Pretty much anything which is not a shitcoin/rugpull...also valid for stocks. My personal investments would be ETH for the longer term and Solana...ETH has less potential, but still a safe choice while (imo) solana is still in an earlier phase which means we can still get out an 5-10x in the long term...if you want to risk money for a quicker way just buy the "memes" portfolio on revolut which will give you like 6 alts(WIF,PEPE,FLOKI,SHIBA,BONK,DOGE), risky, but has like 2-3x on an 1yr term...or you may just aim for a quick flip but I wouldn't recommend.

But people rarely "buy the dip" on memecoins unless they're more established like DOGE or maybe BONK/SHIB. And would you guess what 3 memecoins in the top 100 aren't still down <30%? You have to bounce *hard* to get that momentum back and it seems pretty weak to me. Just look at BODEN as an example of what happens in the new memecoin market, once you're on the downtrend it's very hard to come back. I think the few coins that haven't completely mooned yet (under $100,000,000 mc) and still have an uptrend are going to takeover.

Looks like you were AFK while others were playing the game. I got the BONK airdrop because I bought some $10-20 NFTs when SOL was less than $20. No one knew the airdrop was coming. It was sent to active users wallets. There was no claiming it like so many projects that came after. I’ve got so many airdrops on SOL, multiple thousands of dollars because I was using the apps. It pays to be a user. Get off the centralized exchange and start using the tech. The users are going to decide the winner and the race isn’t over yet. The next BONK is out there. I sold ETH because I can’t use it. No one can afford to. It’s a dead chain.

Curate your following aggressively, unfollow and block/mute people that you find to be overly toxic, immoral, biased, or hypocritical. Try not to block people just because they are contrarian, assuming they have valid points, otherwise it can turn into an echo chamber. I followed a lot of BTC people even though I wasn't a BTC holder when I started using Twitter for crypto. The BTC old guard was so pompous and annoying I had to stop following them, there was just no point in anything they had to say, it was all just "BTC good, everything else bad". I eventually became more bullish on BTC, but that was in spite of them. 3. Try to follow a variety of accounts. Don't just follow traders, but also follow devs, founders, community managers, VC's, policy experts, security experts, farmers, even some thought leaders/KOL's/influencers are worth following. Focusing mostly on a single chain, in my case it was Solana, can make this much easier. I follow ETH pretty closely as well, but it's a bigger ecosystem and fragmented by L2's, so it's harder to keep up with everything. Solana was growing rapidly but it was still easy enough to get a pulse on everything happening. This also helped me catch a ton of airdrops. 4. Once everybody is talking about something, that is probably the local top... but if the market cap is very low it probably makes a resurgence if it's not a scam or total shitcoin. >Also would you say the money you’ve made in crypto in the last 12 months is comparable to what you make in your day job? I think that SOL is the next best thing, and regardless of price, anyone who missed BTC and ETH in 2016/2017 can accumulate a lot of SOL tokens rn.
