The volume isn’t always a good thing. DOG is a shitcoin with a high volume because its price has fallen significantly over the past 24 hours. Yes negative volatility also does continue to volume. In Dog’s case, the volume is bad volume…a bunch of wash trading to dump the price.

Was browsing the Nasdaq website and checking MSTR out, and under press releases section for MSTR there is an announcement for Bitcoin Dogs - no idea how or why it is under there and can't really see any formal association ... they do name drop MicroStrategy and Saylor in the "article" so perhaps Nasdaq just auto-links stuff where it is not an official company press release?
