There is nothing else like it out there right now like $CHR, not with this much cash, not at this ridiculous price, not with its price to book value disparity, not with buyout offers pending and a stock buyback preapproved for an amount ($50M) that's 8X the current market cap. All of these factors AND the only dilution remaining encompasses 253,731 warrants whose exercise prices have a locked floor price of $35.18. Most microcaps I screen get ruled out because there is so much active dilution to worry about, but not in this case. Sure, companies headquartered in China and registered in the Cayman's trade at a discount. Everyone worth their salt who trades microcaps knows this, but a stock price of $1.65 vs net cash per share of $40.45 and a BVPS of $68.68? Even in the stupidest of scenarios, we're looking at $4 - $5 for the accredited investor participants of the RDO to break even. Hey why is CHR climbing?
Just a friendly reminder: VIVK picked up some volume overnight, but don’t be fooled. This has happened many times before. For those who bought in earlier and need to exit, I genuinely hope the stock pushes high enough to give you a decent escape. Stocks like VIVK, CHR, BURU, PAVS, and YZMG have been playing the same games for months. Gurus highlight them because the charts *look* good, but they never deliver. Most of these companies have part-time leadership and very few employees. Meanwhile, while your money sits tied up waiting for the “big spike” that’s supposedly always coming, you could be trading and scalping other plays for far better returns—sometimes 10x more. I’m not bashing anyone holding these tickers. I just wouldn’t be tempted by them moving forward. Have a great trading day!

Now it seems like bag holders are trying to pump a dying stock so they don't get left with the hot potato. Absolutely nothing in their history shows that CHR is going to make any kind of turnaround

Yup, stay away from Chinese stocks completely. Look at the 5min chart for CHR on 11/05. They have done that 3 times before

These are good guardrails. Someone won't go broke following them. But maybe it's lacking nuance. >Don't listen to redditors. All the best stock tips I've received are from Reddit. There are really knowledgeable people with great strategies calling out great tickers here. The key is filtering out junk. Normally it takes little more than looking at price action, float size, and balance sheets to tell an NFE from a BYND. If all else fails, check if the hype has spread to X or institutions are buying in. >If you'd take a pic, take the lick Depends on the stock. I've scalped at 2-5% recently (e.g. NFE, LMFA) because the volume and momentum just didn't materialise. Volatile pumps (e.g. CHR) get trimmed at 10-50%. IXHL and BTAI ran on for 400%+, because their gains were well-founded and inflows stayed consistent. >Long term doesn't always mean never selling This one I'm not too sure about. Stocks go up, and stocks go down, so why not sell your LT at an ATH, and wait for the next dip (which always comes ) just for some extra money? Taxes. The next dip might also raise your average by a lot, whilst your cash's purchasing power has reduced substantially. >Learn candle patterns, learn about resistance and support. Still a gamble, but a "safer" one at that. These are some things l've found so far Personally I know nothing about technicals beyond "don't catch a falling knife," "don't chase rallies," and "check the volume." The most profitable trader I know is deep into equations and criteria, to the extent he created his own AI tools, but he can't figure out a way to quantify social sentiment - the real driver of price action - and gets periodically obliterated when he's on the wrong side of it.
i mean it’s not hard there’s services and places you can go to get info on what the whales are shorting and squeezing - and you just act accordingly vs having to use your own knowledge and information to predict swing trades for example today I hit on MTC, CHR, BIYA, LNAI
It's fairly normal to see 70-150% from Chinese pump-and-dumps luring Western investors to remain listed or raise capital (e.g. CHR today). What's odd about MMTec is how it had *54,900%* of its normal volume, and didn't tank to its average after-hours. From social media, it seems the pump-and-dump actually founded a community of investors egging each other to keep buying it.

Holding GPUS, YYAI, FEMY, NUAI, PSTV, TNMG, CHR for riskier penny plays. Down .03-.05 on most of these so not worried. Much smaller positions (2k-15k shares depending on stock) FEMY and NUAI long term. The rest will probably dump next week hopefully on rebound. Low risk portfolio is General Dynamics, Ford, Annaly Capital, and Nebius. Green on all.
