I know this is an option chat, but yall need to try small cap double top break out 1. Open finviz 2. Locate top 5 gainers 3. Draw a simple horizontal line at pm high 4. Go in if it breaks this level It's much than chasing news at pm. This happens twice At open and then mid day. I like mid day because I love me some sleep. SRM was nice. CERO too. You could run this same set up with options. Find an earning gapper. At open go in when it breaks.

That is when i went looking for an explanation and first learned about this concept of hidden trades that "magically are not part of the market" the dark pools.... I assumed it was some conspiracy theory or some illegal thing. To my surprise it was perfectly legal and well known... The absurdity of it and the complete asinine arguments i hear of it done to "not influence the market" shocked me even more... That is when the picture became full for me. I saw that the difference between **SNTI** and **CERO** was that the former was mostly owned by "institution" and "strategic entities" while the latter was owned by regular traders. And that the reason for the methodical pushback against the price was due to some option bullshit and making sure they dont cross a threshold so profit can be made on options. THAT is what Darkpools can be abused for... Hell their very existence serves no purpose other than to give one party an advantage... THERE ARE NO RULES that stop these "funds" "institution" or whatever from BUYING IN THE DARK and selling in the open market! They do it to squeeze as much money from options and have the price rise exactly when and where they want using the volume they traded into without anyone else not being able to even see it as a whole Yeh... That is not only amoral but obviously should be illegal alas ppl defend it... Like you were. Why? I have no idea. Why would anyone accept and defend having a partial picture and being exploited is beyond me. Cus again there is no trades "OUTSIDE THE MARKET" That is like saying outside having a physical object outside "space" itself... Yhe i am voiding stocks that have significant % of these "funds" as owners.

Here are concrete examples with one of the stocks i mentioned before, **SNTI** today 18/06 The one that showed me this concept in actions how it can be abused.... The company had good news so you expect a bunch of buyers and the price to rise. I saw selling volume way below any buyer in the past 6+ months. Sells that no human with a brain who can even operate a trading platform would do... It was crazy. The opposite happened and the stock price went way down... I first assumed it was "bag holders" so so i crunched the numbers and assumed they would be exhausted. BUT NOPE the price kept getting lower. It was so methodical that it could be mistaken for stop loss triggers but no... It was a different kind of method. As i said all the buyers were at higher price something absurd on average above 20% for that day and the fast majority were way above the price of 2.6ish Then it hit the point of traded low slling volume that "bag holders" were beyond exhausted. Yet the stock kept selling little by little... Tiny fractions but just enough to dismiss any momentum and good news. Until it hit a historic low for the company. I was puzzled... Again it was nonsensical. Where was this selling volume coming from? Why would anyone intentionally keep the price down? Who in their right mind would buy at 2.6+ and sell as low as 2.4 and 2.3??? Justthrowing money away! It was in the exact same position as **CERO** yet had a DRASTICALLY different reaction. With that stock exploding in price as IT would be expected with news for a volatile biomedical stocks...

Not impossible for there to be jyoe before a big increase in stock price. Combine that with good fundamentals and a solid product and its prob a good bet.

All of those are real possibilities and I agree. The CERO approach is different than the standard T-Cell treatment that has been known to cause tumors as a side effect. CERO is specifically targeting a method to reduce or eliminate the chances of that happening, but that doesn’t mean it is right. We will see.

This 100%. OP's play is incredibly risky (/dumb). There are so many biotech/ pharma companies going with CAR-T trials, with some of them already in pivotal phase (phase 3). This CERO compound will probably never even reach the market since they are so behind, only in phase 1 ... unless they prove to show less of the above mentioned side effects that current CAR-T trials are struggling with.

Mentions:#CAR#CERO
r/WallStreetbetsELITESee Comment

As I shared in a comment above, he’s so on the money. Please listen! T Cell companies are, on the whole, getting wrecked at the moment because they cause all sorts of terrible AEs. This play is like walking in to a buzzsaw. Please re-evaluate, there are so many great companies worth investing in the biotech space, and CERO is not one of them.

Mentions:#CERO

You would be deeply wrong to be so optimistic. You should also see how the street is receiving cell therapies at the moment — see AUTL, ADAP, CABA, et al. Even after approval, they’re getting wrecked because CAR-T has been proven in a majority of cases (as in, over 75% of patients in some cases) to produce secondary lymphomas (yes, a cancer treatment with a 75% likelihood of giving you _another_ form of cancer), ICANS, cytokine storm, neurotoxicity, and all other kinds of nasty AEs. They are finding the T Cells themselves in these secondary lymphomas, meaning the cells themselves are directly causing these adverse events. The FDA is likely going to put warnings to this effect on _all_ CAR T therapies, which is making the likelihood of them becoming first line treatments (i.e the treatment you would use when first diagnosed) very low. If a treatment can only be used for second or third line treatment, it immediately only has access to ~20% of the market, virtually signing its death warrant as a blockbuster drug, and severely limiting upside. Not to mention, it’s in Ph1, which only really tests safety and tolerance, rather than efficacy, on a much smaller patient population, no less. You will be waiting for _years_ to see _any_ traction, and even then, by the time that traction arrives, CAR T therapies might well be out of vogue. It’s an incredibly risky (read: unlikely to work out) play and you’d be better investing in something like AQST which has Anaphylm, a replacement for the epi-pen that uses a sublingual film instead of an injector. They recently hired the woman responsible for turning the epi-pen into one of the most profitable drugs of all time, so they’re internally very bullish on the prospects of the drug, and the TAM is huge, approval this year, sales in 2026, they already have an approved drug in Libervant, etc. As someone with experience in the industry, it’s about 10x the play that CERO is, please, listen to reason and re-evaluate. If not into AQST, into almost anything else, please, I beg you.

