The small modular reactor hopefuls are lining up. GSRT/NKLR switches over today. HOND later this month. SVII in process and now I see GIG has gone live. The way NNE’s vaporware is valued, all of these will fly.
SPACS are back baby - what's hot right now? RTAC NKLR GPAT HOND AEXA What else to add?
Buy HOND -> Terrestrial energy... Easy $100 probably by June 2026 like OKLO
Have you guys heard of this governemnt back energy play current ticker $HOND? Thinkn of starting a big position
Check out $HOND - its 2020 all over again. Get the money while its there.
NUAI looks interesting, after the pop it of course caught my eye. Lol. Kind of weak if you look deep into it. HOND has nice backing for this market. LAES cause I’m tired of missing g the boat and it still has some traction. Otherwise ELV.
$HOND Spac thing - October 20th deadline. Don't miss it.
I think HOND has potential similarly to CCCX. HOND is merging with Terrestrial Energy which is an SMR play similar to OKLO but currently at a much lower valuation even at $18/share.
I’ve been buying shares around 17.30 and selling around $18+ this week as it seems like it’s stuck in a range. Got handful 22.5C for 10/17 but I’m down like 15% and they will start to bleed quickly if HOND doesn’t move. Honestly not totally sure how play this still heading into october 20th. I am positive it’s a good long term investment but I’m leaning towards thinking there will be a mini-dump post ticker change. Could be completely wrong though. May just keep loading shares.
Anyone buying calls on HOND? What’s the play
HOND warrants just sat there at like 15-25¢ for months, I remember considering them over and over after the team had a previous successful SPAC, but decided I wouldn’t pay that much for warrants anymore. Man, now $7 each.
Although I'm not familiar with nuclear tech, as someone who's worked on grid-scale energy in the US for 10+ years, a 2027 COD (commercial operation date) (e.g. OKLO) vs. early 2030s COD (e.g. HOND) isn't that big of a deal. Generator interconnection queues across the various ISOs take so long that the earliest you can reasonably target for a utility scale solar/wind/battery plant is 2029. Nuclear plants would likely take even longer to process. HOND or Terrestrial Energy's 195 MW size seems much better suited to the 1 GW+ datacenters expected vs. OKLO's 75 MW size.
I'm just saying it's way more legit than GSRT, which I think is pretty obvious. It seems to be more comparable to the 'legit' players like OKLO/SMR, except at a fraction of their market cap. At $18, $HOND is only $2.3B vs. SMR at $11.6B and OKLO at $20.4B. to answer your question though, here's what ChatGPT 5 Thinking said for reference (feel free to point out something you think it got wrong): # So…what makes HOND / Terrestrial Energy “legit” vs. faster-looking peers? 1. **Regulatory substance, not sizzle.** Terrestrial just cleared an **NRC Safety Evaluation** of its **Principal Design Criteria**—including acceptance of its **inherent power control** concept—**a first** for a molten-salt power reactor. That’s a real, bankable step in the U.S. process many peers haven’t matched. 2. **Binational de-risking.** It already completed **CNSC Phase-2 Vendor Design Review** in Canada, with coordinated NRC-CNSC workstreams. That cross-jurisdiction work reduces “unknown unknowns” for future U.S./Canada projects. 3. **Fuel advantage.** IMSR is designed for **LEU/SALEU**, avoiding near-term **HALEU** bottlenecks that loom over fast-reactor and many microreactor roadmaps (Oklo, others). 4. **Two DOE ‘fast-track’ lanes.** It’s selected for both the **Reactor Pilot Program** *and* the **Fuel Line Pilot Program**—that pairing shortens the path to a first build and sets up future NRC licensing with fewer gaps. (Pilot reactors are DOE-authorized; commercial fleets still need NRC.) 5. **Commercial siting pathways.** MoU with **EnergySolutions** on multiple brownfield nuclear sites and an invitation from **Texas A&M (RELLIS)** build optionality for FOAK/early units—exactly what many peers still lack. **Bottom line:** Some developers publicized earlier CODs before the DOE “fast-track” push, but HOND/Terrestrial’s **regulatory depth + LEU fuel strategy + DOE selections** give it a credible, *financeable* lane now. The market hasn’t priced it like OKLO yet (very different multiples), but on execution signals, it’s one of the more “real” advanced-nuclear SPACs.
