Ok: first off (1) do a hell of a lot of research into the coins, join their twtr, join their discord and talk to the devs. Then you know the coins have good fundamentals. Then (2), select only a handful, imo it's better to have 5 coins with conviction, than 20 without conviction. 3: mark support and resistance levels on the charts and buy at support and sell at resistance (if you have only 5, this is manageable). 4: if you don't want to trade, then don't. Hold them until you think the bull run is over. Touch grass, close the charts, don't look at them as the plan was not to touch them (plan the trade, then trade the plan). 5. Start by not giving a fuck, not about the money, not about any influencer or whatever you are being told. Stick to your gut and stick to the plan. GG.

I would assume you are considering connecting the same wallet to multiple devices? If that is the case, this could end up being a positive or a negative. Your wallet connected to different devices gives you the opportunity to access it when another device may be inaccessible but you are now opening yourself up to the risk of multiple devices. If you click a bad link on a device your wallet isn’t and hasn’t been connected to your safe. If it’s connected, GG I would suggest writing down your seed phrase and passwords on IRL physical password book. If the device is inaccessible then use your seed phrase to recover the wallet.

Its not about bitcoin not going up in value, if you buy bitcoin with debt and have enough time and patience, you gonna make more gains than your debt will cost you, no problem. the problem is with your life situation and the way you pay off your debt meanwhile. the usual plebs have a regular job to pay off their debt. now we see what right now is happening with the economy, a lot of people losing their jobs... Now you lost your job, how do you now pay off your debt? You could lose everything and if by chance bitcoin is lower than when you bought with the debt, you now lost even more when you have to sell your coins to pay off debt & survive until you find a new job. I see people who bought houses with huge debt, they lost their job and meanwhile the house market prices plummed. Now their house get sold on an auction, and only part of their debt is payed back because the house lost value. They have nothing, and still debt left. GG.

It is clear that the current administration (and party) is anti-crypto, but Biden's team is relatively tight lipped about it since they know it could pull down their re-election hopes. This week's Ethereum bombshell could have potential to sink Biden's re-election hopes. It would not surprise me that GG is this patsy to slowdown or stop crypto expansion, but give Biden plausible deniability with voters. The real failure is the general ineptitude of Congress to fix this train wreck and reign in the Administrative branch's abuse of power and scope creep.

GG chairs the SEC. He's allowed to talk about blanket market structure. He's not allowed to address specific tickers. The SEC and CFTC have agreed that bitcoin and most of ETH are commodities, and SEC has repeatedly told the industry that other cryptos are securities. This isn't a clarity issue anymore. We have clarity. The industry is refusing to accept our laws.

A common narrative on thread, but SEC is only responsible for things that actually **are** a security.. Gary has no authority to make rules for anything that is not a security. If you think Gary has the power to make "clearer" rules that crypto must follow, then you have to think crypto is in fact a security. Indeed, when something is in fact a security, the rules are crystal clear. Let's be clear what isn't clear. What isn't clear is whether or not something is a security in the first place. If it is, GG is the man. If it isn't, he's powerless. Sure, it's his job to bring enforcement actions... but like a speeding ticket, if you are speeding, you pay the fine. And if you aren't, you don't. Unlike a speeding ticket, the judge can see what was actually going on at the time, and can in fact determine whether something is or isn't a security. This lack of clarity is not Gary's fault, or the fault of anyone at SEC. It's the fault of congress who hasn't defined the word, and the fault of the Supreme Court who - in the absence of legislative clarity - has defined the word in such a way that crypto doesn't like. And it's the fault of clever executives at centralized crypto exchanges, who are trying their darnedest to avoid being subject to securities laws... because who in their right mind wants to follow laws if you can make more money by not following the laws? Unfortunately for crypto, the facts are the facts, and courts grind their way slowly to uncover the facts. Many crypto are in fact securities. Many exchanges have been trading unregistered securities. And many people are buying and selling unregistered securities. It's a disaster slowly happening. The good thing for consumes is that there are exemptions for person-to-person trading, small volume trading, and individuals. It's not illegal to buy unregistered securities. And it's too much bother to go after the little trades on the secondary market. So most consumers are fine even if they have *technically* fallen afoul of securities laws. And lo and behold, SEC is not going after folks for their DeFi trades. They have bigger fish to fry. And they will fry those fish. The to-be-fried fish know who they are.
