As such, Bitcoin have have slight advantages in that regard and it will just be a matter of time for big countries with big reserves to adopt Bitcoin as reserve asset. Some small countries like Bhutan and El Salvador have adopted bitcoin for their reserve asset.

I mean worst case scenario you got yourself an ambitious guy who keeps pushing toward his goal and trying to learn about it. Best case scenario he turns out to be right. Every situation is unique though. One question id ask is what are the terms of the loan. Saylor borrowed money at a low interest rate and he cant be liquidated as long as he keeps making the payments. That seems relatively low risk. Idk what your BF did, hopefully something similar I guess. Personally ive always been avoidant of loans, which in a lot of ways is probably a hindrance like I went to a cheaper school cause I didnt want to borrow money for example. Something about loans is theres not just the material cost: the interest and the payments. Theres also the mental cost, which I always imagined would be worry, anxiety, and just in general youre not thinking clearly. Sort of like if you had to use the bathroom really badly you might behave differently. If you have a big loan hanging over your head, in can change your ability to think clearly or rationally. On the other hand.. theres people who have strategically used loans to do incredible things.. George Soros and the pound comes to mind.