Terrestrial energy (HOND) was founded in 2013 before all the recent hype on nuclear.
What makes HOND legit over others who had a better timeline before fast track designation?
If mamma mia nuclear can go to $16, actual legit OKLO-competitor HOND better be $25+ by next week
If GSRT can go to $16, imma need HOND to go to $25 by next week please
$HOND October 20th voting!
I picked up some shares just to get them on my radar. I very much like the Integral Molten Salt Reactor Technology (IMSR). Be ware that this is a very long play. It might get fast tracked a bit and even then we’re looking at 2028 before things might go nuclear. Do some research and DD on them and understand that there’s a variety of small reactor designs that have progressed far beyond what was being produced in the past. Also take a look at LTBR which has an awesome waste recycling approach. I’m stepping in with all of them and have GSRT, GIG, OKLO, and HOND now. I’m not a nuclear scientist but I read a lot and stayed at a Holiday Inn last night.
What is your opinion on HOND?
HOND rugpull was so funny they had to do it twice today😭
Buy HOND -> Terrestrial energy... Easy $100 probably by June 2026 like OKLO
I still hold 10000 at 0.07. I think it is much behind in design compared to HOND. It may not go as high as HOND
If the NKLR merger is a huge success HOND will probably hit 30 before the vote
I concur HOND 11/21c 17.5 shall print.
CCCX warrants ran hard.. GIG warrants went from .44 last week to .99 today. Looking like it might pull a HOND. GSRT pumping after merger. What is the next hyped up warrant run? What are we watching?
I decree that October shall be SNAP and HOND month. SNAP to $10+ HOND to $30+
$HOND starting it's run to 20$ rn thank me later
Surprised I don't see more people talking about $HOND, it's merging with Terrestrial Energy In less than 2 weeks
love nuclear spacs. in GSRT and HOND
Last time to buy $HOND under 17
HOND finally fell enough for me to buy more let's goooo
you should take a look at HOND then. Similar to OKLO and still a good price to get in imo
HOND is a good one, been holding since 11
Up huge on $RVPH calls, $HOND picking up steam. Bought leaps on $POET and scaling into $BULL. How yall doing?
CCCX RZLV PENG (earnings) DPRO HOND AMKR
What do people think about HOND HCM II? A possible oklo play?
Its going to be funny when HOND changes to IMSR and it skyrockets.
Look at HOND. Buying a nuclear company that got the same love from the NRC that OKLO did. A company that’s actually further ahead of OKLO. It’s market cap? About 50x less than OKLO. This fucker is gonna run up so hard
HOND -> Terrestrial energy... Keep buying it is a OKLO in making
CCCX AIP HOND PENG RZLV SKYT DPRO LAES You're welcome
Thoughts on HOND and CCCX ?????
People finding out HOND is the next OKLO. They’ll soon realize CCCX is the next IONQ.
HOND up 8% premarket
HOND going absolutely ballistic rn
Correct. Canton Fitzgerald currently owns common stock and warrants in HOND currently worth over $25 million at current market prices / over 466,000 shares and over 2 million warrants
Where exactly are you setting HOND up 55% in the past week?!?! yahoo finance shows it up 49% in the past month.55% over 3 months, not one week. However, does look very promising. They are not the only company using this method. Don’t remember the other one, is privately held. Read an article the other day that there are several companies working with the department of energy to fast track their reactors. Both OKLO and HOND are part of this group.
wtf are you a bot? CCCX is completely unrelated to HOND.
$HOND is the next Oklo. Key date to look out for is Oct 20th. Get in before shareholders vote for the transition to $IMSR.
Check out warrants as well. HONDW, 1 warrant plus 11.50 = can convert to 1 share of HOND.
Check out GIG. It is the newest nuclear play that just DA’d with Hadron Energy. If you liked HOND early, GIG also seems like it will pop off with sympathy, and you can get in while its super low.
