Every situation is unique though. One question id ask is what are the terms of the loan. Personally ive always been avoidant of loans, which in a lot of ways is probably a hindrance like I went to a cheaper school cause I didnt want to borrow money for example. Theres also the mental cost, which I always imagined would be worry, anxiety, and just in general youre not thinking clearly. Sort of like if you had to use the bathroom really badly you might behave differently. If you have a big loan hanging over your head, in can change your ability to think clearly or rationally. But he’s not wrong about his convictions, and at a valuation of less than 1% of the global wealth, price discovery is likely to trend upward. With the money printing we have around the world - if ₿ stays the same relative value to real world items - its price goes up indefinitely. It’s not that the price of ₿ goes up, it’s that you get to see how fast the buying power of a dollar goes down.

People frequently send so called shitcoins into smart contracts to help give them validity to newbies who don't know better. Just take a look to see what 200+ different tokens Vitalik holds - all were sent to him without his consent, and once he even donated billions of dollars of Shiba to India which was 'burned' using his address (again, as free marketing material).
