Just found this from a Japan Corporate News(on Fidelity) article last month, "The new intellectual property, which is owned by ReElement Technologies, is based off of research, development, and patent creation that is funded by Royalty Management (RMCO.NaE), and Royalty Management (RMCO.NaE) will receive an ongoing royalty from any sales of rare earth or any other key elements that are refined using the new patents, in the amount of 0.5% of all gross sales." It keeps going on to say RMCO will keep funding their research for separating different metals, and RMCO will be able to deploy RLMT's tech to the mines they have contracts with in different parts of the world. I know this is a late response my bad.

There are substantial inter-subsidiary agreements with ReElements within Arec for offtake and refining. Arec owns 9% of RMCO too. But it seems rmco royalties on ReElements are probably substantial and growing but what are they specifically? There are several other unique assets in RMCO that I frankly like but it's like buying an ETF sort of. I think I'll split between them too

Oh yeah, I’ve been on both AREC and RMCO. I’m just betting harder on RMCO, they’re both great stocks though! I explain in the post my concerns with AREC, but I still think it’s a good option! Glad to hear others are doing well too!

ReElement isn't listed yet, but RMCO can be bought on the open market. RMCO has contracts for royalties on anything separated using ReElement's tech. Yeah I agree it will go crazy

Look at stocks between $1-2, good market cap, trade volume and relatively stable PE ratio. Tons of those stocks are hitting for me rn, PROK, CISO, RMCO, MAPS, CTMX. I flipped to a strategy of targeting stocks that I think are undervalued and in prime manipulation territory. OPEN caught my eye at .50 in June as part of this strategy.

I groked it... Royalty Management Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: RMCO) is not a subsidiary of American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: AREC). They are separate entities, though they have collaborated on investments, such as their joint participation in the Series A funding round for Advanced Magnetic Labs, Inc. in 2023. Regarding Bitcoin investment, Royalty Management Holding Corporation has announced a Bitcoin Treasury Strategy and expansion into Bitcoin mining and AI compute infrastructure. Posts on X from July 7, 2025, confirm RMCO's intent to allocate excess cash into Bitcoin and other digital assets as part of a formal treasury management policy. Additionally, RMCO's 2024 financial results mention investments in alternative currencies like Bitcoin for long-term appreciation. There is no direct evidence from the provided information that American Resources Corporation (AREC) is investing in Bitcoin. AREC focuses primarily on battery metals, rare earth elements, and carbon for the electrified economy and infrastructure market, with no mention of Bitcoin investments in the available data. In summary, RMCO is indeed pursuing Bitcoin investments, but it is not a subsidiary of AREC, and there is no confirmation that AREC itself is investing in Bitcoin.
