PDSB at 1.24 is basically a reset story now. They shelved the HPV vaccine program (PDS0101) for a partner in August and went all in on PDS0301, an IL-12 immunotherapy, in colorectal cancer thatβs spread to the liver, which is about as hard a setting as oncology gets. on my usual screen itβs an automatic no, the June 10-Q showed about $5.6M of cash, roughly 4 months of runway, and dilution risk flagged high. What changes it is the up to $22M PIPE in September led by Patrick Soon-Shiong, who also joined the board. Smart money paying up matters, and the next real raise probably isnβt far off. The options are pricing about Β±71% into February with close to 49k contracts open. Thereβs no insider open-market buying since April to back it either. Iβd watch the prostate interim in Q4 and how they fund the colorectal Phase 3 (interim not until 2028) before trusting the run. For now itβs a financing story with a catalyst attached, not the other way round.

PDSB announced they will share new data on PDS0101 and PDS01ADC at SITC Nov 7β8, with Phase 3 in progress and FDA meeting for accelerated approval. This is coming 1 day after announcing they have requested to expedite FDA approval. They're going in the right direction. Hope the results are good
PDSB hope we can see similar volume today. If not more. Resistance at 1.16 can easily shoot to $2 for a momentum play. If Phase 3 is a success with FDA approval, we should easily be above $15 IMO. Low market cap for this biotech stock. Notes: PDS0101 vaccine shows 3x longer survival in head and neck cancer and now seeks expedited FDA approval. Their products work and have been tested.

Why can't we pump some dumbass like PDSB, 45.7M shares outstanding around 1.15 - hell, maybe they'll find a cancer cure too ......something along those lines? There's so many out there with millions of shares and around a buck
$PDSB kinda interesting - up trending, CEO with track record of good M&A with bigger pharma, products doing well in late stage clinicals for colon cancer and other cancers. Relatively cheap at \~$1.39, I'm long with 35k shares. Not a core of my port but a fun 'maybe moon' - but yes, I'm here so I'm regarded like everyone else
