This month has started showing me that. My largest hit has been with RKLB, PLTR, NVDA, and NVTS.
I’ll give a good example. When I was new to trading large positions I bought 1,000 shares of $NVTS around $5.50 a share. It pumped and I held. The next morning it dropped to $4.50 and I panic sold the whole bag for a grand loss after letting AI convince me it was overvalued. I sold at the lows. The next week it was $7 a share. 11 months later it was $34 a share. Now it’s over $17 a share. To be fair this mechanic works almost every single legit short squeeze. Shorts double down before they’re forced to exit banking on weak hands.
Why NVTS instead of MX? Magnachip has book value of 6.9 per share and new leadership with good runway

We had a big run, especially in semis, a strong correction is normal Valuations for especially the larger, quality names still look very reasonable e.g. NVDA, AVGO, AMZN etc. Some small caps are horribly expensive, would stay away from those e.g. NVTS
