I won’t call NVVE the next DFLI… BUT - They make EV charging solutions that allow you to off load you cars battery back to the grid when you’re not using it (idk how it works) - They were recently issued a notice to regain compliance and recent granted an extension to December 31st. - American company $NVVE ticked all the same boxes $DFLI did for me when I made my initial 0.48 purchase of shares. I’m aware of the RS. Still doing more DD, but its movement this morning is interesting.
NVVE is pumping. good opportunity for a quick buck, but remember: NO HODLING!

I was thinking of holding it for years, same with $NVVE until they diluted massively while hyping up their plan to invest in crypto. I’m glad you scalped $UGRO for those gains & I regret not holding it for a bit longer, but they’d just posted an 8-k about being sued for defaulting on a loan. They’ve since posted another 8-k about having to sell off a part of their business. Once the risk outweighs the reward for me, I can’t stay in a stock. I’m getting ready to be halfway across the world & can’t be stuck laying awake at night with that amount of risk. It was my fault for entering, probably, especially so deep, without first seeing the financials that’re apparently on the way. Clearly I have a problem managing risk but I also watch my stocks like a hawk so I can change on a dime if need be. I can go in with a long-term perspective & change my mind at any point. I’ve since deleted most of my comments to cleanse my karma & again, I’ll be out of the way in a few days, don’t worry 🤙
$UGRO actually squeezed pretty nicely the other day - did you miss that? It probably would’ve gone a lot higher if I had still been holding - you live & you learn. I also “shilled” $NVVE before it 3x’ed, $ICU before it 3x’ed, & again, $CTM @ $.18; how many multiples of $.18 is $1.16? Ive lost count at this point. You can block me 🤣

Thanks for sharing so much info - I love to see behind the curtain! Fidelity does something similar for low-volume stocks, restricts the order (& decreases the shares allowed if you keep buying). That, to me, is when you know you’re getting somewhere. They’re trying to keep it from getting out of hand, but it didn’t stop me from loading into $CTM heavily when it was averaging ~100k volume. I also had successes doing something similar with $NVVE (not a long hold). Now I’m getting the same vibes from $UGRO. These restricted stocks are the ones I go for, playing off the laws of supply & demand. I’m sorry your broker won’t let you buy, because those types of errors sound like fun to me 🤙

I appreciate your sentiments and I’m used to the downvotes 🤣 the haters have come back along with the daily lounge. I got shade for promoting $CTM @ $.18, $NVVE @ $.83 (before it exploded), and I made solid money on both… $1-1.25 is just the start IMO, the gap-fill from the huge reaction to the offering.
I’m not into day-trading, nor can I trade chart patterns or think about percentages like you, but I like what you say about thinking about risk. That’s why I don’t like touching stocks over $1 (got lucky that $NVVE came back over my $1.67 average and I had averaged down in another account). I look for the dead stocks and load in heavy, looking at the 52-week low or at least a long-term low, to see what I “could” lose. Again, once you’re up enough and playing with house money, you may be able to justify more risk, or holding longer-term. It’s clear that you take this seriously - even though we all are educated/informed (hopefully) gamblers, you’ve gotta remember it’s your hard-earned money you’re working with. It’s always important to think about what you could lose, and I appreciate you commenting on that.

Don’t know who downvoted you but I got you 🤙 congrats on the $SRM gains! I see a move like that in $ESMC’s future, a buyout (IP competing with LASIK?) or blockbuster announcement, taking it to pre-delisting prices; even at $5 a share, fully diluted including the preferred, that’s *only* a MC of $70 million; they consistently do $12 million in revenue annually and have almost no debt. Or maybe it gets uplisted to the NYSE Amex (trying to get through to IR). Either way, you know me, load in heavy (recent 13G) and wait… $ESMC has my attention - $OMTK is my “F%@k around and find out” play, both safe and sound in OTC land, both bought out heavily by yours truly 👁️👁️ Better safe than sorry with $NVVE, I’d still be holding $1.67 bags if I didn’t sell when I did; I had to swing it down to get ahead. It *was* locked up until Arie Rabinowitz bought warrants with clauses that let them reset to ~$.82, so I bought back in @ $.83 for a swing. I’ll play his game but I’ll never short a stock - hence, I liquidated when I saw the opportunity. Then it *was* locked up until they gave out all those warrants to the crypto advisors and took on Fermata’s debt. They skipped that dilution into the SEC filing and conveniently cut it from the PR. How many shelf registrations are even active for $NVVE right now? Sorry to go on and on but it’s actually a joke IMO if you do due diligence… What does the company even do, for goodness sake? I thought the last ER would show improvement and the call was even more laughable than the last one. I’m glad you got out - even if it pops, better safe than sorry. The crypto idea is good in theory if it’s a serious diversification of “excess cash,” which $NVVE PR’ed - I didn’t see any “excess cash” in that 10-Q… 🧐 Thanks again for inspiring me to do real DD.
The crypto diversification idea is interesting in theory, but I’ve realized the business has to be solid first. If they’re burning cash in bonfires they have no business investing in crypto (or giving 1.5 million in warrants to 5 consultants to help them build out a subsidiary dedicated to crypto - that was when $NVVE lost me and luckily when it rocketed as well). Have you read their recent SEC filings of ERs or listened to the last call? It’ll only take you 16 minutes - a record IMO…

