I constructed my bond floor out of mainly muni bond funds/etfs: BYM, IQI, NMZ, MYD, & LEO. Just over 10% (3-4 yrs of living expenses) of my portfolio. DRIP on. If I need $s I can sell at anytime.

You mean Huawei or MYD? huawei is not a public listed company and after U.S. sanctions I would imagine there aren’t any chance to do so.

Real time? Not really, close to real time - yes... The only real time are going to be the services that are right across the street from the NJ datacenters, which is where most brokerages have their connections. The farther you are from the datacenters the slower it will be obviously. Talking milliseconds here, which if your thinking day trading and wanting to compete with algos, your not going to have the same access to the data. I use TDA website & ThinkorSwim - but they have a disclaimer that states: Most data is streaming, but values marked with \* update every 5 minutes. There is an update now link in the browser available. I have found Koyfin is not to bad (almost like a mini-bloomberg terminal/anywhere) - it comes both free and paid... here is their comment on data feeds - For US stocks, the price data is a combination of live data from IEX and 15-minute delayed data from the consolidated exchange tape. Canadian price data is 15 minutes delayed. For all other countries, price data is end-of-day. We provide a timestamp of the last trade which you can see by hovering over the ticker in MYD or in the quote box.
