From stockwitz: [BLRX](https://stocktwits.com/symbol/BLRX) In the next day or 2 H.C. Wainwright will value Blrx above 20 dollars. This is the same playbook phil uses when he is slowly putting the knife in investors backs. You can bet the offering is helping one or two of his hedge fund Buddies. Phil talks about a collaboration with another firm. Every collaboration he has made has helped him and the board, not investors. Remember Phil is a liar and a thief.
Iβve been following BLRX for over a year now and itβs bounced off the bottom and built a solid base with their research expanding. This is a huge breakthrough for them to enter the ovarian cancer field.
Wow. Iβm in w 1524. If I had the money to buy 5000 I would have. BLRX at ASCO is huge.
Been trying to keep folks savvy to $BLRX. One of the last remaining independent biotech firms out there w super successful pancreatic cancer research. Small market cap, low float, pretty ripe for a big move, especially if thereβs an M&A
True, the ASCO presentation is already public, but the market hasnβt fully priced in the long term implications yet. Positive pancreatic cancer data isnβt just a one-day catalyst. It strengthens the broader clinical narrative for Motixafortide and could drive institutional interest as awareness grows. With such a low float and market cap, even modest new attention or accumulation can have an outsized impact on BLRX.
$BLRX surging for the past few days. Analyst target price is 12$ and 24$Β
$BLRX creeping up to last week's highs
BLRX has M&A potential after ASCO, especially with positive pancreatic cancer data. Itβs a small-cap biotech with a de-risked approved product and a promising second indication in a tough-to-treat cancer, exactly the kind of setup that attracts M&A/Partnerships. Took a licking today after an enormous Friday. Will be interesting to see how this week ends.
BioLineRx Ltdβs BLRX poster, which includes new data from the single-arm pilot phase of the investigator-initiated, randomized CheMo4METPANC Phase 2 combination trial, will be presented at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting. https://www.benzinga.com/trading-ideas/movers/25/05/45701512/why-is-nano-cap-biolinerx-stock-surging-on-friday?utm_source=MarketWatch&utm_campaign=partner_feed&utm_medium=partner_feed&utm_content=site&mod=mw_quote_news
Bought some BLRX, see where it goes. Had some good news on cancer treatment
What s everyone thoughts on BLRX? News good enough to keep it going? Or all down hill from here?
BiolineRx - $BLRX is scheduled to present at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting on Saturday, May 31, 2025. The presentation will feature data from a Phase 2b trial evaluating motixafortide in combination with cemiplimab and chemotherapy for first-line treatment of metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (mPDAC). This combination has shown promising results, with a 64% overall response rate and a 91% disease control rate in the pilot phase, significantly surpassing historical benchmarks. Volume is surging pretty well with the anticipation of this news.
Per Grok 1. For BLRX, at $2.96, a surge to $26 (the H.C. Wainwright target) would require relatively little volume if the float is, say, 1.5 million ADSs. For example, 500,000 shares traded (a third of the float) could trigger a squeeze, pushing the price up fast. Retail investors chasing quick gains might find this appealing, especially after the March 31, 2025, press conference highlighted pipeline momentum and cost efficiencies. 2. Short Squeeze Opportunities: Low-float stocks are prime candidates for short squeezes if short interest builds. As of early 2025, BLRXβs short interest was around 5.61% of its float (per MarketBeat data), or roughly 84,000-112,000 ADSs if the float is 1.5-2 million. If positive newsβlike a new in-licensing deal or SCD trial dataβsparks buying, short sellers covering could amplify the rally. Retail investors who got in early could see outsized returns, as seen in past low-float biotech runs (e.g., Cassava Sciences in 2021). 3. Amplified Impact of Catalysts: The press conference emphasized upcoming catalysts: in-licensing new assets in 2025, CheMo4METPANC interim results (2026-2027), and SCD trial progress. With a low float, these events could disproportionately move the stock. For instance, a $10 million milestone payment from Ayrmid (part of the $87 million potential) could double the current $11.45 million market cap, and limited shares mean the price reacts sharply. Retail investors might see this as a chance to ride speculative waves. 4. Retail-Driven Momentum: Low-float stocks often attract retail trader communities (e.g., on X or StockTwits), where coordinated buying can gain traction. BLRXβs small size and recent strategic pivot to "BioLineRx 2.0" could make it a buzzworthy pick, especially if X chatter picks up post-conference. This social momentum can draw in risk-tolerant investors seeking a "lottery ticket" play. ### Enticing Aspects and Caveats - Upside Potential: A move from $2.96 to $26 offers a 778% return, far exceeding typical market gains. The low float magnifies this possibility, making it a tantalizing bet for retail investors with small positions (e.g., $1,000 could become $8,780). - Volatility as Opportunity: The stockβs 52-week range ($0.14-$3.24) shows it can swing hard. Retail investors comfortable with day-trading or holding through dips might see this as a feature, not a bug. - Risks: The flip side is steep declines if catalysts disappoint. A low float cuts both waysβselling pressure can crash the price just as fast. Plus, BLRXβs ongoing losses (-$9.2 million in 2024) and reliance on milestones add fundamental risk. ### Conclusion BLRXβs low float is inferred from its post-split ADS count and typical biotech ownership patterns, likely landing it in the 1-2 million share range. For retail investors, the allure lies in potential rapid gains, short squeeze setups, and catalyst-driven spikesβbenefits heightened by the floatβs scarcity. Itβs enticing for those who thrive on volatility and biotech speculation, but the high risk of wipeout demands caution. If the strategy shift and pipeline deliver, the low float could be a rocket booster; if not, itβs a rollercoaster with no brakes.

