The commons of CTOR should open up where the commons of TENK closed if the T12 lasts through ticker change. But correct on the conversion timing: some brokers are same day and some take a couple of business days. Regardless, that first day will likely be a bloodbath. FWIW CAUD was also essentially an OTC up-list that was trading in the sub $0.15 range, so not much better than these rights SPACs.
good Analysis. CAUD didn't have rights but iirc it opened at $25 and died immediately. Wonder if CTOR will open straight at $2.50 based on the rights. If not, TENKR holders will be doing well (depending on how fast they convert)
Very interested to see how this T12 halt on TENK shakes out IF they can close the merger and list as CTOR. Rights for TENK (TENKR) were trading around the equivalent of $2.50/share and will convert to approximately 1.3m shares of commons upon closing. TENK had steadily bounced between $35 and $50 most of the week following Monday’s 8-k reveal that the public float was just under 15k. Saw somewhere that the company was not accepting reversals, but I don’t know if I believe that entirely with how much volume we’ve seen. Can’t imagine this thing staying remotely close to the double digits if they can close. Reminds me of ASPA>CAUD when they unhalted from T12 in the high 20’s and ended up in the 4’s.
Supposed to be GTIWW on OTC Pink on March 15, but didn't happen. " Investor relations isn't answering shareholder emails about it. IFINW is still a SPAC, and they appear to still be trying to close the Seamless Group deal, so *perhaps* those will be relisted if/when that business combination closes. However, their IR contact refuses to respond to emails as well. CAUD / CAUDW was ASPA / ASPAW, completed business combination four months ago, they likewise haven't listed the CAUDW warrants, CEO told a shareholder he's given the assignment of CAUDW to other employees handling 'past issues'. Not an encouraging trend.
Ok, the article seems to make some good points (nothing new to people involved with this sector) But then they go on to pump pump pump CAUD as the next big big multi trillions upside company, Don’t miss out! A quick glance at CAUD’s fundamentals, the company is a complete sh!t show. They’re gone from $33 to $1, debt through the roof, no cash on hand and margins deep in the negatives in a highly competitive market. Keep your CAUD, I’ll stick with TLRY
Only if they are listed on the Pink Sheets. The company has to register them with the OTC market first. The OTC market website is pretty handy, it will show all associated stocks ( units, rights, warrants, and common stock ) on the quote page, and shows you for the quoted security which market it trades on. Looks like some SPACs have come up with a new devious way to make SPAC investing even riskier; this time with the warrants. Of course we all know that if the SPAC liquidates, the warrants expire worthless. But what happens when the SPAC completes the business combination, but then refuses to list the warrants on any exchange? This just happened with Chenghe Acquisition Co ( CHEA CHEAW ). CHEAW warrants were delisted by NASDAQ on October 12, 2023; and have not been listed on any exchange since. The prospectus said they will not be listed after the business combination, [which just closed yesterday](https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2024/02/15/2830425/0/en/Semilux-International-Ltd-and-Taiwan-Color-Optics-Inc-a-Taiwan-based-provider-of-LiDAR-and-ADB-components-and-solutions-together-with-Chenghe-Acquisition-Co-Announce-Closing-of-Bus.html), while the common stock starts trading as SELX today. If the SEC allows this behavior, SPAC warrant investors end up trapped with warrants that cannot be publicly tradeable, which will show a $0 value in their portfolio, and which will remain there until they expire in five years before the holder can finally declare the loss. Or, if the company should do well enough that the warrants end up in the money, have to cash exercise the warrants in able to achieve the gain, rather than sell them.
Morning 4 update $GMPR down -14% as it churns at .0005-.0006 $CAUD rocketed out of the gate to hit 1.39 early and has filled the gap -3% there. $SPZI getting warmer and up +7% and $NHMD -3% on light trading volume
Noon time update on the morning 4 go like this $GDHG up 2% and holding strong on consolidation as $CAUD is tearing it up as it approaches $1 and up 14% ! $UCAR dipped early but bouncing nicely now and only down -2% and $ILAG comes in up 39% as investors are ready for more there!
Check out what the SPAC ASPA did when they did their merger with CAUD… Although listed on their SEC reports, CAUDW was the stock warrant that was to be listed… And they never executed on that… not even OTC… so this company basically stole all those funds. No wonder their stock has dropped from 10 to 1 in less than a month… I’m just waiting on the lawyers to take them down for the rest…
CAUD on a steady uptrend, but no true spikes yet. Keeping finding new support. Very interested to see what happens when news finally hits

CAUD upward trend over the past week, today's lows bounced right around Friday's highs. Then came up a little after close. Might have been a healthy pullback today before the next leg up. Took profits this AM and back in at $1.79
I set my alarm around 9:15 AM every morning. I have the most annoying alarm known to man so I will wake up. I was having a disturbing dream that the alarm seeped into for more than half an hour, so I missed out a tiny bit on $CAUD, but still got some gains. Sold $CAUD.

Yeah. No. You made wild claims of today was the day for CAUD and set PTs today of 1.20 to 1.60 and then an hour later were like "sold that". You must not have been in this sub very long, because you would know what I'm talking about. This sub had pumpers, but it was a lot more valuable on information and analysis.
Entering a new position =/= backtracking. Still long on CAUD, but GGE is a dead play after today IMO. Though it might keep pushing, but it didn’t. Oh well, still made money. I don’t understand that attitude of “these ignorant people pushing their stock is killing this sub!” when that is literally every stock forum in the history of ever. Nobody knows what will happen.
That shit was such a shot in the dark, though. He was pushing CAUD this morning and then back tracked hard. This blind leading the blind non sense has destroyed this sub.

As I and everyone else have been saying, CAUD just needs volume. If we hit 10M volume, this thing is heading for $10. If we don’t, it’ll bounce between $1.5-2.2, at least for the short term
TCBP is a good longer term hold IMO, but CAUD has the momentum to move substantially in the next few days

Exactly. People really come here and expect to 10x their money overnight. If you can make 10% on a trade that takes weeks, that is still an INCREDIBLE gain. Need to be realistic. CAUD was not a one day play, it’s primed for a big move. That move may not be for awhile though, so patience is good

A few SPACs have recently tanked on their debuts and then rocketed (look at [**CDT**](https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/CDT?p=CDT) as an example) a few weeks later. **CAUD** went to $38.40 during its debut, **CDT** went to $25. **CAUD's** float is only [765K shares](https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/caud) and it's [20% shorted](https://www.barrons.com/market-data/stocks/caud/research-ratings?mod=md_home_movers_quote). I really think **CAUD** is the next **CXAI**. Nano float (765K) and similar to the post-SPAC lock up situation that caused **CXAI** to rocket back in April.
That was actually Abri Spac (ASPA) before the de-spac. It ran to $38 and closed around $27.05 and was then delisted from the NAS due to too few shares. Then CAUD emerged on the NAS.
Dump it all into $CAPT… get paid shawty just watch… 5K in $CAPT and 5k on $CAUD
