I don't get it. The "funds will be used to create a SPAC," which I assume will be wholly owned by Trump Media (DJT)? A SPAC typically has 18 to 24 months from the date of its IPO to announce a business combination (acquisition or merger target). If they don’t announce a target within that timeframe, the SPAC must liquidate and return the funds. If they do, they have about 3-6 months to close the deal. Why even put the money into a SPAC? So they can raise more money around it? Otherwise, just keep the money in DJT and make the acquisition directly. I mean, the bankers who structure the SPAC will make a ton of fees...

Have you seen the insider trading that's happened/happening every time DJT does tarriff shit? He could make that money and stay. BTC actually hasn't changed in value since it's sudden increase following DJT win and the general FOMO at that time. Since then the value of BTC either fell or stabilised back to this level. You need to look at a more stable currency like EUR to correctly value BTC. The USD is actually in a bad shape and any perceived increase of BTC value is actually just a devaluation of USD.

I think the US administration has found the answer, every 90 days, tank the markets with tariff threats, then buy low and delay tariffs for another 90 days and watch the markets soar back up.