I’ve never read about CERO, will have a read when I have the energy. In your opinion, how are CERO better positioned to develop successful T cell therapies compared to competitors? Lots of companies in the cellular therapy space CRL, GLPG, IOVA

Sure…here is essentially how CERO works: What are T-Cells? T-cells are part of your immune system, like little soldiers that fight infections and cancer. What’s the Problem? In some cancers, your immune system struggles to identify and destroy cancer cells, letting the disease grow unchecked. What’s CERo Doing? CERo takes a patient’s T-cells (or sometimes donor T-cells) and engineers them to be better at recognizing and attacking cancer cells. That’s the goal, but we won’t know if it works until they actually do trials.

The reason I chose CERO is because although they've gone down for the past year or more they've also had some major spikes. That lasted for a decent amount of time. And when I say decent amount of time, remember I'm a puddle jumper. So a month is good for me. I have crazy high medical bills and no other options. One of my prescriptions alone is over $1,000 a month. And yes I invested in one of the pharmaceutical companies 😂😂😂

Based on current information, investing in Cero Therapeutics Inc. (CERO) appears to be a high-risk proposition due to its early stage of development, lack of profitability, and significant stock price volatility; while the company’s cancer treatment technology shows potential, investors should be cautious and conduct thorough research before considering an investment. But with high risks comes high rewards 😉

I just saw CERO suggested from someone yesterday on AfterHour that looks like a pure and simple lotto ticket (with the corresponding % likelihood of getting rich as a lotto ticket). The only bullish thing I can find on it so far is the news from last week announcing a "new" CEO (he was interim) that has a lot of connections based on their press release. Will the tech do anything? Who the fuck knows, but at .05c, I might consider it. No analysts on it, $6MM market cap. Pursue at your own risk.

Eltp’s cup and handle on the monthly has me watching it. We see if the daily bear flag holds or if its a monthly play. A buy under .60 seems great here. Kulr, definitely has substance to it but the price move is not technical. It’s sitting at a higher evaluation than nvidia based on revenue. Pumped and dumping. Definitely a long term play, but the price is unrealistic and it will need to get capital to help fund its future contracts. Company direction looks decent. I’d look at it when it gets down .40-.55 range, but otherwise do not see a safe entry. Mynz, daily looks fantastic but can’t ignore the monthly. We see if it breaks resistance Friday morning. Save, stay the heck away from this one.. sure u can make a buck with the volatility, but you’re almost better off in ELAB or AGRI (lol). I don’t see bolt doing a ton from here. Those volume spikes though since September are interesting, maybe something behind the scenes. Missed Mentionables: AKTS, CERO & TNXP. You want to watch these ones. Akts looked like a pump and dump but consolidating higher on the daily. Cero could be a pull back but held support and broke the daily trend.. tnxp, bots holding it over .19.. either while it finds buyers, or consolidating for an upswing. The channel is narrowed and downwards, but support seemingly holding and bulling on the weekly. And if you missed IAU, I still see a potential 30% upside. Be careful, this has climbed a long way and needs to consolidate around the .90-$1 mark, don’t enter on the reversal, but definitely up trending. Hope everyone has a profitable day!

r/pennystocksSee Comment

The from your list I can speak to is CERO and CKPT. CERO..will there is a lot of chatter, but this stock is not doing well. Its not in compliance and most likely will be delisted. Here is an excerpt from the 11/20 SEC filing. "On November 11. 2024, the Company’s stockholders approved a reverse stock split ranging from 1:25 to 1:150.   On November 15, 2024, the Board of Directors authorized a 1:40 reverse stock split, such split anticipated to be effective on or about November [●], 2024. Although such reverse stock split is expected to enable regaining compliance with the Bid Price Requirement, it is not intended to contribute to regaining compliance with the other Requirements." Filed Pursuant to Rule 424(b)(3) Registration No. 333-278603 So, most likely, we will see a reverse split announcement next week and then a massive sell off the day its officially announced. That will not put them in compliance. I guess if you wanted to short something or wait for a dead cat bounce, this is good...I just don't get what the hype is about. If you could tell how we can profit from a stock this far out of compliance, I would greatly appreciate it. I really don't get it. CKPT is the opposite. I get it. I think this will actually make money, and it's been on my watchlist for a few weeks. The FDA will either approve or deny the PDUFA for this on 12/28/2024. We see some big price movement before then. I haven't bought in yet. Since I chickened out of RCAT and PDYN, I should definitely buy in on Monday.

I see. I thought that point was so self evident that you must have been calling it a zero-sum game instead. Yes, if TSLA shares go up for example then the billions of other people who do not own TSLA shares obviously “miss out” on gains, in the same way that you missed out on a 50,000%+ return today by not buying 0DTE CERO calls last night and then switching your position at 11:00am EST to BTCT 0DTE calls. The only way to not miss out on 99.9999999% of the gains that happen daily is to have a time machine and nearly-infinite money, otherwise you’re going to miss out on most of them. Luckily the past gains you miss out on are irrelevant, it won’t change a thing, all that matters is future PnL. **Talking about “gains you missed out on” is a bizarre and nonsensical way to look at the market and investing.** At some point everyone alive today will be dead. Imagine all the gains we will miss out on when we are in the dirt. Your argument is like saying “for you to live, someone else who died in 1712 is missing out on living.”
