Bag holder, averaging down hoping for a miracle or lose even more Whenever ppl post something, at least do some research before decide to go in. Invest with the money you can afford to lose! At least, you won’t feel the pain! Set your expectation! 20-30% gain then you’re done for the day! If you missed today, there always tomorrow to ride on! If you bag holding, make sure you did proper research - potential dilution, incoming major news, sufficient cash to operates? Only bag holding stocks that have strong fundamentals! Some of my bag holding wins with strong fundamentals ESPR bought at 1.5 and adding on every drop and it’s now sitting at 4. Sold share at 3.2 and added call options and sold it. I’m looking forward to next year on their blockbuster drugs. Looking for to 6.00 before end of April 2026. I’m hoping Sheldon to do another offering and let the price tank, and I will get the dip price! Otherwise if need to buy if the price drop below 4 RZLT massive drop over 80% due to phase 3 failed. Added at the huge dip with cost at 0.96 and now I’m sitting at >170% unrealised gain. Looking forward to 3.x before selling all. Sufficient cash - >150mil and still have another upcoming phase 3. Upcoming PDUFA approval in December; VNDA - great fundamentals total of 3 PDUFA including upcoming on this month. management rejected multiple offers on buyout. OTLK - this shit if it tank, I’m ok as I put small amount in it. But likely to approve as this is Class 1 resubmission.
So is there a dead cat bounce play with RVPH? Its trading about 30 cents, 50% down from yesterdays, during premarket. Their press release this AM stated: "*Subject to sufficient financing, we plan to initiate RECOVER-2 in the first half of 2026".* That financing is going to be hella dilutive, and they will certainly have to give up the bulk of any schizophrenia revenues the drug may eventually bring in. Look at recent examples of RZLT, IRBT - dead cat bounces for 10 to 30% (if you can time well and buy close to the bottom) happen pretty regularly.
I was in at 1.31 on RZLT, I wish I had never sold 🤦♂️

Yeah you could be right but I’ve noticed that when a stock dumps like that it’s usually exaggerated and in the case of RZLT I believe they still have some value despite the failure. Purely speculation on my part though, I know absolutely nothing about what I’m saying but I’ve been right before 😆
Anybody have any thoughts on RZLT. I bought 3,800 shared @ 1.31 and could’ve sold for a 1000 dollar profit when it peaked at about 1.55. Do you think I made a huge mistake not cashing out because that was my original plan when I bought shares

I don't own them. Never even heard of RZLT until today. Responded to you below, baby.
They have $152 million in cash. They don't need to dilute. I'm giving this turd a month or so to shake out and will revisit. They have another Phase 3 and a Phase 2 going now. I'm not touching it for at least a few weeks, but it may turn out that buying RZLT at these levels turns out to be a classic "buy when there is blood in the streets" move.
RZLT announced Phase 3results that missed endpoints and stock dumped 90% today (from $10.91 to $1.50). Some of us on this board (including me) have invested hard into biotechs with potential news catalysts this month. Todays RZLT dump is harsh reminder of what can happen to biotech stocks when the news comes out but it turns out not be a catalyst but a massive explosive diarrhea bowel movement. se
What's the likelihood RZLT announces a dilution for fundraising after their failed phase 3? Anyone any thoughts? They like to drop that PR at 4PM typically.

RZLT is coming out with its topline data for its phase 3 clinical trial very, very soon. I promise nothing, but I would suppose a 50% upside if the results are good (which they are predicted to be) if you guys want a DD lmk
Just googled it, they are backed by a really good CMO (chief medical officer, the guy who actually oversees research) and an OK CEO. The product itself however is really... not fantastic looking. they are burning case on 3 phase 3 clinical trials, notorious for being the most expensive of the phases, and only one of them has data that I personally would say "looks good" This isnt a suggestion to invest or not, frankly the market right now is based on hopes and dreams, but I personally will not be investing. I am currently in RZLT, RVPH, and SLS (this last one I am not as confident in). again, not financial advice.
Same, but I like the stock. Also it poped on open insider cluster buys for penny stocks. So far all the pharma stuff ive picked were of that logic and they all did okay. Theres also SLBD, RZLT, TNYA. Theyre knida inflated now but they were way lower 7 month ago.

this is diabolical but I got in at 30 cents with 420 shares and that was ONLY because I happen to invest in battery stocks since they seem to be doing good and because phatGPT said I should watch it like 2 weeks ago. I literally was down on it till 2 days ago. If you want my terrible advice on what to "get in on" next my general advice is you should pick an area to get knowledgeable in, in my case my sibling does power stuff and I do biopharma, then watch inside investors and keep an eye out for any news. For example, on my side of things BCDA which nobody is talking about just had like a bazillion inside trades AND a really good meeting with the japanese FDA pre-3rd stage clinical trial results. So while its down right now I think maybe it'll go up soon. if it doesnt, no worries because I'm invested in RZLT and a couple others as well, so as long as one of those does well I'll make net profit. This is also how Venture capitalists make their billions.

What’s the thesis behind SLS ? I vaguely remember this stock but remember being pretty bearish. I like $IVVD & $RZLT quite a bit.
I'm eyeing some of these stocks as well but I mostly track small to med cap stocks since I only do small positions and swing trade. I have separate watchlist on biotech and pharma stocks and set up alerts on google, yfinance, and levelfields which helped me a lot and saw that there are lots of breakthrough therapies that are worth watching: MRUS - Merus N.V. DNLI - Denali Therapeutics Inc. RZLT - Rezolute, Inc. VIR - Vir Biotechnology, Inc. HCM - HUTCHMED (China) Limited STOK - Stoke Therapeutics, Inc. REPL - Replimune Group, Inc.

First comment ever on stock market Reddit, but I’ve heard nothing about RZLT, it’s ^365% in the last 6 months and just completed P2 trials with positive results. Anyone know why it’s never mentioned? I’m up 30% since last week
