Like to trade KEEL, BTBT, BBAI, LAES and HIVE no clue if any of them could possibly accomplish what OP is looking for, but they get good volume and day and swing trading them has been profitable.
HIVE: Crypto miner turning AI data center. 1.1B market cap, signed 160M in ARR, of their projected yearly goal of 180M. They've got some cash, are signing deals, own land and power and are upgrading locations. Their leadership are hitting milestones and being primarily in Canada, the gov has allocated funds and reduced red tape to get data centers up and running. They've partnered with some big players and have less competition in their main regions. The stock has been suppressed by compute glut concerns and the convertible notes have heavy short interest (22%) as a hedge. Also gaap missed due to aggressive depreciation and a one time tax bill from Sweden on crypto mining. Once those notes convert, shorts lift, gaap is positive, those signed deals come online and AI ARR exceeds crypto, I expect a significant re-rating. Most analysts have this at $6-8 from it's current $3. Yes I own a lot, yes I'm down 20%, yes I'm adding on at these prices. I'm not recommending this because I'm down, I really think this has momentum and is overlooked.
CEG (NASDAQ) is my current energy play. Or some of the neoclouds like HIVE might be interesting to you as well, they're basically taking the power they had allocated to Bitcoin mining and redeploying it for AI.

I still think WULF and HIVE are the best neocloud plays. They are mostly past the cash burn phase most of the others are still balls deep in. If the ai bubble pops they will be chillin.

I would keep watch of HIVE afterhours. Currently sitting around 2.77, they pushed close to mid 2.90s, then lost all the gains and are now back to around what they opened at. Had a bad EPS miss last Friday but had amazing news yesterday. Overall, they are a crypto miner and BTC is over 6% up today. Doesn't make sense.

late? I have been playing around with the likes of APLD/HIVE/KEEL for like 2 years....it was never the power though, it was the fact that they were just switching to AI, and being part of that ecosystem. Now, available power for planned data centers is the play, in my opinion. The AI trade for these guys got them fucking smoked in July....nice discount for a 2x or 3x in share price, in my opinion

HIVE uses renewable resources to power data centers.....Could this be a catalyst that will launch them into the stratosphere, when other companies are struggling for power from traditional sources as there is a HUGE wait time for gas turbines, nuclear, etc....solar, wind, water are already available...not sure on the lead time of those types of turbines....but my guess would be the lead time will be less than traditional power generation sources.

These companies are still in buildout phase and haven't gotten all their datacenters contracted yet. Go look at APLD when they got CRWV and WULF when they got GOOG contracts. The stock 2-3x that day. I got APLD at 6$ before contracts hit. Sold APLD at 50$ and now I am in HIVE and KEEL as they have not signed their first tenants yet.
Power and Land. Especially since Ai Datacenters are politically bad right now anyone with Power rights and Land will do well. So HIVE, KEEL, APLD, WULF etc.... They cant make more land and power is 5-7 year wait for grid approval for large datacenters at this point. Go google it. Ill wait here.

Uranium is at an ever increasing shortage and not too many tickers in this space. and rally the current bottle neck I see is HIVE, KEEL, APLD, WULD etc. as these compute buildouts need Power and land now, just as the political environment and sentiment is worsening, these plays that have access to both (land, and power) will definitely fill their contracted data space and power.

Hive has secured energy rights in Sweden, Paraguay, and Canada. Power in Paraguay is from the Utaipu Dam and with 300-400 MW capacity. I think HIVE and KEEL have different target markets / goals / intended clients. Hive is a contracted sovereign Ai provider for the Canadian government. The setups in Sweden and Paraguay seem to be targeting government contracts rather than private / public companies. I think keel is a great stock to be in, wish I caught it when it was closer to book value.
My issue is that while yes, the land for the Toronto facility has been purchased and HIVE has minimal debts, they are going to have to raised over $2B USD in order to bring the facility up and running. That means dilution, debts, or both.
I sold CORZ today - still like it, but focusing on HIVE (and IREN.)
