The company is being uplisted onto nasdaq. Globalink facilitated the move. Globalink has sponsor shares that they were given & authorized to sell immediately. This is why there was so much fuss & the price initially shot up, but the misunderstanding (mine as well until I researched) was that there were no sponsor shares in the float. The play is to buy in toward the bottom (hopefully in the $.90βs but weβll see in the AM after the market opens), wait for sponsors to sell the last of their shares, & then wait for retail & algorithms to buy into the small float. This has caused a squeeze on SPAC stocks previously (see TOP, SHPH, & GNS). The squeeze would (theoretically) last from the time between when the sponsor finishes selling shares & when the company files an S-1 that allows them to freely trade the rest of the float. I have ChatGPT scanning the SEC website for an S-1 filing every 15 minutes, as that would indicate that itβs likely time to exit. This is all based on my own research & postulating, so take it with a grain of salt. But go look at the aforementioned charts if youβd like to see what *could* happen. If the company files the S-1 prior to the sponsors selling off their shares, it could potentially squash things. Weβll see!
DD/thesis: ALPS should squeeze up sometime between tomorrow & next Wednesday. Sponsors are almost done selling off from the merger. Between the time that the Sponsors are done selling & the S-1 is filed, the supply will be extremely low & their sell wall will no longer be suppressing the price. This will be a similar progression to TOP/GNS/SHPH when they were Uplisted. NFA, just my theory based on research. The aforementioned stocks all saw a massive squeeze once sponsor sell-off was complete.

How do you guys confidently trade in pre-market? I thought my mistake was not buying stocks early enough so I bought SHPH at $0.49 and it dropped the rest of the day. Is the best play just to wait for market open and keep an eye out for movers like NXTT and ASST?

HWH is bound for a big move this week! I think it might move like ZJYL that went from $9 something to over $255 in less than 2 months. A $900 investment turned to $25,000. Made a lot of money on that one. Im also keeping and eye on FCEL, ASAN, MOBX, SHPH, NSTG and FGEN. Not everyday names.
NIR, FGEN I see had nice history but I wouldn't get into them now. SHPH did pretty well today but the volume is very low compared to average.

You are correct in regards to Chinese stocks. Some of us have bought it on the low some time ago including SJ, ATXG, MEGL, SHPH and etc and we step sell on the pump and take profits. Learned from FOMO and YOLO mistakes before so we are just step selling now instead of buying.
I'm in on SHPH. I believe it will recover nicely. Nothing flat-lines that fast with zero traces of media bad news.
I bought SHPH when it IPO opened at $24. Sold some at $80. Then watch a bunch of my position dwindle to nothing. Would love to see this bitch ride again.