They’re interesting if investors are specifically looking for Canadian market exposure, as they have more of an advantage/head-start in that market. Comparatively to OKLO in the U.S., Terrestrial’s reactors are larger, more capital-intensive, and farther from commercialization, with first plants only expected in the early 2030s. Their IMSR design is innovative, however it does significant technical and regulatory hurdles (e.g., material corrosion, licensing of an unproven reactor type). OKLO’s smaller fast reactors are designed for quicker deployment, flexible siting, and near-term revenue opportunities, making Terrestrial’s longer timeline and higher risk profile less attractive for data centers customers looking for faster, more modular solutions. Hard to compare both, but those are my thoughts. Seems like HOND is already priced in to me.
Actually,It's kind of ripped. These Spac holding companies rarely go over 11.50. HOND is up 55% in the last week.
Long term think OKLO will dominate, but HOND probably has a bigger price appreciation in the immediate future
You buy HOND and it's going to be converted to IMSR?
APLD. - hold 49,000 shares IREN HOND NBIS HIVE
That I can agree on. That's also why I'm deep into HOND. It's going to fly like Oklo did after the shareholder vote on Oct 20th.
You’re not wrong about dilution concerns and a simple ChatGPT search will tell one exactly what the anticipated dilution percentages are depending on redemptions by holders of HOND stock. Remember of course at the last two SMR companies to go public we’re also de-SPACS - OKLO and SMR and those were quite renumerative for early investors.
They're all being researched. That's why DOE created the nuclear pilot program. The type of reactors we need to power AI data centers are SMRs and they're all relatively new tech. HOND and OKLO included.
The shares of HOND will be exchanged one to one for the shares of IMSR. If you’re interested in the business combination details, here’s the proxy statement. Still not sure where the unnecessary aggression comes on your part, but sadly, the Internet attracts keyboard warriors. Everyone needs to do their own due diligence on these investments. These are risky investments. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/2027582/000121390025092372/ea0243629-12.htm
The latest SEC filings show that Cantor Fitzgerald owns 466,287 HCM II / HOND Class A shares (which will convert 1 to 1 to IMSR shares, as of the date of the business combination) and 2,815,333 HOND warrants each one of which can be redeemed for one share of IMSR following the business combination. At the current price of $17.16 per share, the 466,287 shares are worth $8,001,484. At the current price of $per warrant (the HONDW share price), the 2,815,333 warrants are worth $17,064,444. Accordingly, the total current value of the ones on sheriff held by Cantor Fitzgerald in HOND are worth over $25 million. But go on throwing rocks about things you have clearly done no research on. Cheers mate.
For nuke- HOND (Terrestrial Energy) the only publicly traded play other than OLKO that is on both of the fast track programs for the defense department for SMR’s. That is both the reactor pilot program and the fuel program. The SPAC Stock is about $17 per share so the explosive growth potential is future rather than having already occurred like OLKO (OKLO could very well go up but in the year after it’s IPO it already 10x’ed). The powerful NYC investment bank owned and controlled by the commerce Secretary’s family (Cantor Fitzgerald) is taking them public as the investment advisor and owns warrants and common stock in the company that are currently valued between $20 million and $30 million that would be worth between $200 million and $300 million if it has stock price growth performance similar to OKLO post business combination. HOND is the SPAC that is expected to acquire Terrestrial Energy in a business combination to be consummated in the fourth quarter where Terrestrial Energy will take HOND’s place on the NASDAQ and trade under the symbol IMSR. Citadel just bought 5.4 percent of the SPAC. Other holders include Goldman Sachs and one of the principal investors in CRWV and APLD.
That's when you buy the dip since it will inevitably climb back again because the world will forever need more energy. In fact, we're severely short on energy generation based on forecasts. Hence the scramble towards nuclear reactors like what HOND provides.
