$LENZ ripping and tearing its way back to $50 If a buyout happens by J&J or CVS I’ve got a buyout price estimated to be at a minimum $100 a share but possibly $150 a share. They are the only option on the market right now, their competitor Vuity pulled its product due to consumer backlash. $LENZ eye drop VIZZ has already shown it solves the problem of Presbyopia without the issues Vuity had and consumer reports reflect that. High risk, High reward, if you track its beta coefficient it appears to be negative in terms of large market downturns. My belief on this is due to the high short interest of over 25%. When market floor drops it seems like shorts are covering this position and realizing losses to offset the gains they have from being short at $30, $40 or $50 a month or 2 ago. Prescriptions Written: 20,000 Eye Care Professionals Prescribing: 6,500 This not only beats the wall-street analyst expectations but also the internal expectations of the company Lenz Therapeutics as well. Direct to consumer campaign starts this month and they have Sarah Jessica Parker as the face of the product. I’m very excited to see what is achieved in Q1. Stock is currently trading at net asset value to the company its self. Big potential here.

They achieved this solely with direct marketing/sales to eye care professionals. If the direct to consumer campaign is a success then people will start asking the professionals for the product. Lowest price target I see is $49, and the stock currently trades at $18, so yeah, big upside. Though it is common to see wildly high price targets compared to current stock price for biotech stocks, and they usually end up bleeding to $0. That said, biotech is going to go nuts in 2026, and I think the companies that came out after 2020 are set up to take over the show, and LENZ went public in 2021. Passes my personal checks. I'll buy Monday.

So far the one rental tear made some fear enter but when you dig into the case it is someone that had no business using these drops due to their personal medical history. They would have avoided it by getting a true eye exam prior to prescription.
