Then we're in agreement - nobody can suggest "excessive" without knowing plan size. And no, they cannot "get the job done for a fraction if that". The fact that the son is buying out his father's "small business" screams R2 shares, which cost about that and include recordkeeping SubTA fees for TPA admin. (total plan cost) Of course the father/owner is a trustee/fiduciary, someone had to make the fiduciary decision to hire Am Funds and the TPA - that's how it works and is irrelevant in determining appropriate plan cost. Even decision makers at mega plans that utilize a "corporate trustee" are still trustees. Don't confuse small company plans with larger pooled asset structures of pension plans - not even remotely the same convo. OP - your homework is to sort out which R share class your plan qualifies for - that's where your expense comes from. Anyways...as a 35 year retirement plan advisor who sat on Vanguard's retiremenet advisory council, I love Vanguard but can confidently state that American Funds rock and the rush to "OMH it's so expensive" is nearly always misdirection in the context of total retirement plan costs.

Now I am sitting on 1 share of OMH, SOGP, KNW, NRXP and 50 shares of KLTO and basically just letting all of them ride till market open then putting a 20% TSL on them all. Might make actual plays later but these are just fun for now Other than that. Hey all! I'm officially calling it: I'm unwell. I'm going to get into bed and try to survive to catch the Real/City game tonight. If I don't, my final wish is to have Bender-sized statue of me which breathes fire and can be seen from Mars. Just don't make it too ostentatious. I mentioned a bit back that we've got ChatGPT integration (or maybe I mentioned that we were going to... sorry brain is mush), yesterday it was pretty great at calling TRKA. I'm very interested to see how far we can take this. Right now it's just stock market data that it's consuming but we're trying to find a way to get around token limits so that we can throw news at it, too. Great increase this morning while an insane amount of volume. Typically does 85k shares. Currently over 2m. ChatGPT reckons it can reach $2.92 today. But again, I'd take that with a grain of salt. GDC was incredible yesterday. I was not remotely expecting it to break $10. Here again this morning (and it's becoming a bit of a mainstay for better or worse). Has had some impressive movement but I don't know if I expect another day where it breaks $10. I think I'd be happy if it touched $8, tbh. OMH was awful yesterday. I paper trade a lot and that's one that I was excited to try and read because I was thinking we'd have a similar day to the day before: big drop then a good recovery. However it just would not stop dropping. This morning has been good, pretty encouraging but I think we're in for a dead cat bounce rather than any substantial movement. I think todays play is to get in and out quickly and make sure you end the day green. SMFL at the bottom. That should show how much risk is in this today. Tiny market cap, loads of volume, and some really good movement (if inconsistent). ChatGPT expects it to open around $3.35 and trend up. With resistance at $3.52, and support at $2.61. Again, take these with a grain of salt. I think watching JCSE, TRVN, and possibly MF would be a good idea, too. Maybe XELA, too?
Look at my past posts on this sub. My buys and sells on OMH were disclosed real time. Maybe do some research on someoneβs claims before opening your fat yap next time.

No they didn't, they got lucky OMH was on a list with pxmd and wisa and a few others all weekend saying it was a potential squeeze play, all they did was bet. That's all this short squeeze stuff is, looking at short interest and a few key things like debt/revenue/profit/EPS and then you just place a bet and hope for the best, or look up potential upcoming catalysts and place options bets near those dates.

Hey all! Hope you had a great weekend! I'm still recovering so I'll answer any queries in a little bit. Premarket this morning has been mostly boring but with a few really interesting stocks rocketing at times. WISA is a stock that shows up every few days and has done since probably the middle of last year. I don't think I've ever seen it have such a good morning. There does seem to be a really well defined ceiling that it has been unable to break through and you should keep your eye on that. If it manages to overcome the resistance then it's very possible it could run quite far. If. OMH is wild right now. Opened about $18. Broke $28 twice so far. It's a scary chart because you have to look at it from the perspective of "am I able to trade that" and it's something that you're going to need to be watching for CONSTANTLY. That's assuming it can repeat this kind of movement. LMFA came in really late and is mostly trending on what can only be described as a hilariously good earnings report. 1110% icnrease of 2022. I mean. Sure. Okay. Yeah. Of course with it being a smaller cap stock this does mean that it's going to fluctuate a lot. My immediate concern with this is that it runs too high between now and open, and it really restricts how much profit one can hope for today. Or, even worse, it causes people to sell their shares and we see a huge tumble down. Do be careful. GSIT was amazing on Friday and somehow even better after hours. This morning has been, for lack of a better term, a shit show. $7 down to under $5. Why is it here, you may be asking? Well, if a reversal does happen, it could bring substantial profits. Though, considering that this was about $1.70 on Thursday, the potential downside is huge. MGOL started off well and trended at around $2 for a few hours but the selling pressure was too much and it pulled back as far as $1.75-ish. I think that if it can break through, we may see it run as high as $2.20-$2.40 (maybe higher?) but`, again, that's a "if". Currently trending down. You will want to be careful of the first few minutes. Don't try and catch a falling knife. ALGS is largely the same story as GSIT but without the impressive movement on Friday. I think that this is potentially one to scalp vs try and hit one big trade. PXMD. I mean, you've seen it here all weekend. Lots of momentum but so far that hasn't converted into a good premarket. It's possible that it'll change when the market does open but this needs volume and it's 50/50 whether it gets it. The chart isn't awful though, that's just a fact. Outside of those, MIND is late to the party but are bringing A LOT of energy. I'd be watching them if I were you. Small market cap, insane movement, break out day. What's not to love? (the clear and present danger, that's what) Also, we're starting to use ChatGPT for stock analysis. One of the big issues that we encounter is that're not in a position where we can legally provide very actionable advice. We are looking to overcome that but in the meantime, we're throwing stock market data, technical analysis, and our own proprietary data at ChatGPT and it's looking really promising.