After that $SBET unfurling and one of the most impressive runs I’ve seen in a long time, still a bit salty my limit order of 150 shares for $2.67 didn’t execute the morning the run started. Damn slow fill times and slippage. F$ck! 🤣 But anyways, convinced we are on the precipice of a financial shift and even though those changes are volatile, fraught with unknowns and so plenty of pundits and naysayers, but that’s not how progress occurs. $SBET is a curious play now they are the largest institutional holder of $ETH, and in the gaming/entertainment industry, $NVVE, $KULR, and others like $MATH or $DFDV. Got some juicy info from the CEO of $OMTK relater to a project in India starting up and one in Egypt finishing up approvals, I just wish they’d be more active on LinkedIn but he said he doesn’t like the spam. I’d also like to see a website revamp but all those things cost money and I’m fine if this one stays a hidden gem for a while. Hoping to be able to do a Q&A with him soon to bring more attention to the company. $ESMC is commercialized and operating in an infinite list of countries - I believe it was pretty beat down by COVID and the macroeconomic environment, but is still chugging along. I haven’t read the best things about the CEO but I’m trying to get a Q&A setup with him too if I ever hear back from IR. I haven’t been able to find much on their competition, but that could also be a risk factor. $.02 EPS doesn’t lie, and we’ll see what the next quarter shows. Their fiscal year ends in June so it may be September 30 before we see financials. Their LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook presence doesn’t lie - they’re not doing *nothing*… $NVVE will likely post at least 30 million shares OS with the next quarterly report with all the warrants that have been issued, and the last 2 reports were awful. I wanted to see them do *something* with all the cash they raised at the beginning of the year, but nope, nothing. Good luck, and remember to take profits with that one - with each pop new bagholders are created and they’ll be looking to exit if they can.

I thought $NVVE would be different, a better play than KULR, and they’re going down the same road, tons of warrants issued that’ll probably show up as shares OS on the next ER - in the end, the BTC thing really is a red flag for small companies. I’m just holding $ESMC & $OMTK for now - you could say that there’s no volume but I like the lack of volatility and my average. They’re long holds for me 🤙

RIP your bags, but I feel you - held a $60k $KULR bag all last summer, sold when it popped back up to $.80, was elated to get out and just come here to warn people. Not that I’m an expert - I yolo’ed too much on $NVVE thinking it was different from $KULR - the share structure was set to rip and my thesis proved true but I’m happy to be out of both now. Hope you can get some money back off it this scam of a company that’s spreading itself too thin… I recommend checking out $ESMC but I’m biased 🤙 just always happy to share my ideas.

Right on - I held a $KULR bag (no one to name but myself) all last summer and was elated to break even and get out. That it hit $5 is beyond me… Tbh I didn’t even read the article above, I’ve just seen so many people post about the culture of the company that I can feel them being spread too thin in my bones. I don’t even know why I’m on here commenting, I don’t even know why I care about this sub anymore 🤣 I thought $NVVE was different but then they started announcing new subsidiaries right and left and dove deeper into crypto, diluting shareholders in the process by paying their consultants. I think crypto diversification is forward-thinking, but you’ve gotta have the cash to play with before you can play the game. An operating loss is a hard no for diversification into crypto. See my recent comments for where my mind is these days… 🤙 hard to believe, but they’re actually posting positive earnings.

Not trying to be *that* guy, but every time $NVVE pops up I can’t help but chuckle a little. Sure, the V2G concept is cool — turn your fleet of school buses into a grid battery, sounds great on paper. But let’s be real… the company’s market cap is *4 million dollars*. That’s pink sheet territory for something that’s supposedly leading a "grid revolution." Acquisitions? Tech? Sure. But if it’s that scalable and the opportunity’s so massive, why is the stock still scraping the floor? Maybe they land a few contracts, maybe they don't. Meanwhile companies like $AITX are out here actually trimming costs and stacking real deployments — not just floating buzzwords and hoping a school district bites. If you’re swinging on this, hope it pays off — just don’t confuse potential with execution. There’s a graveyard full of “next big energy plays” down here.
Yeah but it’s kinda personal information if I go that far - I don’t want people to know that much about me. I doubled my money on KULR, septupled it on CTM (after letting it drop a lot), and then I just doubled my retirement accounts on $NVVE. Penny stocks pop all the time - you just have to buy when nobody cares and lean in heavy. I never want to think “what if I had invested more?” If I have a hunch… 500% of $100 is different than 500% of $10,000
$KULR, $CTM, $NVVE - if you lean in hard enough, it only takes 1 to change your life. There’re plenty out there. But again, my situation is different and I can’t be recommending what I do 🤙

They have hidden news. No one really reads Edgar (SEC.gov). Look at the 4/28 8-k, they announced they're doing a bitcoin treasury. I guess it's on their investor relations page, but no big press release article by a major company has been filed yet. Same news as ASST when it sky-rocketed, except NVVE took a dump in pre, so I don't know what to think. NFA. Do your own DD and trade carefully. Please use stop losses.

Is that what is going on with NVVE? I see no news or nothing to do with bitcoin. I saw some mf swearing it up last week saying he had some insider knowledge but hell anyone can say that. I’m just trying to get better at identifying higher priced PnD stocks cause I didn’t even know it could be done unless it was a penny.

Maybe y'all will listen next time I call out a stock... I sold $NVVE low compared to the prices here but gains are gains. Didn't plan to "dump" it all but it's too high IMO - I'll wait for a re-entry (definitely waiting until after the ER) around $1.20 and if it doesn't come, oh well. Now I'll probably get shade/downvoted for saying this, like I said to take profits when $CTM pumped to \~$1.45 after the offering. You really can't win - just remember it's okay to be different - go with your gut, lean into your investments, watch them like a hawk (if you have the means/time and if not tone back your exposure) and I learned today, be fearful when others are greedy... These prices are unjustifiably high IMO - they just announced more dilution today. I'm bullish on the company and its mission/vision, but don't like the volatility the day of.
