It is a gamble, which is why it only makes up a small portion of my portfolio. If you're considering investing in it, you should keep that in mind. Lithium Americas is tied to the Thacker Pass lithium project in Nevada, one of the largest known lithium deposits in the United States and, according to the company, one of the largest measured and indicated lithium resources in the world. That gives LAC significant upside if the project succeeds, but it remains speculative because the company depends heavily on execution, financing, lithium prices, and successfully scaling production. Independent scientific and energy-transition forecasts have estimated that lithium demand could increase dramatically over the coming decades, potentially many times above current levels. My bet is that if demand grows anywhere near those projections, Thacker Pass could become a major domestic source of lithium and play an important role in meeting that demand. But like I said, it is a gamble, and it will be a long time before I know if it will pay off.
I mean i invest already in to sp500, but is very slow process , is this LAC worth going for bro?
Buying the dips is probably your best bet when it comes to BTC. I would except a 10-20% year after year gain overall averaged across the next 10 years realistically. There are other investments that could do better then that. I believe you need at least 10% a year just to keep up and break even with increased cost of living/inflation. Work with your tolerance, diversification is always recommended. The key though is finding the cycles within the markets that pump. Crypto is well into the bull run and right now critical minerals are just starting to enter a bull run as the world wakes up to supply shock/shortage. We are transitioning from a China only supply to building strategic reserves and floor prices. My big 5-10x bet is Surge Battery Metals NNLP, the next Thacker Pass LAC. Get some copper, nickel, lithium, and BTC, can't go wrong. Research the critical mineral space and the crypto space both are set you do very well moving forward. I got tired of the rug pulls and all the lies in crypto though, it's a heavily manipulated environment. Just never trade leverage in crypto whatever you do, shakeouts are real.
Most of my solar and EV has held decently. LAC TAN TSLA etc. CHPT hasn’t though but I’m still bullish on ev infrastructure and materials