BLRX - $ 0.28 - wtf is that shite!
Sure! AKBA: Akebia Therapeutics, Inc. (AKBA) is showing strong bullish momentum, with the current price at $1.64 significantly above its 30-day SMA of $1.353 and an RSI indicating overbought conditions across multiple timeframes. The MACD histogram is positive, suggesting continued upward momentum. Despite the lack of recent news, the stock's volume surge in recent days indicates heightened interest, possibly driven by speculative trading or anticipation of upcoming catalysts. Given the broader market's cautious optimism, AKBA may benefit from the tech and healthcare sector's resilience. For today's session, consider entering around $1.62, targeting $1.75 as the first price target and $1.85 as the second, with a stop loss at $1.50 to manage downside risk. Confidence in reaching the first target is high due to technical indicators, while the second target carries moderate confidence given potential market volatility. BLRX: BioLineRX Ltd (BLRX) is currently trading at $0.4501, showing a bearish trend with declining momentum as indicated by the RSI values below 35, suggesting oversold conditions. The stock has been on a downward trajectory, with the 10-day SMA ($0.4633) and 20-day EMA ($0.5023) both above the current price, indicating potential resistance levels. The MACD histogram is slightly positive, hinting at a possible short-term consolidation or minor rebound. Given the lack of recent news and low trading volume, the stock may continue to face selling pressure. For today's session, consider entering a short position around $0.455, with a first target of $0.440 and a second target of $0.430. Set a stop loss at $0.465 to manage risk. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to the oversold RSI, while the second target carries lower confidence given potential support near $0.440. ZIM: ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (ZIM) is showing strong bullish momentum, with the current price at $24.41, significantly above its 10-day SMA of $21.30 and 20-day EMA of $21.53, indicating a robust uptrend. The RSI values are in the overbought territory, suggesting potential for continued upward movement but also caution for a pullback. The MACD histogram is positive, reinforcing bullish sentiment. Given the broader market's cautious optimism, ZIM's recent volume surge and technical indicators suggest a favorable environment for a long position. Enter around $24.40, targeting $25.00 as the first price target with high confidence due to strong momentum, and $25.50 as the second target with moderate confidence considering potential resistance. Set a stop loss at $23.80 to manage downside risk. This analysis assumes no significant negative news impacting the shipping sector today.
