[CMCT completed a massive redemption of its Series A and Series A1 Preferred Stock. To execute this, the company issued approximately 261.2 million new common shares. This heavily diluted the common stock pool, causing the total outstanding shares to increase from ~2.7 million to nearly 264 million. ](https://shareholders.creativemediacommunity.com/news-releases/news-release-details/cmct-announces-completion-preferred-stock-redemption#:~:text=16%2C%202026%2D%2D%20Creative%20Media,Stock%2C%20par%20value%20%240.001%20per) Looks like the reverse split happened 10 days later.
REVERSE STOCK SPLIT OF CMCT. Could someone help me understand what happened. I owned 80,000 shares of cmct before they did a reverse stock split two weeks ago. My shares went from 80,000 to 8,000, but the total shares of cmct went from 2.6 million to 26million. I thought it was a glitch but it’s been two weeks and it’s still showing at 26 million shares
I did some DD on the shares and warrants last night and exited. They strike at 0.06 something (although there are others at 0.72 and over 1) and have a strange bundle mechanism that allows for them to basically be printed at varying low prices every month. The company has basically ruined itself and will likely have to RS like CMCT
Premarket Watchlist **$LBGJ** : Round two? **$ENSC** : Micro Bio **$ORIS** : Needs volume :flag_cn: **$CMCT** : Continuation if volume **$IOBT** : 3/30 Earnings ( @mamegan. ) **$MDAI** : https://finviz.com/news/338447/spectral-ai-awarded-317-million-of-barda-funding-to-accelerate-development-of-the-deepview-system
And out of CMCT. -12% after hours so far. Dammit lol.
Aside from runs on EONR and EVTV, I made a quick exit and re-invested in CMCT earlier today. Climbing slowly, i'm waiting for the inevitable headline as a swing.
$CMCT Short Squeee les goo?
Re-entered CMCT at 0.162. Shorts are active but I think it wants to climb from here
CMCT reversal, well on its way back up
CMCT maybe comeback from .16 to .2?
My biggest loss after CMCT, fucking shitbags 95% down
Happened to me yesterday. Sold CMCT on Wednesday for an $1800 loss just to get out of it. Yesterday it pops to over $5. Would have had a profit of $2k had i held for 1 more day
Watch for a run on CMCT and potentially MIGI(institutional float lock went from 10% to +45%)... squeeze to me
Any thoughts on CMCT after today’s run?
Most people are wrong about CMCT. im bullish on this, they are moving out from office rental to being a landlord. honestly a good pick.
F\*ck CMCT! I sold yesterday at $2.95, had been cost averaging down and today it decides to jump up to $4.25 (which would have given me a profit). A story old as time.
CMCT - Great buying opportunity for the dip! On its way up.
CMCT is a low float like SMX, going to watch for now
CMCT buy the dip, very low float and 37x volume over 90 day
CMCT there it goes…. Been commenting this one when it was in the 2.90s range. Just went to 4
CMCT Added 2.90s range. Could be wrong but they have around $18.3 cash per share. Real estate play. Not financial advice I could be wrong
CMCT could be next up for a run, real estate seems to be where the hype is right now
1. Asset value vs Market cap. - They have huge debt and the stocks you can buy (common shares) have no equity and are being diluted heavily by preferred shareholders. Their common equity is negative. 500 million in debt with a 3 million marketshare. They will heavily dilute common shares. They keep paying preferred share holders dividends - 18 millions a year. While common stock is just beign diluted. 2. Dilution wont end because they have a huge amount of prefered shares outstanding which they keep turning into common stock * **Series A Preferred Stock:** \~**4,020,892** shares outstanding. [SEC](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/908311/000090831125000096/cmct-20250930.htm?utm_source=chatgpt.com) * **Series A1 Preferred Stock:** \~**12,240,878** shares outstanding. [SEC](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/908311/000090831125000096/cmct-20250930.htm?utm_source=chatgpt.com) * **Series D Preferred Stock:** \~**48,447** shares outstanding. [SEC](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/908311/000090831125000096/cmct-20250930.htm?utm_source=chatgpt.com) All of them can be converted to common stock at any time only needing to notify with a 8K after it happened already. The reason why the first squeeze failed before in November, they just converted preferred into common shares. 3. Well, thats not a pro and just part of the business. Conclusion: I was pro CMCT before for the squeeze but since the SI dropped down it has no value for common shareholders and is only used to dilute and pay preferred shareholders money. Understandable why instituions are staying away and dont invest.
Anyone still in on CMCT. it had some good volume yesterday. todays been kind of flat.
Yeah, i should have done that at a 20% loss. Def picked a turd, but of the ones i've picked this one and CMCT are the only 2 i've really gotten screwed on.
CMCT is coiled and moving. MM is moving up and down across a spread looking for shares to be returned. Standard lot size units on time and sales are dead giveaway. We saw this on 12-8 when she went to 8
Probably people selling the profits they made yesterday. It jumped almost a full $1. This stock is fairly volatile from my experience (been in for a while). However, they do have some promising news that may help increase their stock price. "The stock movement reflected investor confidence in CMCT's strategic shift toward premier multifamily and creative office real estate assets, following the recent completion of its 1915 Park apartment building in Los Angeles's Echo Park neighborhood. This move aims to improve the company's financial stability and attract long-term investment."
can someone explain to me what happened to CMCT? :((
CMCT low float squeeze is coiled. Huge short volume yesterday that must settle today or result in even more FTD. Volume is lower this morning as shorts haven't covered obligations yet. Get in while you can. High CTB Zero shares available No dilution or offering in the near future Extremely undervalued
Since everyone likes using BYND as an example, I found the BYND post when it was like .80 cents and didn’t consider it until $1-$2. I was fresh as well and held way too long, but that’s people’s mistakes. Reddit becomes an echo chamber, it’s been 3 months and we can’t let BYND die. There’s been hundreds of short squeezes since then, that’s the sad thing. SGBX, CETX, SMX, CMCT, FGL, but the small one that people lost money on they just can’t move past lol. It’s like you said, if you’re looking for a stock to 10x every time you play it, you probably should just throw your money down at the roulette table a few times instead. There’s nothing wrong with 10% profit, because you profited. I still profited on BYND, but it’s over now and I’ll never touch it again. Onto the next play.
