Cut the ones with poor growth, consolidate cash weighted towards winners. Go ahead and make your shit messy again over the course of another half decade. A ton of those lost you money just to inflation. Anyone sub-30% is a wash and you get to pay taxes, woo. OKTA can offset a bit of it at least. Anything less than 60 over the past 5 years lost to passively investing the index. Hell, you'd prolly do well to just rotate all your losers' cash into voo. Your winners keep winning and your floor becomes higher. You do have some very risky winners. Consider putting research towards when you may need to take profit. That's all my tired brain got for ya. Never seen a port so weird.

To create liquidity, look at OKTA yesterday and then today. GWRE did the same thing and it’s already back up. SNOW is a long term hold. If it wasn’t, Buffet wouldn’t have bought it at IPO.

I got OKTA and OKLO confused just now and was like wtf they beat on earnings and are profitable now?? Nope OKLO is still just a pile of money on fire. Okta did ok though. I own both, maybe they cancel each other out.
Couple of things, firstly I so far am only risking 50-100 dollars (extremely small % of my portfolio) secondly generally I try to go a month out and I think part where I might be wrong is that 15%OTM (which is what I generally aim for volatile stocks) goes worthless, I assume they will still hold some value above 50 dollars if stock moves more than 5-7%. And a move within 7-45% which is a big range makes me profit. So far the trades I have done, my OTM calls went ITM and I made profit cause they weren’t deep ITM. I haven’t actually experienced them staying OTM so that’s what I will see this time with OKTA AND MRVL. Hopefully my losses aren’t too big cause (300 dollars spent total). But assume they weren’t go totally worthless thus they are still 3 weeks out and that’s a big time to make a move. We will see since it’s still a working strategy but I do see the point you made and you got me there that very OTM calls will go really red cause of vega. Next time I should stay closer to ATM

When people say it’s over priced they look at its price to earnings which may be a big concept for some crayon eaters here. So it currently sits at a PE of 446 and a forward of 268. So impressive growth, but very very very over priced. Let’s use your same logic for some other stocks. We got - AMDs PE is 123 and forward is 59… more growth and cheaper so better buy right? IRENs PE is 147 and forward is 81. Great buy too? OKTA - PE is 88 and forward is…. 25?!?! OMG clearly OKTA is the ultimate growth buy! Wellllll…. These things are never the only thing to look at obviously. Nonetheless, no matter how you look at it PLTR is so overvalued it is comical and criminal at the same time.
You need volatility to expand as the asset goes up, otherwise you’re just long direction with nothing to show for the swings. For a lot of tech names right now (TSLA, INTC, OKTA), spot and vol are positively correlated. You also have chinese stocks right now but for more structural reasons and the type of products that are extremely popular over there. So if you think something like KWEB (tech chinese companies etf) is good value, it aligns nicely with what you are trying to do. Good luck.
