I realised that cardano was a dead chain in the beginning of the last bull run. I even used to run a cardano node. OMG, I did, didn't I...? Something told me that it wasn't going anywhere. I sold it all, bought solana and it was the best decision of my life. Yes, it's a dead chain. The only thing that holds it together is a bunch of fanboys who refuse to see reality as it is. Cardano actually taught me one of the best lessons in crypto - never get attached to a coin ! It's not about love, it's about making money.

a decade ago they were [blockchain.info](http://blockchain.info) and I'm not sure if they are a scam, but OMG they sure screwed me in 2013 or so, (To this day I have some bitcoin in one their wallets that is literally "BROKEN" and they can't help me... It's crazy how time flies especially after a certain age. I feel like the first 20 years of my life went by at a decent pace, it wasn't like---OMG it's been another year already, how the hell is this happening, or like three years goes by like *that*. Anyway, I'm hoping that maybe at some point it will start feeling like it did back then, when the difference between 13 years old and 16 took eons to pass. Anyone have advice/experience with this? But, my point was important because there are so many frivolous lawsuits here in the united states that have no merit whatsoever. It was alleged he told them "I'm not paying you. If you want your money then sue me" But the legal system in the United States is very Fkd up. So that contractor (or immigrant) sues the ex-president for failure to pay and that very rich ex-president has so much money he can just keep delaying, delay, complicate, and delay. The contractor or immigrant doesn't have much money and they cannot afford to keep pursuing the lawsuit for their lost earnings. Because lawyers, charge by the hour. It would end up costing them way more to continue the pursuit than what they lost in earnings. This why the judicial system in the United States is so messed up. That is a legitimate example of how it doesn't matter if a lawsuit is (allegedly) true. In one example of how a frivolous lawsuit (a fake lawsuit) can take place, can be based on an example of two famous youtube personalities. It involves a youtubers (CoffeeZilla) investigation into a scam crypto token who was created by another famous youtuber. Basically the other party is suing coffeezilla claiming defamation (obvioiusly false). But it doesn't really matter. Again, the other part is so rich that he can keep claiming defamation, but Coffeezilla might just have to concede because he cannot continue to afford the astronomical legal fees. Even if he has the moral high-ground.

I'd argue the chance they will understand it is not correlated to using it. Many use crypto and do not understand the very basic, source: check all the "OMG I've been scammed" posts. But this doesn't have to be something bad. They use the dollar too and do not understand it. Mass will stop calling Crypto a scam when the USD crashes and Bitcoin and a few other coins will be the only thing of value besides Gold and goods but much easier to exchange.

Yeah working 80-100hrs a week isn't sustainable over a year. Which is why 55hrs/month would be. >on ONE transaction? Wtf does this mean "one transaction", how is that relevant to his hours worked? I actually have several friends who are lawyers, 50hours billed/week isn't some "OMG FRAUD GROSS NEGLIGENCE". It's basically in line with their companies expectations of them.
