If you’re type2 diabetes you should walk after each meal to flatten the glucose spike, not exercise one big session in a day. I had gestational diabetes and would walk 4 miles daily but the counselor told me the point of exercising is to flatten the curve after ingesting any carbs so walking or exercising within 30 after each meal would actually be more helpful. It’s crazy how posture or poor posture can seriously mess your body alignment up. My nephew’s shoulders are tilted to one side by a good inch or so. On a positive note he would wreck people in Diablo PVP when he was a middle schooler with some of his Diablo builds. I also never seen anyone type that fast in my life, like 120wpm fast. Lol As long as you are paying attention to your posture as you’re playing, you should be good. Balder’s Gate was the first D&D genre game that introduced me to RPG’s like 20 years ago. How is BG3?

Yeah I pretty much swear by Cryptocom and Bitget after originally starting with Kraken. Much smoother experience on boarding with cryptocom and practically everything I need for trading is on the BG app, probably the best one I've found so far for trading on the go, super clean interface.

Here's a different slant on ETFs and price suppression: might it not be in the best interest of the ETF providers (BG, VG, Fid etc.) to see the price rocket? Assume they focus on the money only, and don't care about the politics. Then NGU is what gets touted to bing in the institutional $$. N does indeed GU - a lot - and so do fees. Clients happy, ETF providershappy everybody win. What's not to like?

Same. The vast majority of what I play now are indie games because of this, plus indies tend to more interesting or niche ideas. And when I do play AAA games, they tend to be things like Zelda, Elden Ring, or BG3 that you pay for upfront and can enjoy the game as much as you want. Only exception is subscriptions for MMOs because they have to pay for maintenance and hosting, and I prefer to play a flat rate than have the devs abuse microtransactions. Though I don't really play MMOs anymore anyways.

I haven't played a crpg since BG1 and thats a long time ago. It's a breath of fresh air, the stories are incredible and I think that anyone can get into it. Starfield is at the top of my list after I finish BG. Internet is too toxic, everyone hates everything, I didn't need random people's opinion to choose games when I was young and I don't need it now. I enjoyed cyberpunk to and will be getting the expansion at some point (too many good games coming out after a long dry spell)

Not one of these is trying to make a game. They're all trying to make something that makes them money using crypto. Usually by hyping something up. If there was real use in using crypto in games it will be done by existing one's and you wouldn't notice it. but that's not going to happen. Look at the outrage against BG3. A game you can buy and own and just play online or offline? No in-game store? No subscription? IMPOSSIBLE!

Imho because "crypto gaming" shouldn't even be a thing. I've also been gaming since forever(when I was a kid I was playing Prince of Persia on DOS), and I've seen gaming evolve since then, but even if I'm in the crypto space this "crypto + whatever" craze should stop imho. Crypto doesn't work with everything, and "crypto gaming" is a dumb idea. Having a good game which IMPLEMENTS some crypto stuff for skins and such MIGHT turn out decent, but if anyone pitches a "crypto game" to me I'll already know from the get go that there's a 99% chance that, as you mentioned, it's either a scam, poorly created, both of these things and will most likely just be a way for devs to cash in with crypto... ...like if major triple-A publishers already didn't put out half-baked games with day 1 DLCs and shit like that which then takes months or years to fix. Gaming is a crowded space and it's in a very bad place right now, at least if you look at the major players in the industry(BG3 is an exception in an industry full of greed and bad management), and it's mostly indie games doing things how they should be done(complete games, fair prices, support and free updates after release and so on). I know we're in crypto sub so I hope this doesn't sound like a crypto hate message, as I mentioned I own some myself, but I've been a gamer my entire life and I still haven't found a single decent reason why "crypto gaming" should be a thing. Everyone hates games with poor real money implementations, pay to win mechanics and stuff like that: now imagine all of this with a dev that makes a game based on a currency that can go up 90% or down -300% in a matter of hours...that'll never lead to a good game.

I suggest looking for digital nomad communities in every country and spending some time with them. Look for financial advisors who are familiar with your home-country and who know the local situation. 80% of the information you read or hear on the Internet is wrong or outdated (idem for stuff in this thread). There are few countries that are going to be ideal so maybe you should focus first on having a good tax residency base. Have a bit of a nomadic lifestyle for a few years before you decide where to settle down. Personally I can only tell you about EU: NL and PT used to be interesting. NL not anymore, PT maybe still. DE maybe if you're a hodler and literally nothing else. Malta: probably overrated. I'd look into BG. In most EU-countries, as a US citizen, you will first need to set up a company and run it for a few years before you can get residency (if you don't get married to a local, that is). Again: find professionals! You can usually find the more interesting ones around **nomad communities / co-working spaces**.

Bulgarian here, idk if shes actually dead but the news in BG claims that she pissed off one of our OG oligarchs - Taki. At the time also owned the head of murder investigations since we were deep into one of the most corrupt mandates of our modern history 2018ish. There was another case where technically the police seized bilions in crypto from another criminal operation then it vanished. Vanished in Bulgaria means it went into some oligarch’s pocket and if you dig too deep you get killed and the media either doesn’t report about it or they mask it with some other bs story. Basically, Ruja seemed to not share the spoils of her crime with our oligarchy, so they went her with the entire power of the state and the mafia itself, she is not the first or last ‘rookie oligarch’ that this has happened to. There seems to be a sentiment here where people think she pulled off some stunt and is still alive, perhaps, but thats just conspiracies for now. There’s a lot more hard evidence that she basically didn’t share the profit with the established criminal underworld/oligarchy and they whacked her. BG didn't "invent" windows. Firstly, he bought DOS off some dude in the Valley for around $50,000 but that was after the fact that he had already won the contract for IBM to be their OS. By the time Windows came around pretty sure BG didn't have much to do with the coding or anything as he was the CEO of MS. You can’t port a dApp from Ethereum to Cardano - that’s a misconception. Cosmos is great, and along with Polkadot and Ethereum is leading the shift to modular rather than monolithic architecture. IMHO they represent the best alternative protocols to Ethereum at this point (although a lot of their activity is EVM focused). The biggest thing you’ve missed is what’s happening in Layer 2 and will answer your question. Ethereum is the most used blockchain ecosystem, but much of that activity is moving to Layer 2s which are much faster and cheaper (and offer an entirely new design space unconstrained by the trilemma).