We feeling bullish on HOND? Nice little dip here
HOND literally owns half of the greatest leap forward in energy. And data centers literally eat energy for breakfast. Think about it
HOND is giving me a hardon that is making my wife question my own sexuality
HOND is next big energy play
HOND... Could be $100 by year end like Oklo
HOND another nuclear spac that I think will run higher pre merger I’m in both rn and up on both
Someone pitch me on $HOND and this high, but not so tight flag pattern
That market open for RZLV, LAC, and HOND though, GD. These covered calls are gonna sell, wild. Not a complaint though lol.
HOND (Terrestrial Energy).
HOND (Terrestrial Energy).
HOND is nowhere near Oklo, stop spamming this constantly everywhere.
It's SPAC for Terrestrial energy - Oklo's competitor. If I'm correct, Oct 20th is the date when HOND holders will get 1:1 share in the new company, terrestrial energy. The new co. is believed to be worth 10B - 20X current valuation.
Y’all need to get in HOND
Everything so expensive. Think I’ll throw some money at the next pump and dump spac $HOND
HOND if you like government backed energy in the age of data centers
Sounds like a naive response from an OKLO holder. I’m a holder of OKLO as well and it’s run its course. 17b market cap vs HOND 460m market cap. Enjoy your .5x gains with OKLO, its very admirable to stick with it 👍🏽
HOND (Terrestrial Energy) will be the next OKLO because https://www.energy.gov/articles/energy-department-selects-four-companies-advanced-nuclear-fuel-line-pilot-projects And https://www.inkl.com/news/ken-griffin-bumps-stake-in-spac-by-1-300-days-before-sec-approved-its-merger-with-nuclear-plant-developer Pay attention!
HOND is legit better than OKLO. HOND will produce more power and faster to deliver because it is using more conventional IMSR technology vs. Fast Salt Reactors
No impact since $HOND's S-4 was already SEC approved before the shutdown, so it just needs shareholder approval on October 20th. There's zero chance shareholders won't approve in this market.
People are sleeping on $HOND which is the SPAC for Terrestrial Energy. One of only two publicly traded companies that are part of U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)'s nuclear pilot program. The other company in the program? Oklo, which you already know has rocketed in stock value even with no product. $HOND SPAC will completed end of this month and will trade under $IMSR. This is going to be as big as Oklo if not bigger since the nuclear tech (molten salt) is safer and easier to maintain than Oklo's, which is perfect to be co-located beside data centers and hyperscalers. I can write up a DD if there's enough interest.
This is why you buy $HOND instead. Better, safer, less downtime reactor tech than Oklo. It's a much better candidate to be situated beside data centers. The SPAC will be converted to $IMSR later in the month so you can still get in early before people make the connection that $HOND is Terrestrial Energy, one of the only two publicly traded companies as part of U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)'s nuclear pilot program. The other company in the program? Oklo, which you already know has rocketed in stock value.
They both will be good CCCX has nvidia and nasa contracts in quantum computing and this HOND has DOE and Lockheed Martin plus its in AI nuclear energy like OKLO
Bullish breaking news for HOND (Terrestrial Energy): https://www.energy.gov/articles/energy-department-selects-four-companies-advanced-nuclear-fuel-line-pilot-projects
HOND commons ripped up to $16.30 and warrants ripping back up to $6.00! On this news: https://www.energy.gov/articles/energy-department-selects-four-companies-advanced-nuclear-fuel-line-pilot-projects#:~:text=DOE%20selected%20Oklo%20Inc.%2C%20Terrestrial,build%20advanced%20nuclear%20fuel%20lines. Nuclear back on the menu? Do you think other nuclear stocks may follow like GSRT and SVII?
Idk man. Look at the investor deck for HOND (Terrestrial Energy). Can find it in the Terrestrial Energy website. Their board of directors is stacked with people from the DOD, DOE, Lockheed Martin, etc. Infrastructure for their reactors is already in place. The SPAC company doesn’t mean anything for the future prospects of the target merger company
Could anyone help determine what the NAV of $HOND is? (commons: $15.25 / warrants: $5.25) Also, what the NAV of $SVII is? (commons: $12.50 / warrants: $1.50) Thank you.
Thinking about throwing some HOND stocks at my portfolio there. Hoping to get it below 30 though.
