Only if you listen to this sub. You bought ATH "its the dip, time to ADC" problem is, you no longer have extra cash in hand, so you ask the sub and they told you crypto is the way. You now risk your savings, and bought the dip and finally ADC. Probelem is, it keeps dipping. Now you lack sleep and mood.
amazing post :) you sound really humble. i have pretty mcuh the same as you, for poiunt one I knew what DCA was but i still put in lump sums at ATHs because on a deep level i didnt truly beleive there would be a dip or crash lower I could buy into instead. Now I learnt there's almost always a lower price opportunity for every coin no matter how solid it looks at the moment 2- similar to yours, not keeping neough cash aside to buy dips and crashes 3) pretty much same as yours!! although learning to correct that now ​ my current strategy is to make a game out of getting my ADC as low as possible for every coin I hold, and to make as much cash as possible to keep aside for dips. I am also practising taking a % of my total coin out as profit whenever it hits an ATH
Either you ADC and sell when you average for a lesser loss or wait if it will ever go up, personally have doubts on going up though... On the other hand, there are other coins that might make you something that are still relatively cheap. CRO, LRC SHIB and DOGELON
I mean... It's crypto, no one knows when it will pump (some people actually do). There isn't really much strategy other than trusting your gut and hopefully your gut doesn't betray you. If you're bullish on a coin and it dips buy more, if you bought ATH then ADC is the way.

I think groups and individuals that are behind market manipulation are obviously aware of the high volume of retail investors and of this approaching death cross with BTC in a week or two. I really think that with such a volatility and high degree of market manipulation that they’ll do whatever they can to dupe as many retail investors to panic or take them by surprise. Best strategy is to try the ADC method and hodl!

Cuz, I mean.. just the way I see it— dips are the time to ADC or new guys to get in or short stacks to add up, etc. It’s for the small guys’ benefit y’all, damn. Follow the investing rules cuz y’all lose your shit when it dips, don’t invest what you can’t afford to lose. Period.
Boys, boys, boys... alls this means is you can buy more of your favorite coin and ADC. Don’t get all worked up over a golden opportunity looking you dead in the face.
How does one suggest to take profits? Take your buy in out? Take a certain percent? And then do you just ADC back in over time?
Simply bigger gains in a quicker time frame; hang on for a second.. hear me out. You invest in a coin and wait 20 years. OR you invest in the market of different coins and take gains and cut losses here and there, increasing your bank roll, thus increasing your buying ability— ie buying more ETH sooner, or more ETH in total, before said coin explodes. That’s my mentality. I ADC along the way, of course. But I don’t necessarily have the means and I feel like the means I do have are small, slow, and insignificant in comparison to taking gains and reinvesting and playing the market as a hobby while working mando OT full time job.
Weekly is best; or whatever helps you ADC.
For me— it goes up and I get some gains, or it goes down and I buy more and ADC. Win/win attitude, baby!!

I am well aware of what science is, but if this is what science has become, then it is clearly worthless dogma pretending to be logic that appeals only to the emotions of those wanting a parallel to what they conceive, rather than doing anything to create it and actually be there. Science used to actually be science. Now, it is a type of alt religion with little or no science to speak of. If two people hold a bag that is identical and one contains 1k gold and the other is empty but you conceive they are equal because they are the same bag, then I'm sorry but you should go back and tell them you aren't worthy of a PhD in the field because you're an idiot if you think they are the same "only because you can't perceive the differences". If two people score the exact same on a test and were sitting close together, we used to have a word for that. It was called 'cheating'. Just because two people score the same on a test, that is NOT a measure of intelligence, because in your ignorance you do not realize that one of them could have guessed some of their answers, while the other may have cheated for some or all of them to get those exact same tests scores, while a third person may have actually known all of those and not the others to have received the exact same score! *You will never understand or know what life or intelligence is if you think that outset conclusions yield equality without consideration for the factors for which those conclusions were made!* *You wilfully ignore the differences between life and non-life the same way you ignore the conditions for which made people arrive at identical test scores above. Even if you were reasonably sure that the subject felt no pain if you did that, you should not *want* to or *need* to nor should you *be ok with it* simply because YOU do not have the capacity to see why not, to understand that others may see the logic in doing no harm whether it gains for them or not, but also that there may be a *desire* not to just as much as there may be *no desire to* for reasons and conditional factors which, like the tests analogy aforementioned, contain variables which neither you nor any sufficiently advanced machine could *feel*, *know*, be *aware of* or even *guess at* more than a stopped watch for probability. To answer your ending inquisitions, no they were far more than linear progressions, regressions, or weighted context models. Some of them were interdependent models that used the linear outputs from one sequence as a required input for another, with complexity based upon that, but could have originated from results that were given from an expert system database, a fuzzy logic result from ADC (analog to digital) sensory conversion, or an unknown tier of the network providing data for it to source from. (I didn't stop 30 years ago, I was current until about a year ago, starting 30 years prior. That is what I meant when I had said that. Mentioning that briefly for the sake of clarity). It wasn't that we were ever using the wrong nomenclature for our work, it's the fact that in the 80's, if you had said "AI" it was usually definitive and understood. Then, along came the blasted marketing, normies, and "everyday people" saw a way to "cash in on it" and screw over a variety of fields by mudding it up with terminology for cash the same way that researchgate and other once respectable repositories became dumping grounds for crap-papers for cash (even fiat has more value than some of the false papers I have seen there anymore). Before advocating for or attempting to understand artificial forms of intelligence and neural networks, it would be better for human beings to first understand and correct the biological, natural ones they still have. For if they don't and manage to get anywhere with it, they will be ruining things for the human race long-term, not just one or two generations. Sign-offs and salutations will have no meaning then.
I would personally play a healing support like Sona or Soraka rather than ADC in this situation.

Flash, XBY, ADC are the three big ones. I was new to crypto at the time and didn’t do my diligent DYOR. I can’t say it was a bad experience as I learned a lot from it that totally put my perspective on the right track. And I’m still holding XBY :)
