I've been side eyeing it for a little while. Revenue, gross profit, and cash have been somewhat increasing in recent quarters. Keep in mind that their raw ingredient costs are prone to fluctuate for a number of reasons, which of course can impact margins. Their fallout agreement expires EoY 2028 if I recall correctly. If they get creative with the fallout universe and take advantage of time-limited product sales, I feel like they can really milk that partnership. Zooming out, there are a couple of other areas they could potentially get into as well. I made a comment a while ago on just video games based on a quick Google search: https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/1qe2906/comment/o0lod7j/ In my opinion, it's going to be all about partnerships and how wide they can cast their net into other IPs. It does, however, also come down to a bet against "Big Soda". If I were to guess, I would assume that the bigger companies prefer more consistent and reliable revenue streams. This could leave a gap for a smaller company like JSDA to take over the more niche area.

Agreed, you're either betting on JSDA getting big enough to stand on its own, which is a HUGE bet against Big Soda. Or, you are betting it gets to a size sufficient enough for Big Soda to seek an acquisition, still a huge bet by itself. It doesn't help that it feels like a big chunk of their latest success is on the back of Fallout licensed product, which is fine, but what happens when the show is over or the zeitgeist has moved onto the next thing?

Not to mention the potential of a buyout, which is likely in the CPG space and the meme potential with a nostalgic brand like Jones if they do uplist to NASDAQ and become more easily tradable on Robinhood and such.

$JSDA Jones just hard their earnings call this morning and gave guidance that Q4 revenue will be up 187% YoY and at an 18 year high. Margins and profitability and increasing and SGA is under control.
It is hard lesson to learn that just because a stop was at a price, that it will ever get there again. I lost a lot of money on a small company supposed to hit it big. Bought in at around $6 saw that sucker go over $30, and then rode it all the way down to pennies; JSDA (Jones Soda, supposed to be the next big thing because they used Cane sugar and had cool flavors, like Thanksgiving Dinner).
Jones Soda (JSDA) is raising significant funding (likely from a large institutional investor) and uplisting to the NASDAQ under ticker JBEV. This is why they had to spin off regulated cannabis recently, although they are going all in on Hemp (HD9). This can essentially be thought of as an IPO. The raised just a number of months ago at a $40M valuation. Even though the stock is depressed right not, they next raise will likely be at or above those levels.
