Oh, thanks for reminding me why I don't come to this self righteous place. "Let your winners win" - no. Absolutely not. I compound. What's a winner at 11am can easily be a loser by 3pm. I focus on consistent wins and I do so by volume/news/pattern profiles. I buy intraday dips, let it gap fill and secure profit. In and out, often times in 30 seconds. DSY and GMM were prime candidates to retrace. My positions were too large and I wanted to protect capital, that's why I exited so quickly. I could've made 80% on my DSY position with ease. But I'm protecting my capital which is #1. I was already up 160% for the week. Like I said, I finished the week +200% by making 60 trades and losing on zero of them. I guess I'm just a teenager that's just figuring this shit out?
Great week. I've been flagged as a PDT since August and it's really fucked with my account. This was my first week as a PDT: >Starting capital: $400 Total trades: 58 Green trades: 58 Red trades: 0 Avg per trade gain: ~$13.50 Total gain: $798.72 Ending balance: $1198.72 In early May I finally made an adjustment to 2 things. Risk management and patience when entering. Since May 7, I'm around 125 trades with only 1 red trade. I'm up $1800+ in that time on around $500 in capital. Occasionally a little higher. One frustrating thing about this method is not having all of my capital available. I have been very hesitant to hold when I've been down more than 10% intraday - and usually because I'm over leveraged. If I had all of my capital available, I would have made $1000 yesterday instead of $70. DSY, GMM, SFHS. I sold them for pennies when I would've made a collective 1k if I had just waited 30 more seconds before selling. On all of them. But I can't complain, I made 200% this week. For the record, nearly all 58 trades were unique tickers. I'd say 50. I try not to go back in unless it's a very very obvious win. Thanks for listening, good luck to you all.
This week has been a big joke I bought all the 10x movers this week from INHD on Monday DSY EDHL and I bought them at low prices and still ended up with the same cash from last week lol

I usually stay away from Chinese stocks but DSY has high potential. If you do go in have an exit strategy ready.

Nope - in fact, the DXY has been steadily going up in the last few days since the EU trade deal was announced and is now 3% higher than what it was since that month old article was written.
