PNTM per today's 10-Q money left over after redemptions is only $262mil, from $700mil. As much as I used to love this play, I'm not touching it with a 100 foot pole.

Took a look at old friend PNTM and saw that Burak Alici left as lead director but was replaced by someone else at his firm QVIDTVM. Not a good sign but interesting it was someone at the same company.

SABSW holder here. 🤡Sold so many for so long and it’s still a joke. DCA, etc. earnings any day now. Just know I am glad that I swapped my warrant trading ways back in June, but it is still not a bed of roses. On some level it’s a straight spray and pray for warrant warriors on pre-DA. I’m too focused on individual tickers. Sure, some have printed heavy figures for me, but they’re so illiquid that I justify bag holding as an excuse to exit on a volume pump, more than a price pump. 😅😬🤡 I still enjoy watching the various tickers from the sidelines, vicariously. PNTM was one of my absolute favorites. Sure hope it works out for you guys.

PNTM has to DA next week or they’re all liars , and I will be forced to send them a very strongly worded tweet. Buying a ton of warrants on a gamble, we’ll see what happens.

I just figured out why there’s so much FUD on the main page. Most likely folks got their itemized tax information from their brokerages. 😅 I guess some folks are salty, my only real shocker was that I somehow managed to make $6452 off my PNTM warrants at some point. Guess I forgot about that play. I mean my heart goes out to folks who held through mergers or didn’t hedge and we all have losses, but I would have lost a great deal more money if it wasn’t for the daily thread. So…cheers. sold a little more PNTM, reduced warrants by 40%. i’ve been burned so many times i don’t wanna risk it. gonna let the rest ride though.
$PNTM Extension approved with 25,347,160 shares remaining. 43.7 million shares (63.3%) were redeemed. So tough to say how much that will impact the current LOI. But overall that is pretty impressive to have that much remaining.
PNTM has been very quiet lately. Before the redemptions/extension they stated they would announce a DA sometime Q1. Anyone know if the redemptions will cause a serious problem with announcing a DA?

PNTM with about $250m after extension. Getting a bit of FOMO after selling my warrants. Still think there’s a good chance they drop after a length of no news, but probably should’ve held on to some.

Not to the same extent to my knowledge but PNTM is doing a monthly contribution. "Interest on the Trust Account is variable and is currently expected to be approximately 3.0% per annum." So if it is a 6 month extension it is 1.5% increase if I read it correctly. But I could be wrong I strongly still struggle with SEC Filings.
As much as I would like to reenter PNTM if it does not take off prior to my wash sale timeline, this was actually in reference to CFIV. I entered warrants today as they recently extended to June and seem like they will get something no matter what (which might not be a good thing). I am very surprised with the LOI that PNTM is holding up on hood volume. I have minor regrets for selling, but was happy with 0.20 and am a bit nervous about the vote right before liquidation day. Hoping it drops to like 0.10 for a reentry (sorry)

You definitely might be spot on, I just need it to go up like 3 more cents for my cost average of 44,000 warrants lol. Been my best day in the stock market in like a year with SNAX and PNTM warrants up a nice percentage. Can't wait to lose it all tomorrow.
I will preface this with saying I am always wrong, but I feel pretty good selling between 0.20-0.22 today. This LOI pop is basically what recent DA pops have been. Unless an amazing DA comes, I think this is it. CCIV/LCID, DCRC/SLDP, HCIC/Plus we’re all rumor plays where waiting for the DA was the wrong move. Also CCV recently had a big pop on big volume with an LOI and is now under 0.10. I held PNTM for a real so am rooting for you but I didn’t have it in me to hold after going 0.90 to 0.02 to 0.20. Also I had a fairly large position so needed the liquidity today. Good luck!

PNTM was always one of my highest conviction, "these dudes wont fail" names. Good to see this happen, even if it is occurring after warrantmageddon.
All of us PNTM warrant holders magically pray that this target gets people excited about SPACs again. I have lost all faith but prove me wrong SPAC Gods!
PNTM front loading was a bit subtle so it got leaked but only to few. Oh well good luck to everyone and book your god damn profits.
