I've heard the theory that he intends to use Trump coin, or his other scam tokens, more and more, and give it specifically to his followers, while at some point letting hyper-inflation kick into USD to massively reduce the national debt. 'I love inflation', that was the plan beginning to leak out. So what you'll have is a country destroyed by inflation.. but his backers, the police, ICE and the military will all be paid in Trump coin and fine. As I said: If Republicans truly wanted to pass something meaningful, they could likely negotiate compromises with Democrats on issues like ICE reform, healthcare, or war powers. The issue is that if Republicans work with Democrats — which, by the way, is literally part of their job — Trump will have them politically canceled within the MAGA community. They are supposed to compromise with Democrats. Republicans are the party in control, so they could lead the discussion, but that requires them to actually be willing to have that discussion in the first place.

Things will probably remain stalled until the midterms in November. Democrats may retake the House and possibly even the Senate, but even then, gridlock is likely to continue because Trump will refuse to work with them. At this point, meaningful legislation is unlikely unless Democrats win the midterms by enough to override vetoes, or until Trump leaves office and his grip on the Republican Party finally weakens.

I think the bulk of the coins bought and proceeds of coin sales funneled to early founder affiliated entities were simply bribes and money laundering. But as a former Republican, I can tell you that most of my "deeply conservative" friends are actually raging liberals, in the truest sense and not colored by the American dichotomy. Until you get to one or two wedge issues. A lot of Republicans, I find, still think that the party is a lot like it was under Eisenhower. However, since the Regean era, it has really returned to the McKinleys of the past, which made it so hard for the Republican Party to beat the Democrats after the Great Depression. One could argue that under Bush Jr there was some effort to steer the party away from the McKinlyism in favor of the more liberal (world view) orginization of the economy but 9/11 and the subsequent wars really gave a vehicle for some of the worst aspects of the old Republican party after the realignment that happened post McKinley, and really came to a head under Nixon and Regean, to reimerge and become prominant. Especially after the Tea Party took over, which later morphed into the MAGA movement.

Literally the slogan that Trump and MAGA was and continue to push. You don’t get it. You have been deliberately encouraged to disengage from the political processes. Which helps the far right. You see right here, the tendency to sling insults over petty things like hair color is why MAGA is the worst of all the political options. Politicians are bad, but the way you guys behave *casually* is literally making the world a worse place for everyone. Politicians have to make deals, pass laws, work. But you guys just slather all of that with copious amounts of insults and bullying, and then want us to say theyre the same? No. Your casual and prevalent nastiness is what makes you worse, literally insufferable.
