let me bring another one brtx : start with the ugly: just put out 10-k, real ugly as expected, just some from: At current burn rate, it has approximately 3.3 MONTHS of operating cash remaining without new capital. Even reducing burn by 30%, runway extends to only \~5 months. The company MUST raise capital before June/July 2026 to maintain operations. 10-K MD&A specifically notes 'possible second period + reverse split' as compliance paths. Management is explicitly signalling that a reverse split is being considered as a compliance mechanism. Historical context: BRTX has executed 4 prior reverse splits. The question is not WHETHER a reverse split occurs — it is WHEN and at what ratio. moreover, $3.326M in stock-based compensation was recognized in FY2025. For a company with $359,700 in total revenue, stock-based comp represents 925% of annual revenue. This is structurally standard for clinical-stage biotechs, but means management is compensating itself substantially with equity at prices that are continuously declining. $BRTX low float, had a huge surge in volume yesterday, woke up early, and has zero short shares available. Decent insider ownership and increasing institutional ownership. Could be a good runner today or tomorrow.

These trading ideas are interesting mostly because of how oversold they are. But BRTX hit a RSI of 30 and still went lower. The GOVX back story looks interesting only because most of the potential bad news looks to be out. Give me 30% and I would be out.

Im looking for words like earnings, merger, ai. Things that say “we are making x amount of money now” TRNR already ran yesterday off their good news so I figured with additional good news it would run. I DONT post bio med stuff in here because I honestly never know what’s gonna make it move. Which is also why I didn’t post BRTX I literally saw that news 1 minute after it posted and thought it probably wouldn’t move the needle.

I was SPGC's biggest critic and got a lot of hate for it yesterday because of hive minded people thinking they can hype something to profitability. Selling a penny stock at a profit? Absolutely. Believing it's a viable business? Incredibly foolish. The funny thing is, I bought and sold SPGC at a small profit before the hype. Hype is the single biggest reason for me to stay away. Anyway, BRTX is in an industry that I actually believe in. I have taken big biotech losses and ever bigger gains before. Good call on selling the news, though. Seems to be a good strategy for some.
