DCGO, has anyone gotten their shares from MOTN turned into DCGO yet or is My country just slow π?
I'm holding currently MOTN shares. Will they become DCGO tomorrow at market open for the merger ?
$MOTN πππ - LFG BOIS it's TENDY TIME π€π€π€π₯πππ―π―π―
$MOTN short interest increased from 15 to 20 percent today. This is gonna fly like $RDBX and $BTTX. Jump on early yβall.
I have a suggestion for a sympathy trade for todays run on OTRK. MOTN is a spac with low float that is merging with DocGo.
$MOTN sponsor is forfeiting the same percentage as redemptions that means 60% of 2.9. So the public float is only 2.2M now with 15% short interest.
MOTN - tight float, favorable valuation, upcoming catalyst

I can't find MOTN. What is it?
Nope, sponsor shares are not freely tradeable at merger close. They are subject to lock-ups. Per MOTN prospectus, the earliest these shares could become part of the float is 170 days from closing: A) one year after the completion of our initial business combination and (B) subsequent to our initial business combination, (x) if the last reported sale price of our Class A common stock equals or exceeds $12.00 per share (as adjusted for stock splits, stock dividends, reorganizations, recapitalizations and the like) for any 20 trading days within any 30-trading day period commencing at least 150 days after our initial business combination Sponsors donβt have the ability to redeem their shares.
Dunno had note on my phone to buy MOTN for there spac agreement and there 60% redemption rate
Anyone able to see the changed ticker in their brokerage? Still showing im holding MOTN
1:1 conversion MOTN β> DCGO ticker change 11/08 Yes, low float SPAC play with 60% redemption rate. Only time will tell π€π
$MOTN 31% SI 60% Redemption SPAC Leaving around 5 mil shares Also Sponsor lose shares equal to the percentage of redemption. Cutting the float again
Anyone know if there is significant short interest on MOTN?
MOTN running (up 7%)...is this a redemption play?
Fuck me dude, I wish I bought more. I had the fucking moneyβ¦. I put it into MOTN πππ

MOTN with 60% redemptions https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/motion-acquisition-corp-and-docgo-announce-shareholder-approval-of-business-combination-301414832.html
CONGRATS! MOTN give you a similar feel?
Sorry to reply here but have you looked at other low-float de-SPACs plays? I saw some chatter about MOTN with a low overall float, but no numbers on redemptions yet
Might be worth picking up some MOTN here in case redemptions turn out to be quite high, vote was today so should hopefully know very soon
Seeing some buzz around MOTN. Curious to see what news comes out
I've been looking at SABS vs MOTN for my next play. Both are very interesting but I think MOTN is the much safer move right now. According to their SEC [presentation](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001822359/000121390021052945/ea148923-425_motionacq.htm) they are already absolutely killing it and are just getting started. They also appear to be well liked by employees on GlassDoor. SABS might also be a winner, but they are potentially years away from revenue and there's still the possibility of trial failure; just more risky imo.
Comments on these trades in general are pretty insightful. I do think by the same token, the less talked about one's are actually the one's with the most potential - because that is sometimes a flag there is no big holders looking to exist - which kills momentum. So when interest does develop, it is more pure buying pressure. I mean, there is no way of knowing what others are doing in the trade, but I do feel like that is why some of the one's I have gravitated towards - JSPR, BTTX, etc. - I think have done so well. And I also think it is a reason why SABS (and I think MOTN) also have the potential to go nuts.
Literally no one talking about MOTN? merger is this week, what gives?
MOTN a good despac waiting to blow
It's probably better to keep this DL until ticker change, so that redemptions aren't reversed. At $10.4, no one's going to do that, but it wouldn't be great if someone slapped it to $12 only to get 1M arbs cancel their redemption before 11/4 4pm ET deadline for reversal. Having said that, MOTN is a great business even without squeeze potential. Easily worth $13 based on their current revenue/EBITDA profile (AND these guys smash their own guidance every quarter!)
You think MOTN is the next one ?
