I'd keep an eye on Nokia stock as well after the Nvidia partnership, as they are looking for another Data Center in Canada for a 2nd campus. Nokia's primary data center infrastructure in Canada is not a standalone facility but is integrated into its large-scale research and development hub project in Ontario. The Ottawa facility is being redeveloped into a mixed-use campus to support its work in areas like 5G, cybersecurity, fiber optics and AI - so this expansion for HIVE could be for Nvidia/Nokia's needs. We shall see!

I know no-one really likes Analysts too much these days (we don't trust them) - but I'd have to agree with some of the most recent PT's given by them stating my exact sentiments here... Current analyst ratings are overwhelmingly "Strong Buy" on HIVE, with price targets that suggest significant upside potential based on the company's growth plans and perceived undervaluation relative to peers in the data center and AI space.

The site, beside HIVE's existing six-acre property, will house its first Tier III+ facility in Atlantic Canada — a classification for high-reliability, continuously operating data centers. The site is designed to host more than 25,000 GPUs and will draw on abundant local hydroelectric power near the U.S. border in Maine. "HIVE is turbocharging the transition from bitcoin mining to AI HPC data centers," Executive Chairman Frank Holmes said, adding that the firm is repurposing stranded renewable energy and existing infrastructure for hyperscaler-ready compute. HIVE's expansion follows a flurry of AI-infrastructure announcements from peers IREN and Cipher Mining, which on Monday disclosed $9.7 billion and $5.5 billion cloud-hosting agreements with Microsoft and Amazon Web Services, respectively. Together, the deals represent roughly $15 billion in new AI-capacity contracts in a single day — a shift VanEck’s Matthew Sigel described as "AI rewiring the global energy stack." CEO Aydin Kilic said HIVE's "dual-engine" model of using bitcoin-mining revenues to fund AI and HPC build-outs creates a "virtuous loop" that supports both network security and the growing demand for compute in the AI economy.

I have not seen a huge expansion in HPC planned for HIVE like I see planned for sons of its competitors. It has some HPC but does not appear to be gearing up for hyperscalers

APLD has a bigger incoming pipeline for hyperscaler dealers than any of the others. WULF likely to outpace the other major datacenter guiders shorter term in share price growth as it catches up following its Fluidstack deal expansion. NBIS is the gold standard. Best run and managed one. Owns the GPUs as well and has low capital costs IREN - most potential for growth among the really big companies. Tons and tons of contacted power. I would avoid CRVW - debt and cost of capital are massive CIFR likely to have a big bounce soon when it signs as tenant for its Black Pearl site. I would avoid BITF - share price is very tied to BTC and is down 40 percent in recent days. HIVE has scant HPC operations compared tot he others. Primarily a miner. CORZ likely to have a huge bounce in share price now that it is unshackled from the low price CRWV merger/firesale threat. Moonshot low price early stage data center companies include DGXX and NUAI. Very low cap and much higher risk but more exponential growth upside potential if they succeed as their market cap is so much lower. My own biggest holding is APLD. I love their trajectory and pipeline.

Just to add further to my comment, if you’re looking for something long term penny wise, MSAI, could still be a hit. If you’re into the $5ish stocks, RR, HIVE, BITF, and ABAT are just a few. But I would wait until there’s a dip on them.

I do nothing but LEAP type plays. All of my options are 4-6 months out or longer. I look at financials, how over/undervalued it is and bet on their future. Plus i have quite a few AI plays. QSI and HIVE are up 150% for me right now.

WYFI is a hot AI infrasturcture stock, a recent IPO that has since doubled, but now retreated. It's actually pretty low risk...they have operating AI facilities, rising revenue, are expanding and ramping up. they have contracts and customers, with a lot more to come. They are pure-play AI infrastructure, the hottest part of the AI wave. I searched AI Infrastructure stocks on Google, about 25 came up, yet WYFI was not even mentioned...so the company is small, not on the radar yet at alll.... low risk to the downside (contrast with Fermi, $18B valuation with no revenue... WYFI is $1B with exploding revenue). Very high potential to the upside. If you guys want another hot tip, it's HIVE... they are about to make huge announcements about rotation into AI datacenters..plus they are doing great in their BTC business.

Took profits off at $1.60 and fully out at $3.16. I don't regret selling, I do regret not buying more up front. My thesis was that they would do a bitcoin treasury to regain Nasdaq compliance since that is the only thing they could do to increase market cap without dilution and they only had until Sept 2 to meet their delisting deadline for Market Cap. Seemed like their only option. Reasons I sold: * 4x'd * I believe \~80% of sales were being done off exchange. Pumping the price to regain Nasdaq compliance. * Leadership team managed to take a $12 stock to $0.35 in less than a year NEHC. Recent rebranding to NUAI but no actual execution. Several different interviews indicated to me the CEO relied heavily on other peoples details regarding what the company was doing. While it is good to delegate, this is a very focused stage of execution, it should not be difficult for the CEO to recall these types of details. * I'm invested heavily since June in HUT, IREN, HIVE, and BTDR. Total GW across those companies dwarf NUAI and they will be to market first. Whatever "major" client NUAI has isn't going to wait around out of the goodness of their heart. * I believe the "major" client to be Sharon AI itself. I did not save the article but the wording was from the perspective of Sharon AI saying that it had signed a letter of intent to "purchase" capacity. All articles I had seen previously were regarding the TCDC having a letter of intent with a major player in the AI industry. The proposed MW purchase was the same that I had previously read regarding the LOI for "sold" capacity. Sharon AI is major in Australian standards for HPC companies, but not the United States. I hope everyone makes bank on this. Will see what happens.

They have all done well, like other similar companies, but I'd hate to try and stock pick from among the choices. They are all getting obliterated today, so you'd have to be able to handle that. Take a look at the WGMI etf. It's top 5 holdings include BITF and HIVE, as well as IREN, CIFR and RIOT. You could spread your bet over the whole "bitcoin miner transitioning to standard datacenter" industry which is bound to be a winner over the years, even if a rocky ride at times.

HIVE was one of the 1st ones I got into (well, after NBIS) - then BITF for it's growth, and most recently CAN for it's undervalue in this space. Each one either a great take-over target or a collaboration with a large AI hyperscaler.

Yes, love HIVE for the Canadian AI play, but also REALLY love NBIS for EU & American AI Data Centers. NBIS is an all around long run winner in my book... along with ZCash (ZEC) the only/best privacy crypto coin - but you can just invest in it thru the ZCSH ticker on the market(don't need a crypto acct).

Same! Don't know if you follow it, but HIVE has been also running from $2 to now $6 and keeps going... I've read it's the Mutual Funds getting into these smaller cap AI Data Center plays now that most of their Oct asset rotation's have started. Good luck.
