late? I have been playing around with the likes of APLD/HIVE/KEEL for like 2 years....it was never the power though, it was the fact that they were just switching to AI, and being part of that ecosystem. Now, available power for planned data centers is the play, in my opinion. The AI trade for these guys got them fucking smoked in July....nice discount for a 2x or 3x in share price, in my opinion

HIVE uses renewable resources to power data centers.....Could this be a catalyst that will launch them into the stratosphere, when other companies are struggling for power from traditional sources as there is a HUGE wait time for gas turbines, nuclear, etc....solar, wind, water are already available...not sure on the lead time of those types of turbines....but my guess would be the lead time will be less than traditional power generation sources.

These companies are still in buildout phase and haven't gotten all their datacenters contracted yet. Go look at APLD when they got CRWV and WULF when they got GOOG contracts. The stock 2-3x that day. I got APLD at 6$ before contracts hit. Sold APLD at 50$ and now I am in HIVE and KEEL as they have not signed their first tenants yet.
Power and Land. Especially since Ai Datacenters are politically bad right now anyone with Power rights and Land will do well. So HIVE, KEEL, APLD, WULF etc.... They cant make more land and power is 5-7 year wait for grid approval for large datacenters at this point. Go google it. Ill wait here.

I feel like HIVE is so undervalued right now, I mean its a fair evaluation cause a lot of shit is in its infancy. But in terms of valuation of those big companies that are retarded high prices and not even profitable, it seems low.

UUUU will go parabolic soon. Uranium is at an ever increasing shortage and not too many tickers in this space. and rally the current bottle neck I see is HIVE, KEEL, APLD, WULD etc. as these compute buildouts need Power and land now, just as the political environment and sentiment is worsening, these plays that have access to both (land, and power) will definitely fill their contracted data space and power.

Hive has secured energy rights in Sweden, Paraguay, and Canada. Power in Paraguay is from the Utaipu Dam and with 300-400 MW capacity. I think HIVE and KEEL have different target markets / goals / intended clients. Hive is a contracted sovereign Ai provider for the Canadian government. The setups in Sweden and Paraguay seem to be targeting government contracts rather than private / public companies. I think keel is a great stock to be in, wish I caught it when it was closer to book value.
My issue is that while yes, the land for the Toronto facility has been purchased and HIVE has minimal debts, they are going to have to raised over $2B USD in order to bring the facility up and running. That means dilution, debts, or both.
I sold CORZ today - still like it, but focusing on HIVE (and IREN.)

I’m buying in the 95-100 range, and will make a sizable purchase at once if it gets below $90. Aiming to get it to 10% of my portfolio. ASTS I’ve been in for years. I would have added this week but have prioritized RKLB since ASTS is already 6%+ I have a position in NBIS and am waiting for the next pullback to add anymore. But started a small position in HIVE today as well.

KEEL because the majority of the electricity for HIVE is located in Canada. No US based hyperscaler is interested in building a data center in Canada. The push right now is first in USA. Sure building in Canada will happen someday in the future but it is not the priority. The electricity for KEEL is primarily in Washington state or Pennsylvania

I have HIVE/KEEL/IREN/NBIS/CRWV spread evenly, about 2k worth of each. I treat them like a mini ETF together, and allocate about 10-20% of my total port to them
I like data center plays since they are very good with new tenants as catalysts and also no depreciation the the GPU. So APLD, WULF, KEEL, HIVE, etc.
For my sake, I hope its HIVE, but right now you're looking at KEEL going 4x to get to 20, whereas HIVE would need to go 5.5x. If you're trying to choose between the two, I'd say split between them and hedge your bets. Their charts are eerily similar over the past year, so if one of them goes to 20, its not like the other one is going to languish.

Hm. I am unsure as LEAPS on HIVE are not currently cheap. I bought them a month or two ago when HIVE was down, waited until they were up a few hundred percent, then sold against them. This will work for other low cost, high vol tickers, though. And in this case, I like to write a bit longer than weeklies. In theory they make more over time, but that’s because of the increased risk (in this case gamma,) so unless it’s a massive up 35% in a day, usually RR falls out better on monthlies or a couple of weeks out. Also depends how the underlying moves, which I haven’t yet learned on HIVE. It’s not realistic to expect a steady dollar amount, honestly. Percentages matter in relation to movement and need to take the opportunities as they arise with options (short or long.) If one wishes to hold a stock like this, buying low and waiting for the opportunities to write contracts with sufficient expiry and in line with expectations can off-set cost and hedge the position (that’s how I view it vs income.)
