going to go crazy in AH
AZTR was an easy scalp. What's next?
AZTR buy it now AH gonna go crazy
AZTR catalyst coming on Nov3rd
