SBFM currently trading at $1.35 is about to have an epic run. Approaching 4OM in revenue, 72 high value generic drugs, mRNA liver cancer therapy in pipeline trading at 6M market cap. Currently cannot complete an offering due to Baby Shelf Rule restrictions which will be lifted once the float value exceeds 75M ($15.27 per share). Float is only 4.9M. Near term catalysts include Q4 earnings which will be best Q in company history, IND announcement for liver cancer therapy which is imminent and/or US expansion announcement via Florida 804 SIP first state to approve Canadian generic imports and where the company recently relocated their headquarters. Many gaps to fill to the upside. Anticipating a run to $20 plus probably settle in the $5-$7 range.

6.8 million is a small float, but not "insanely" small any stretch. Just off the top of my head I can come up with a half dozen stocks that are often mentioned on this subreddit and have much smaller floats: FGL 4.84 CYCU 2.42 BCTX 1.67 SBFM 4.90 NUWE 1.63 IQST 3.29 Also, this is not currently "near the bottom of a massive range". LFS 52-week low is $1.68. Current price of almost 6 is nowhere near that. This is that stock that had an insane something like 800% run over a single 24 hr period a few weeks ago. That $12.49 52 high at the top of the range held for all of like 10 minutes. In the month before that insane run the range (from its IPO to the day before the run happened) the range was $1.68 to $4.20, and the trend was clearly downward ($4.20 was Oct 17 and $1.68 was Nov. 10). LFS could have another insane run. But there is no way to predict that, just like there was no way to predict the first run. Betting an another run like happened a few weeks is gambling, which is totally fine, just don't pretend it anything but that.
