It's a fascinating question. I was incorrect above. IMPP has a warrant to buy $15M in shares at the price of the most recent issue ($0.03241 per share = 462,820,117 shares). They have not yet excercized it. When they do, there will be more than 600 million shares (vs. roughly 156 million today). If CISS does a reverse spilt, they can cure the threat of delisting. They have already announced this will happen (specifics not yet forthcoming). IMPP did the exact same thing (the same players are involved). CISS rang the opening bell for NASDAQ a few days back, so the stock won't be delisted. The scam works like this: A. Short the stock B. Announce an offering which will significantly dilute (which drives the share price down). Repeat ad infinitum. Q: Isn't that illegal? How can they get away with it? This is why they are registered in the Marshall Islands. This works because the company is actually controlled by different share status which allow the insiders to control everything. GASS, IMPP, CISS. All the same players, zero dividends paid to common shareholders.
This is correct. The press release from the company mentions the per share earnings as of Dec. 31, 2023 and compares that to the price per share as of March 22, 2024 and completely omits the massive dilution that happened in the interim. Intentionally misleading. If you look at other shippers run by the same folks (GASS, IMPP), they do not have a record of delivering value to shareholders. The sole exception is IMPPP (8.75% Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares).
Here’s another multi bagger for yous. $GASS. You can wait for a pull back but entry for longterm is fine now. Strong financials and growth when we’re about to enter a natural gas bull market. Thank me later

Now here is I want you to pay attention; Imperial Petroleum just did last Thursday another spin off with ticker $IMPPV. If there is something history teach us, then you know the rest. You could catch this gem around $4 before it does the same thing it did in Dec 2021 and March 2022.

$GASS Stealth gas isn't managed the best but they just had best quarter ever and Europe is going to need to import their nat gas for the foreseeable future.
Well my personal decision is based off the fact it is reading within its 52 week low. It's a new company, the CEO has been very successful with GASS. IMPP is a spinoff company devoted to strictly shipping raw crude. Shipping costs have risen 500-700% since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. The last time this stock pumped it went from .76 to a high of 9.7 when they announced they were purchasing 2 more ships. Tomorrow's earnings should be pretty good given the extreme rise in shipping costs. And forward guidance could also be a major catalyst considering the continuing shipping costs aswell as the fact that the 2 ships they purchased should be arriving or have already arrived and waiting announcement. They could also announce more purchases of more ships. The warrants that were exercised today don't seem great but if you really look at it, the people who were holding the warrants wanted their shares and additional warrants. The day before earnings. Take as you will.

GASS, R, JWN are the types of stocks that can hold gains. The ones you have invested in Generally have very low institutional ownership which leaves them open to getting attacked by hedge funds because decimating those stocks isn’t going to hurt other institutional buddies of theirs.
I was also looking at GASS, IO, TUSK, ENG. I haven't invested in them yet just been watching

What company does your dad work for? I have had multiple other people who also work in the propane industry say the exact opposite of what your dad said. Maybe in your area the shortage isn't as bad? IDK, but the facts are facts and this is a nationwide crisis and it will only going to continue to make headlines because this crisis is real. WA, LA, CA, TX, WI, MI, KY, TN, NY, NJ, etc. The list of states with local news reports and online reports by consumers of shortages in their areas is just getting longer and longer. This is a rapidly developing crisis and I believe the dozens of local news outlets and consumers over an unidentified stranger on the internet who may or may not be what he claims to be. These news reports are from verified sources and have shown proof of their claims. Where is your proof? GASS is just another fossil fuel transporter. They move many other fuels besides propane, so this isn't necessarily going to do much for their bottom line. Suburban Propane is the only pure play on the US propane distribution market and it is one of the largest distributors in the country. A pure play is going to get the most benefit from this trend.
Look, I’ll believe the guy who delivers 5000 gallons of fuel per day, 6.5 days a week for 6 months straight before newspaper articles. Like I said, super long GASS so pump away. I’d like it to double in the next 2 months and retire before 40
Sorry, but this is shit DD Just texted my Dad who is a real life Hank Hill, and just finished his 14th straight 12 hour day delivering propane. Zero shortage of fuel, but there is a shortage on hours of the day and manpower to deliver it. Pricing hasn’t changed at all in the past month, and he just waded through 7” of snow dragging the hose all day. So you could say he’s in a very high demand area. Best of luck with this one. That said, I do have a ton of $GASS calls, so pump away for me