Sure! BLRX: BioLineRX Ltd (BLRX) is currently trading at $0.4759, showing a bearish trend with significant downward momentum as indicated by the RSI values below 30, suggesting oversold conditions. The MACD histogram is negative, reinforcing the bearish sentiment. The stock has been under pressure, with the 10-day SMA ($0.4849) and 20-day EMA ($0.5366) both above the current price, indicating potential resistance levels. Given the lack of recent news and low trading volume compared to its 65-day average, the stock may continue to face selling pressure. In the broader market context, the cautious optimism and mixed signals from major indices could further impact BLRX negatively, especially if macroeconomic headwinds persist. For today's session, consider entering a short position around $0.4759, with a first target of $0.46 and a second target of $0.44, setting a stop loss at $0.49. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to technical indicators, while the second target carries lower confidence given potential volatility and market unpredictability. FRSX: BioLineRX Ltd (BLRX) is currently trading at $0.4759, showing a bearish trend with significant downward momentum as indicated by the RSI values below 30, suggesting oversold conditions. AKBA: Akebia Therapeutics, Inc. (AKBA) is currently trading at $1.32, with technical indicators suggesting a neutral to slightly bearish outlook. The 10-day SMA is below the 20-day and 30-day SMAs, indicating potential downward pressure. The MACD histogram is negative, reinforcing this bearish sentiment. RSI levels are hovering around neutral, suggesting limited momentum in either direction. Given the broader market's cautious optimism and AKBA's lack of recent news, expect range-bound trading with potential downside. For today's session, consider entering a short position around $1.32, targeting $1.28 as the first price target and $1.25 as the second, with a stop loss at $1.35. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to current technical signals, while the second target carries lower confidence given potential market volatility. RIVN: Rivian Automotive (RIVN) is currently trading at $10.36, showing a significant downtrend over the past month, with technical indicators like the RSI hovering around 33, indicating oversold conditions. The MACD histogram is slightly positive, suggesting potential for a minor rebound, but the overall sentiment remains bearish due to production challenges and financial losses highlighted in recent news. The stock's 10-day SMA of $10.479 is below its 20-day and 30-day SMAs, reinforcing the downward momentum. Given the broader market's cautious optimism and Rivian's specific supply chain issues, expect further downside pressure. For today's session, consider entering a short position around $10.40, with a first price target of $10.00 and a second target of $9.75. Set a stop loss at $10.60 to manage risk. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to oversold conditions, while the second target carries lower confidence given potential for short-term rebounds.
$BLRX to the moon π€βοΈπππππ
I ended up selling it but BLRX
BLRX lots to be excited about coming up! New drug just got FDA approval. Letβs do it!
Absolutely. You're not wrong about that, which is why I rarely ever stick with a penny stock for more than a couple hours in the beginning of the day. The penny stocks that I was making the most off of was BLRX, SMTX, CETX and JGGC. I have made hundreds on those ones in particular, but there are some others that I've picked up and dropped a couple times however I do have some longer term investments that I just picked up and the other long-term investment that I had actually picked up at $8.30 a share was AUDC and I kept it for a while and got back a good 31% ROI. Of course with the fact that it has stayed consistently above where I initially bought it I'm kind of regretting selling it when I did, but once it's back in the $9 range hopefully I plan on picking it back up. IL tech is always advancing especially with the threat of attacks like we saw a couple weeks ago and I do know that in the Middle East in particular when you have technology that is being created and you're in these areas that are prone to conflict the defense tech oftentimes ends up part of everyday civilian life as well and that's my reasoning for it being a good investment I'm not saying that I'm right and there is absolutely no research to suggest that I am correct on that it's just in understanding of the way the Middle East kind of operates as far as development of technology and things like that. I'm in the market for high volatility currently, because there's obviously much more potential for larger ROI with high volatility. Of course just like you said the flip side of that is there's also the potential of massive losses. The two worst days I've had, for trading penny stocks and I got distracted and emotional. I feel like I am already emotionally volatile and high strung emotionally and then if something happens to create more stress then I do ridiculous and stupid things. I went on didn't take my usual time pre-market didn't really do any kind of analysis. I don't usually study the penny stocks I invest in beyond what the trends and volume suggest to me but as for business related it's rare that I care at all about the business in general, with a few exceptions. But I had a incredibly difficult time when I started homeschool for our four and six year old this year and with having eight month old little one crawling around too, with that trying to stay on top of trading to some degree as well as trying to keep a giant five bedroom house clean and cooking and everything else that I'm supposed to do as a wife and mother.. it was just an amalgam of stressors. If I have a day where I leave dishes in the sink when I go to bed or if I have a day or something's not perfect, then I beat myself up for the next several days about it, which is obviously not wise and interferes with me being able to do my job as a woman in this house effectively so between all that and the fact that all I could think about was trying to take the financial strain off of my husband so he's not working himself to death.... I was breaking my #1 rule of trading while emotional and behaving out of character for myself; I invested almost all of my portfolio into a couple of garbage stocks... It was almost as bad as the collapse of Vinfast.. I had 3 stocks I knew nothing about other than being an idiot looking at the top gainers and not even pre-market gainers.. but emotions make me go from a reasonably intelligent woman to a bumbling buffoon in no time flat! Initially, nearly 50% gain I believe but... In the blink of an eye, it was gone.. Plus list an additional $200. Demoralizing.
