What do yall think about HBIO?
That’s how I felt with HBIO, missed a nice little spike earlier
I've been bottom fishing stuff at 52 week lows. I'm still testing my strategy but it does seem to work best on tech stuff (so long as it's profitable). HBIO was a decent 9%er this week. I don't know what they do but Harvard Biosciences is such an impressive sounding name for a company - much better than something like abrdn like one of our major UK companies decided to rename themselves into. Pharma/health in general is really beaten down right now and there are some very attractive stocks at dirt cheap prices.
What do people think of HBIO
FRC rising from the grave, check out HBIO, fellow regards, might be a play there when it dips again
Good questions. They did some restructuring in 2022 and they are projected to be profitable in 2023 and 2024 with strong EPS growth. They have updated products that are seeing strong demand. HBIO is trading significantly below the industry avg. on a forward PE basis. If you pull up a monthly chart on tradingview, you'll see that the last time the stock was in this support zone it doubled within a few years. I think something similar could happen given the improving fundamentals.
HBIO beat earnings, worth touching?
HBIO beat earnings, enough said😎
It’s not a true pharma but I like HBIO. Harvard Bioscience took on a lot of debt buying Data Sciences but they’re on schedule to start turning a profit in 2023. They sell equipment to the major pharmaceutical companies used for research and development. Not too many analysts looking at this guy yet.
Mine as of 10-28. Mix of risky (ARBK, ARIS) with what I use daily (ASO, YETI, AOUT) *and apparently I like the letter “A”. VTI - 24.7% ASO - 19.92% ARIS - 13.24% ARBK - 11.44% AOUT - 6.77% DGRO - 6.53% KTOS - 4.64% HBIO - 4.37% YETI - 2.93%
