If you want to see something truly bonkers, take a look at the chart for MLTX. Damn near heading towards pennystock status overnight due to awful clinical trial data.

Helix team took MLTX public with their first spac which is now trading around 50. Good track record and a 260m pipe lined up for this deal makes me wonder why it’s still sitting at floor.
Almost down $20 since you said this about MLTX. Great advice man!!
I agree MLTX looks promising, but phase 3 VELA and IZAR primary completions aren't due until Jun 2025 \[1,2,3, 4\]. If you trade with leverage, this is a long time for fees to chomp your ass. I'll buy in after March if the price is right. \[1\] [https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06411899](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06411899) \[2\] [https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06411379](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06411379) \[3\] [https://moonlaketx.com/pipeline/](https://moonlaketx.com/pipeline/) \[4\] [https://ml-eu.globenewswire.com/Resource/Download/a3d7fb96-ac7d-4048-a5a1-ce344e4219c8](https://ml-eu.globenewswire.com/Resource/Download/a3d7fb96-ac7d-4048-a5a1-ce344e4219c8)
$MLTX was the one that surprised me the most I think. All the rest you listed have proven that stable companies that make real products are the way to go. Also investing in industrial SPACs snagging anything in mining or oil/gas is almost a surefire way to come out on top. Probably the best sector for deSPAC performance. On your last point I agree. Problem with Space-X is that it requires extensive and specialized equipment. Lynk is an interesting one, and Globalstar still requires you to buy a separate phone from your normal one. The big pull for ASTS is that it's plug-and-play service for existing phones with zero modification. That's massively important for their biggest market which is poorer and undeveloped countries. They are trying to launch first services in the equatorial region first because of this.

MLTX currently trading at $61.25. Can they catch lightning in a bottle twice?
$MLTX a good strategy?
MLTX diluted in between too. Truly incredible.
MLTX up 12% to $61.15 on positive [news from clinical trial](https://www.reddit.com/r/Spacstocks/comments/1795kka/moonlake_immunotherapeutics_announces_the_full/). Was $7 last November 2.

a lot of the time FDA approvals are. All I do is trade biotechs and work in the industry. If there’s little to no uncertainty for an approval the stock won’t move. RETA earlier this year is a highly specialized exception. Clinical data readouts however are the true high volatility catalysts… IMGN P3 confirmatory trial +170%, I made a bag on calls. MDGL P3 NASH 250%, AKRO P2 NASH 150%, MLTX P2 +85% Protip: if you wanna trade options on biotechs do it over important clinical trial catalysts where there’s uncertainty over the outcome.
Not all of them. MLTX and SYM still are proof that Spacs can be great but it's very rare nowadays.
What's the next MLTX ? Went to $100 now at $50 SABS?
[MoonLake Immunotherapeutics Announces Proposed Underwritten Public Offering](https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2023/06/26/2694829/0/en/MoonLake-Immunotherapeutics-Announces-Proposed-Underwritten-Public-Offering.html) \- MLTX That might give the MLTX rally a nice cold shower. "it has commenced an underwritten public offering of **$250 million of its Class A ordinary shares** and, in lieu of Class A ordinary shares to certain investors that so choose, pre-funded warrants to purchase Class A ordinary shares. In addition, MoonLake is expected to grant the underwriters of the offering an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to **an additional $37.5 million of its Class A ordinary shares** at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. The proposed public offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. All of the securities to be sold in the offering are being offered by MoonLake. MoonLake intends to use the net proceeds from this offering together with its existing cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities, to fund the ongoing advancement of Sonelokimab and for general corporate purposes."

MLTX is now one of the best SPACs ever. Unfirtunately an exception but still a great light in the tunnel.
I guess the best SPAC on the market right now is $MLTX
Watch MLTX…it’s an interesting mover.
Any idea why I had $20 price alert on MLTX ? It triggered few minutes ago. It looks like it was a SPAC at some point.