>That whole period under NAV. Currently \~150 cap, but guessing 80% redemptions would make this one of the smallest remaining de-spacs. BTTX saw 80m vol today. If MOTN sees a fraction off that things would likely get wild. Vote is tomorrow. So PR on redemptions may serve as a catalyst. MOTN does not look like high redemption play. Warrants are just too high. If this was a crappy target - warrants at 2.42 - man that is really expensive and indication of bullishness
BTTX had a super small float even prior to redemptions. SWBK is pretty large. MOTN is smallish.
Looks like $MOTN is going early.. up 10% pre-market. Vote is tomorrow https://www.reddit.com/r/SPACs/comments/qi6xd1/announcements_x_daily_discussion_for_friday/hihutha?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3
Did some research on $MOTN merging with Docgo (vote is next Tuesday). Looks interesting. It was unanimously dismissed here when they announced but upon further review, here's what I came up with.. They reported Q3 earnings a weeks ago. They had a 200% increase in revenue this quarter compared to Q3 20. They also raised FY21 guidance from $155m to $260m. Since their DA announcement a couple months ago, they have announced new partnerships, secured new contracts with hospital networks and local municipalities and have expanded to the UK starting with London. Northland Capital has already initiated coverage with a price target of $16. Warrants are currently at $2.33 which is on the high end of "just before merger" companies which may or may not indicate future stock performance. I have no idea how it will trade in the next few days as that will depend alot on the redemption numbers and current market moods but I did start a small position at $10 and will look to enter if/when it dips for a longer term hold. I believe their growth + execution is phenomenal and I see this company growing further in the near future with additional contracts and partnerships as well as expansion to further states (they have pending license applications in 26 states). Would love to hear some thoughts or counterpoints..
What are those of you not interested in playing the Trump pump looking at? I've got an eye on MOTN/DocGo which been on an uptrend since announcing earnings 9 days ago, warrants have gone from 1.4 to 2.3 and commons hugging NAV more closely. They raised their 2021 revenue outlook from $170M to $260M and 2021 Adjusted EBITDA guidance from $6M to $10M. Has a $1.1B valuation. KVSB/Nextdoor and TMTS/NextNav have been floating above NAV and are approaching their merger dates. It seems like recently that has been a positive signal. Also keeping an eye on SWBK/Bird since a lot of the VC darling companies that have been SPACing recently have done pretty well. Apollo recently agreed to upsize it's credit facility with Bird from $40M to $150M. Basically Apollo promises to make up to $150M in loans available to Bird and credit facilities are often used as sources of backup funding when a company is raising money. Not sure if bullish or bearish. Lastly, glad to see XPDI/Core Scientific finally waking up.
Really nice... Can't wait to see $AVPT $MOTN, $TALK, $KPLT, $ROVR. Investor presentation vs real earnings. This should be fun.
As a huge Shadowrun fan, $MOTN sounds like the early stages of DocWagon, an incredibly lucrative ambulance provider. Gonna dig deeper on this one.
Some basic pricing for ambulance services in the state of New Jersey. Information taken from the FairHealth database which takes data from claims submitted to insurance companies and compiles them into percentiles from 25th-95th percentile with 80th percentile typically being considered usual, reasonable, and customary. These price vary based on something called the geographical coding index and will be different based location across the country. Ambulance services are coded based on the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS). A0425 - Ambulance ground mileage (per mile) - $22.34 A0426 - Ambulance Service (Advanced Life Support Level 1) Non-Emergency. $1,387.01 A0427 - Ambulance Service (Advanced Life Support Level 1) Emergency. $1,608.85 A0428 Ambulance Service (Basic Life Support) Non-Emergency. $1,234.81 A0429 - Ambulance Service (Basic Life Support) Emergency. $1,136.93 (strange pricing for increased services) A0431 - Ambulance Service (Air services) (Rotary Winged) One way. $37,310.00 I do not own MOTN. Just figured I could provide some insight as to how these services are billed and what would be considered typical, plus or minus, depending on locale.
I finally sold my MOTN. It never just wonβt break over 1.75 and Iβve been very disappointed in the low volume. Decided to sell at near break even to put my money elsewhere in hopes of better opportunity. Iβm a Spacling but havenβt figured out how to post that identifier.