$CMCT still has a lot of room to run. If trend holds and it breaks through key levels, should see double digits (higher than previous 8.39 intraday high from Wave 1). Have a SL though in case it breaks down.
CMCT is SO close to do a short squeeze!!
people keep saying CMCT going on another run. what the reasoning there?
Does this mean you are buying up CMCT in anticipation of an uptick in value? Or is the volume transactions (likely buying) are increasing? Can you clarify?
Be mindful, with CMCT. it has quick coverage and that is with its regular volume, so with the current volume that's even shorter. Don't get left holding.
In CMCT. Low float. High cost to borrow.
CMCT is the best undervalued REIT stock. This will run. Spikes and volume surges are telling the story. Lots of retail support here.
CMCT is seeing a lot of movement
“CMCT is my POD” is the most dangerous sentence I’ve read all week.
CMCT, SIDU and looking at ZDGE again which looks like it's starting to enter a bullish phase
Tiny float doesn’t mean squeeze by itself. SI is ~4% with 0.10 DTC, and CMCT is actively issuing common for preferred redemptions per recent 8-Ks. Pops are possible, but this isn’t a trapped-short setup or “next SMX.”
In 2 of these. CMCT is primed. Solid picks.
Keeping an eye on SRXH, CMCT, and AMZE Monday
CMCT shorts are trapped. Ready to rip on any volume. About to repeat earlier this month!
Yeah I get that. I got screwed with the CMCT rally on 12/8. As of today I've lost 50% of what I originally put in. What ticks me off is I had a stop on it, but it didn't execute. Should have just sold it for a $200 loss the next day but I held hoping it would come back. It never did
mod will remove this fs. I posted about CMCT about their shift to residential properties and how the FED cut will help them. It's not even a short post.
CMCT phantom shares or FTD swap. Dirty are not logged as a trade but show up in volume. Pay close attention. This is a sign. Feel free to share thoughts. https://preview.redd.it/qvzyaxq5ws6g1.png?width=2560&format=png&auto=webp&s=17a175b2f77befd27363a4f0b2c8c878833165b9
CMCT MM at work using what exempt shares they have. https://preview.redd.it/cxzv120jps6g1.png?width=2560&format=png&auto=webp&s=9464d1503188e03c2cc8e2e3f41a9727b6bee701
CMCT is ready to go. Short interest is at 435% with 60% of the float shorted.
Setup on CMCT is still in play. MM was pushing around the stock yesterday looking to accumulate shares as T+35 deadlines approach next week for heavy FTDs in mid November. Remember the high volume and short sales then...look on fintel. Watching for the data drop from the SEC on the second half of Nov FTDs. We saw a glimpse of what's to come. We didn't sell at 8 this week because the data tells a different story.
Im in NXDR CETX CMCT and PAVS I never left CETX the first time around. I always felt like the short thesis behind it still means it's up for big things.
I'm in NXDR, CMCT, CETX, and PAVS. Up I'm AH on NXDR and PAVS.
For real, I got smoked on CMCT the other day bc I had FOMO. Decided to jump in at $7.00/share. Was up $250, took a call at work and when I got back to my portfolio I was down $250. Waited to see if it opened even close to where I entered and it didn't, lost another $400. Now I'm a long term investor haha
Yep holding MIGI til $40 at least. Next to move again is CMCT. Which just got naked shorted to 4 but coming back up. Busy accumulating like we did with MIGI...then this happens
MIGI has to break throught the $10 wall and it's gone. CMCT waiting on volume
Holding: $CETX $CMCT $FIG
A longer game play. It isn't a BEAT, NCPL, or CMCT.
Not going to want to miss CMCT. Get in before it too late
CMCT I've been voicing this the last 5 days. Today into the weekend looks perfect. - Zero shares available to short - >50% SI - >300% CTB - <800k float Ticking up slowly PM. It will swing, so I expect some volatility, but trending up. CMCT revenue this year >100mil. Beat down heavily shorted stock, putting up good numbers and making money plus good news on the way. Look at the MACD 45 and 200. Then look at the 5 day and the FTD coming due at weeks end. Trend it!!! Not putting a price on it but also wasn't selling at $8.
Thanks for that, hoping CMCT will buy me some Christmas presents this week instead lol
Holding CMCT. Lower lows everyday. It's a good setup.
Angry CMCT CETX PAVS bagholders
I bought the big dip this afternoon as well as CMCT, but with a stop loss
RIP CETX, CMCT, TWG, TGL. Only the OG SMX remains.
CMCT priming for its next leg. 500k failure to deliver on 11-13 & 14 coming due. SI climbing as well as the CTB
Yesterday CETX and CMCT were all the rave. Crazy how quick it changes.
How's CETX and CMCT doing? You're welcome.
