DRCT 25% SI hit ATH today briefly, strong financials
(HSCS and DRCT) I'm still a beginner and I found these 2 penny stocks who are in the top gainers list for the month but in their dip right now. My strategy seems so basic and I would like some insight. What could go wrong? 😅

While a squeeze can send the price up 100%+ in a day (as seen on Jan 23), these moves are often followed by further dilution or sell-offs. they have filed significant paperwork that paves the way for massive dilution. While the reverse split on January 12, 2026, was the headline event, the more critical filings for long-term holders concern their Equity Reserve Facility. Here is the breakdown of the recent dilution risk: The New Circle Equity Facility ($100M) In late 2025 and reaffirmed in January 2026, $DRCT stockholders approved the issuance of up to 100,000,000 additional Class A shares under an agreement with New Circle Principal Investments LLC. How it works: This is an Equity Line of Credit. The company can dump shares onto the market at their discretion to raise up to $100 million. The Dilution Math: Post-split, the entire float is only about 1.3 million shares. I don't have a position in DRCT but I do believe it will run in the near future. As soon as I free up some funds, I am buying.
DRCT honestly i dont get it volume is always huge and has done it yesterday and today yet the price feels like its being supressed and not only that the compliance news for over 1$ is not dropped yet idk this feels like raw manipulation and it kinda annoying

Reverse splits in my opinion are a bad thing, but create situations where the stock rips after the reverse split is completed. It has nothing to do with the company, it’s speculative. If you get a chance, check out BNAI. Bullish candle printed on 1/21 during premarket after the stock had reverse split. The stock was meandering for two days before break the high and running from $11 to $68. This was a theme back in 2022 that looks to be playing out again. DRCT printed a bullish candle during premarket on 1/23 after its reverse split. May be setting up to run before it falls off a cliff again. Just speculating.

HCTI on top watch, shorted into the ground and now at ATL’s so bound to correct at some point (could be next week if not today). RBNE back on watch too, everyone is seizing oil tankers again and it’s slowly creeping back up after iran deescalation. OLOX is an interesting one, formerly SGBX and recent name change should mean news will come with it at some point. DRCT not sure how much this has left to go, I’m out. Waiting to see an update on the stats, still at zero shares so maybe we see a continuation.

DRCT - steady climb the last few hour to up 29% on the day. Much less volatile than the past two days. Really is looking like accumulation. With that ultra-low float, if it is being accumulated then it could pop anytime
Volume on DRCT is crazy high like on Tuesday. Now its trading $2.20 range though instead of $2 range.
