Not really sure why, but INIS took off today. Been holding a stupid bag on this one a while blindly following a rec from this sub.
My past several buys have all been for International Isotopes. Two pending catalysts are an uplisting to a major exchange, for which shareholders/BOD have voted for, and a $12.5 mil sell of an NRC deconversion of depleted uranium license, or DuF6 for those that want details. The announced buyer is American Fuel Resources and have applied for that license. It will be a huge catalyst for INIS and for current retail investors. Until recently there were not a lot of shares for sell near the trading range. The company sells radioisotopes, medical equipment, calibration standards, and sealed sources. There was a 180K ASK open late in the trading day yesterday. That was out of the norm, even for a stock that trades oddly. If one were able to build a position without running up the SP, then there might be some reason to look at this hidden gem. I saw one analyst average target price of just over 16 cents for the next 12 months. I can see something much higher than that when news of the license transfer hits the streets. Since September there has been a noted increase in followers on LinkedIn for what that is worth. The company just wrapped up a 4 day presentation of products in Spain. Other recent presentations have been in Latin America. Several key employee new hires to fill new positions indicate rapid growth for the company.
My bet is on International Isotopes. Ticker INIS and there is news about a sell of NRC license for deconversion of depleted uranium for $12.5 mil that should happen soon. There is talk of another buyer perhaps coming in with a higher offer if American Fuel Resources isn't able to arrange financing. INIS has given a drop dead date of next March. Looking at Level II now I see what would be a huge jump should trading go anywhere that high. Company is 70% owned by insiders and they have already voted with the other shareholders to uplist to a big board. I've been building a large core position for over 10 years. Biggest bag is FBIO and probably holding it through the month, see how the news sells, save some for long. Biggest bag weighing me down is INIS, don't know what I was thinking, just hoping to get something back.

I invest in what I think I know best, follow it closely, know how it trades, and try to keep aware of both what you know and what you might NOT know. Keep searching for news on various sources. Message boards can greatly sway your thoughts, so let all thoughts be well thought out. My fav penny stock at this time is INIS. Much to share, but do your own DD please. The stock has traded up this year with occasional high volume days, but has recently dropped below the 52 wk avg. Company is mostly insider owned. I recently searched the company name "International Isotopes" in quotes and "AFR" and found additional info that is important to retail investors in the company. The search should give insight into income coming to the company shortly and when it happens $INIS will be interesting to follow. The deal requires NRC approval for the transfer of a license for deconversion of depleted uranium (UF6) and that was forecast to have happened already. License is for construction and operation. Proposed location is/was Hobbs, NM and the environmental impact studies have already been completed. Sale includes transfer of patents dealing with deconversion. Also found some news about Texas Nuclear Alliance. There is some sort of connection there that I've not quite figured out. Seems

I would revise that list now… $KRKNF, $NPRFF, $INIS, $ESMC $UMAV I’m so pissed at I wrote the CEO…twice (aka it’s my largest upside down holding right now). $RONN is the same as $UMAV, second biggest holding loss. They talk a big hydrogen game but nothing ever happens and they secretly dilute at every chance they get (to pay bills etc).
I've definitely become interested in OTCs, that's for sure; I like the lack of volatility/manipulation. There are a lot that're doing quite well recently, $INIS being one that easily comes to mind (although I don't want a position in it; I couldn't believe how it went from $.04 to $.10). I still am holding 54k shares of $INIS ;) Just sitting and waiting. Reddit is ephemeral, Reddit has the delete feature for a reason, and one of my favorite reggae bands of all time, Third World, has a song called 96 degrees in the shade, but the last thing we need is shade when we are working our tan 😉 96 degrees in the shade. It’s like our investment style. Go in hot and then watch others cook in the sun as the price goes up! Good feedback on all your picks, as always. I don't know much about the company, but many people love bottom fishing for stocks that are moving up and down. My fav penny stock is INIS. The BOD has announced plans to move the company to a major exchange by doing a reverse split. Most retail investors don't like those, but INIS had a very high volume day recently, but less than 50K shares today. Lots of news out that's most interesting and the hiring of several new key employees indicates growth of the company. Search International Isotopes and "AFR" and you'll find what I consider the main new news. Love the new CEO for his market experience. PS...The company is 70% insider owned and SP is up 50% for the year.
One catalyst coming up is the transfer of an NRC license for deconversion of depleted uranium, or DUF-6 from International Isotopes (a penny stock) to another company that goes by AFR, or American Fuel Resources. The transfer of license and various patents will bring INIS $12.5 mil total. Plus, this will relieve the company of the expense of maintaining the license. I learned about INIS when working at an enrichment facility. Lots of info on the company on LinkedIn. They just surpassed 1K in followers. The number of key employees indicates to me that they are poised for growth. Recent news is that the board members are recommending a shareholder vote for a reverse split so the company can be uplisted on a major exchange. It is interesting to note that even with this info coming out about a reverse split the stock has trading up on heavier than normal volume. The company is around 70% insider owned. The company has stated intentions to use the $$ to advance their medical devices, radioisotope production, etc.
The INIS board is recommending an uplisting to a major exchange at a proper time. There is news out on that. I will vote for it. LinkedIn has news also. The companies products are being presented in Melbourne today by GMS, the former company the new INIS CEO and President worked for before. Several key new employees as well as footprint expansion of home office facilities indicates strong growth.
I was thinking of buying into $INIS, been watching it since I shouted it out for Gloomy_MTTime, but I ended up going with $ESMC instead. A lot less shares OS and also posting positive earnings. I agree, the “idea” of $INIS seems good but again, 500+ million shares? It’s going to need a consolidation (RS) at this point to move the needle.

Yeah, $OKLO and that damn Sam Altman guy. $OKLO was formed via a SPAC and that symbol was $ALTC, as in literally ALTman Corporation. I guess there’s nothing suspicious about a blank check company being formed by the guy running OpenAI, to start a nuclear company. What could possibly go wrong? INIS is worth a look. It's not worthless, but a penny stock. It has had a 52 week high recently. Thoughts on analyst, etc. welcomed.
Same thoughts on INIS. It is at a 52 week high. Buy under that price if you can, and hold for gains by or before April 1st. There is lots of news released. PPS will be driven by the market mostly and investor sentiment. Insiders own about 70% of company and have been buying. It will likely not explode too soon, but has that possibility. It will be difficult to build a large position in my opinion.
Saw that INIS is recruiting for another key employee, so I am sharing a link that gives some very useful DD. Curious what you might think about all said between the lines and what it might mean for someone holding a large position. The stock is showing some life now, up nearly 100% from the 3 cent low with the ASK at 6 cents now. Level II showing few shares available under 7 cents.