BLRX - Biotech with recently FDA-approved drug (Aphexda) which is set to become part of the standard of care for treatment of myeloma AND has shown great potential in treatment of pancreatic cancer as well as other conditions which require stem cell mobilization (such as sickle cell disease). Itβs been manipulated to well below what it should be based on simple math, so now would be a great time to buy in, in my opinion.
BLRX just had a drug approved and it shows positive data for Pancreatic Cancer!! Itβs $1.86. Highly undervalued!!!!! Letβs squeeze this thing baby!!!!!
The BLRX price discrepancies between the Nasdaq and TASE exchanges is kind of crazy to me, because I had read the structuring of BLRX's ADR shares and it had claimed 1 ADR is worth 10 normal shares; and normal shares of BLRX in the Isreal exchange is roughly 15$ American. That would put the value of shares at 150$ a share if you could convert your ADRs in the Nasdaq to normal shares in the TASE haha
Have you ever invested in a small biotech with an fda decision coming? BLRX has a pdufa date of Sep 9th. All fda (pdufa) plays have inherent risk. However this is as derisked as they come. Aphexda, the drug in question achieved all primary and secondary end points in the Genesis Ph3 trial (which was discontinued early due to high efficacy) in stem cell mobilization. Aphexda is easy to manufacture and the company already said they have no concerns about it. It has no safety concerns either with no significant adverse reactions. Aphexda is also being tested in pancreatic cancer in a ph2 trial. The data from that trial is presented at a major conference on Sep 28th. It's supposed to be good since they expanded the trial from a planned 40 patients to 110 patients and made it a double blind RCT rather than an open label trial. Stock rallied 60% this last week and will make a major move if approved. It's super undervalued at a 125m market cap and a TAM in stem cell mobilization in multiple myeloma of $500m globally and over $300m in the US alone. The potential here for a quick return with the pdufa date this week is good but the long term play also makes a lot of sense. Good luck to you π

My largest position now is BLRX. $70mm market cap for an oncology company. They donβt burn a lot of cash, and will be the de-facto replacement for plerixafor currently owned by Sanofi. They also hired Kevin Campbell, the person responsible for commercializing Plexi, away from SNY. He was responsible for their entire transplant pipeline and they just let him walk. With no non-compete enforcement. Data read out in PDAC on May 25th and already have this testimony https://www.cancer.columbia.edu/news/peters-story-overcoming-odds-pancreatic-cancer. Just have to know what youβre looking for.
Was a combination of MYOV buyout in October, Macys swing trades, ALBO buyout, TGTX options trades, and BLRX. BLRX will be a monster. Iβll post at $5 million.

BLRX or EPIX. Both are biotech stocks with good clinical trials that expect to be at least 10 baggers in the next 1-2 years, regardless of whether the market crashes. Or find a similar biotech in phase 3 or 4, so that they pay off within your 2 year timeframe. If you want something less risky, go SPXL or a similar leveraged bull etf based on a major index like QQQ or SPY.
Will have to check it out. Another stock I hold is being added to the same fund tomorrow: BLRX. Good luck to all!
Anyone in BLRX? No DD on it at all, very interesting company though.
Cut it out with the Reddit Army nonsense. That might fly on other subs, but not on WSB. And either way, BLRX is small cap, so it's not allowed.

Looks like BLRX is going to continue jumping
I'm keeping an eye on BLRX to see if it keeps spiking. What's your play for the week?
Since I followed the stock when the boards were really quiet on it, I got to know the StockTwits users who were much more knowledgeable than me on the actual science and values. I defer to them; this poster in particular: https://stocktwits.com/stealin_your_thunder I'm a paid subscriber so it's easier for me to filter by ticker, but a lot of his posts are about BLRX, so it shouldn't take too much scrolling to get to some info. They partnered with Merck on studies. Here's one particular post with good info: https://stocktwits.com/stealin_your_thunder/message/351067162. Bear in mind, HC Wainwright is a biased source with ties to the company, so I don't put much weight on the price target. But there is solid data suggesting motixafortide could become standard of care.
I don't get attached to stocks, but have been trading BLRX with bullish bias for about a year. All signs point to promising pipeline and a good value. But it is a really manipulated stock. It's cool that they didn't do an offering after last data readout, but stock got crushed anyway. Sold the Seeking Alpha after hours pump the other day, bought back in around $3. Tuesday is a toss up IMO, but ultimately I think the upside strongly trumps the downside.
