Everyone buying it now expects that so the opposite most likely happens. Most SPACs crash a couple days before the merger when the redemption happens and then crash 50% or more on merger day. Not every SPAC is $DWAC or $LCID. Obviously you have zero experience with them.

High volume always wins out. The only way I could see the big money losing out is if the borrowing rate on shorting DJT shares becomes too untenable for them, but that rates decreased massively since DWAC became DJT. Individual investors will get tired much faster and are more likely to throw in the towel. This stock has no business being above $2 a share.

Nearly 400% on warrants during DWACW, then 30.00 to 70.00 split profit in half. Reinvested back in at 30, dollar cost average down to low 20s, bought warrants at 8.00 riding those back up. I have to be up about 500% on average since riding up DWAC then after conversion to DJT. Battle not over yet. Hope you closed out your puts. Must have expiry last week?

Dude.. it is so much easier than that... 1) Trump had warrants in DWAC. The warrants will be allowed to be exercised, hence the issuance of the additional shares. 2) Trump has a crap load of DJT shares but those are on lock up for 6 months unless he is expressly allowed to sell them. That is also what this notice allows him to do. This company/ stock will be gone within a year.

Sold warrants at 300% gain from 5 to 21. Put profits into DWAC at 30.00 rode it up to 70s, split profit in half. About to put half of dry powered back in at 25 / 30 or better price. When's the last time you guys rode warrants and a stock up 300% twice? Lol Just because I'm an investor doesn't mean I don't know how to make money. After watching from first hand experience... the GameStop boys to the AMC dependants. I've kept my eyes on seeing g hot DWAC_stocks subreddit plays out. I even was banned from it. But it's never surprising to see how after two years... a purge in past posts of some members begging for the merger to happen or all their life savings, mortgages, debts will cause them to die! (Drama... so much drama) I still wonder what happened to the Priest/Pastor who put the Church's assets into DWAC. After his admission he hid it all from his wife and "donators". They were unable to pay bills. Today, I just enjoy that the CD in my bank pays off better than DWAC has in two, going on three years.

I am also in process of "firing" my investment advisor. They can fill many roles. I suspect a large portion of them simply have the basic principles memorized and help people who are too nervous to manage their own account. Before I took control of the account it was in a few standard issue ETFs and some Mutual Funds with nothing special. Others who use the same guy have a few blue chips in their accounts but nothing that is ground breaking. He helps give advice when things get too exciting or depressing and everyone wants to fomo into DWAC because its rocketing up or sell out of their SPY because it dropped a few days ago. Essentially, there is genuinely a huge need for people who know the basics to manage the common persons money. Once you learn about valuations, picking your own ETFs, not getting emotional based on what you see on the screen... you are kind of on the same level. I've asked questions to my financial advisor and have heard him hop on yahoo finance to read the latest top articles on that ticker and just go based on the latest Motley Fool article. I have slowly started moving funds to another account not overseen by him. Eventually the 1% fee wont matter as much based on how little i'll leave in the account. At that point if he tells me to close the acct I will do so. I get my tax advice from my accountant. I asked my advisor about my 401k rollover and I knew more than him about it. However, my accountant was able to shed some light on the topic. Just need a good accountant who doesn't mind spending some time on the phone.

Probably good to downsize. A lot of folks still drinking the kool-aid on this one w/ post-DWAC/DJT conditions, but they have still only filed one S-4. I have serious doubts they get SEC approval on their registration statement in the next 6 weeks. My understanding is that if they don’t complete merger by end of May, NASDAQ would delist their securities? That only leaves a month before their charter deadline. I can’t imagine they continue if their securities get delisted… but who knows.

Calls are the same way. When I bought DWAC/DJT calls the price was dropping and my calls were still going up because everyone thought it was going to go up. Eventually the stock went up and my calls shot up even more but when I first bought in early the price dropped like $3 but the value of my calls kept going up. Same idea with ALCC just inverse (in my opinion) I think it will go down and I’m just getting puts before the masses do.

Could be more interesting the DWAC - if I were in the position of these guys I would do a at the market issues or 1 maybe 2 million share - get some dry powder invest in some undervalued Growth Equity names. Was looking for the greensheet or who took them public - could find it. If someone has please share. It’s a great opportunity to invest in private growth equity companies but the current valuation doesn’t make sense. If you are invested you are at the crap table. DD was for the old ticker DWAC pre-merger, so you bought DWAC calls pre-merger which was a gamble. Merger went through, ticker changed to DJT, and our calls carried over, printed for a few days so long as you exited correctly.

I don't wanna be *that guy*, but the DJT DD you are reffering to was mostly wrong. The thesis was that millions of MAGAtards would jump in and pump the share price to previous DWAC ATHs of like $175/share, with insane volumes (over 500m) matching 2021. But this just didn't happen, instead it was a small pump with just 52m peak volume, and it's now shitting the bed. MAGA didn't jump in as everyone thought they would, and it's down 50% from peak around merger. If you caught the hype, you win, as you did, and that's the best way to play options...ride that IV up and sell before it drops.
