The last time KLTO ran, there was a ~70% pop with a decline for a few weeks followed by that huge 20X run. We had another ~70% pop yesterday…I wonder if there will be another big jump after some consolidation.

KLTO and ISPC had strong AH movements looking to see the same PM NBY will continue to rise till Sept 15 (deadline to get your shares for the one time .80 cent per share dividend) if there are any shares left 🤓

It happens pretty often on stocks that are like below .10. For things that eventually went over $1 (and are shit I actually track it could happen all the time for all I know) the last one was KLTO on 6/9/2025. The most comparable to OPEN is probably FFIE (now FFAI) last year in may.
Check out KLTO, going to be on the market for ALS soon…. Which is huge!!!! but future potential is much much greater than that if that gene ends up holding big time potential like it is believed.

Everything can't come up Milhouse every day. But overall, unless everything plummets in the next hour or so (knocking wood), still came out decently ahead this week. Also, if anyone wants to buy the dip and take a gamble on a biopharma company on the tip of someone who just started a month ago and doesn't know anything more about all of this than 'buy low sell high,' KLTO's been performing solidly over the last week, knocked down \~8.5% today, but also just received an orphan drug designation from the FDA for their ALS treatment announced after market close last night. Which is NOT an FDA approval of the drug, which remains to be seen, but it is something that usually contributes to a short-term boost despite being by definition for a rare disease (so not a huge pool of potential patients...with pockets attached). If (BIG IF) there's a recovery plus a boost, could add up to a reasonable profit.
To the market. I got robbed by KLTO yesterday so pick any Biotech/Pharma that's pumping premarket and boof your money is gone!!!

Absolutely. The market treated me very well on Monday & Tuesday. The market is in the mood today to take it all back today. I made it easy for them by throwing money on KLTO (I knew in my heart that good news doesn't mean upward movement)

Yep. Missed it. I take two shots per day and I have used one of them on KLTO (going against my best judgement to stay away from Biotech/Pharmacy if I am not holding long term). And funnily, it's still queued so not even in it officially.

Real answer, EPWK, but only because I have exactly one dollar invested at $0.50/share and the chart is shaped like a big thumbs up. Thinking either it grows a second thumb and I potentially make as much bank as one can reasonably ask of a dollar investment, stays more or less flat, or I'm out $1. Takes the pressure off. And now that we've established that no one should follow my example in decision-making, ABCL, KLTO, and PSTV (and I do also have some PRZO stashed away). All three got battered today, but feel good about them overall, particularly if their research delivers. And bonus, I want them to succeed because they're doing important work. And one more I've got my eye on but no stake in...yet.
If anyone is looking for some EONR, PED, or KLTO— look no further. Will sell cheap.

Hey profit is profit! I was +$750 in KLTO and got greedy and said just a little longer.... it dropped and dropped and dropped and I ended up with $15 profit. That was a huge lesson for me lol.

Called a few plays here last week ( you can check past comments ) and all of them ran. Also did a break down of KLTO stock that I entered when it ran. I got in at 0.52 and it ran to 4.00+

Did a breakdown of KLTO stock the other day. Lot of people liked it. Who’s interested in breakdowns of stocks that made a huge run this week. Got in a few pretty early on. Today my biggest play was NEHC at 0.55
Bought more KLTO, NCNA and IXHL at open. Watching PLUG, HCTI, GNLN, IXHL, KLTO and NCNA today will be tough and I already have anxiety 😅
