SK Hynix $SKYH Earnings Shed Light on Memory Capacity and Demand
will SNDK and MU come green today after SKHY results? Probably not despite great earnings. Analysis

My favorite Bond movie is SKHY Fall
Wtf why is SKHY still trading at 30% premium
Did SKHY fail or something?
Not even BTS could save this if they announced they had personally brokered a deal between Iran and Trump, and told everyone to buy SKHY
They going to realize SKHY is a competitor to MU and showed why MU is much better any second now right?? 🥺
Didn't expect SKHY to threaten $100 before SPCX
I’m not a memory bul but genuinely why would you even buy SNDK or MU or SKHY at this point
i am a paper handed bitch and worked out AH before skhy released earnings. Bought and traded SKHY after hours for a few hundy gains https://preview.redd.it/gpurcnbyi3gh1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=48d221bdbd6685c94f178f397c5c71d672548dbd
Oh really is that why STX is still holding green while SKHY is down 12%. Earnings absolutely matter, the CapEx from MAG7 matters and so does the language used regarding supply shortage outlook, LTA’s, etc. SNDK & MU are getting slaughtered partially from being in ETF’s with these Korean stocks with their retarded overleveraged retail traders getting liquidated.
The fact that AAPL is my largest individual stock holding is the only thing preventing me from completely wanting to die for buying SKHY at IPO.
how the fuck did SKHY dropped like 30% in just a few days?
There are poor bastards here who bought SPCX at 220 and SKHY at 170.
Bought my first SKHY tranche at $120
SKHY should really have a share buyback program. Crazy they just print $60B and then just shrug while the stock gets dumped
That’s why you trade perps on Hyperliquid. 24/7 trading on synthetic oil, synthetic NASDAQ 100. I just put $100 on $SKHY short with 6x leverage & it mooned like hat 🧢 w/dog until I got stopped out bc I put risk at 2% and profit at 6% instead of 3% and 10%. I was up a LOT and cashed out initial investment but then got taken out and ended up with a 95% return. I’m new, just learning.
For anyone buying the SKHY, take a look at Korean(000660) and European ticker(HY9H) they literally 30% cheaper for shares of the same company
Gonna pick up SKHY at 115 at this rate 🤗
I full ported one of two trading accounts into SKHY (-30%), Samsung (-30%), MU (-20%) and TSM (-12%) in June and have about 20% in DRAM stocks in another one (-20%). How cooked am I?
Such a packed day tomorrow holy... MSFT, META, QCOM, ARM, SKHY and FOMC. Any bad news will remove the buy button from semis
Kk. Just saying. Trying to get a differing opinion. I myself, I'm leveraged on MU, SKHY, GLW, and SOXL, using margin, but not margin called yet. If anything I'll be the reason this thing cracks cuz I bought the top.
AI bubble crash is good for future AI-technology. All look for ROI. Once AI bubble crash, all hardware parts & cost of GPU, CPU & memory drop hard. Many datacenters expansion cost lower, economy grow all sectors instead of just few narrow AI stocks. $SKHY $MU $NVDA $SNDK $SMH and many crash like Dotcom-2000
Yo probably extremely dumb but SKHY calls at open tomorrow? I can’t imagine they don’t have blowout earnings.
its like -1.3% for SKHY
Is SKHY down 13% a normal swing or bad?
SKHY on korea has fallen 13% the ADR only fell 4% meanwhile SNDK is down 5.18% and sucking ass
Some wonder if SPCX IPO was the top signal? Some wonder if was SKHY, but we still got several other trillion dollars IPOs like Anthropic, OpenAI, Anduril...Surely there's enough exit liquidity still available, we can't call a top yet, sheesh
Just shorted 1 share of SKHY. It can now go up. Tryna help you guys
SKHY gapping down tonight , where is support / good buy price to get in ?
Do I load up on SKHY in overnight to get in on the Korean action?
No that’s the competitor for MU and SKHY. There’s another one against Kioxia and SNDK
SKHY earnings tomorrow LMAO
CMXT will kill the entire NAND industry. It will rip out the spines of SNDK and SKHY and WDC like the Predator As opposed to last week, or two months ago, when we literally knew everything we know now about CMXT but it wasn't going to do that. Mr Market feeling spicy
SKHY earnings are more important
Whos full porting SKHY
No SKHY, that is the wrong direction! Is there even going to be a bigger sell off at earnings? Guess I’m holding long term.
I'm not exactly trying to panic sell. I'm wondering when is the right time to convert to SKHY instead of holding the Korean ETF. FLKR is 27.4% SK Hynix. Thanks.
Imagine the atrocities those Koreans gonna commit to SKHY later…
I'm currently holding FLKR which I bought with piss poor timing (avg $66). My intention was to hold SK Hynix before the IPO. Should I sell now and buy SKHY or wait for something? Is the spread shrinking?
time to go full port SKHY?
This was a major concern, but apparently SKHY's 4 additional mega chip fabs in the south of the country are already covered by excess power production. They just need to build the power grids to the new site. They announced 2 large nuclear power plants + 1 SMR to cover Samsung + SKHY's 6 chip fabs near Seoul (Yongin Cluster),and will announce even more early next year + I think something like 6 nuclear power plants have or are planned to come back online. \+ Korea announced they'd increase renewable energy production from what is now 30GW to 100 GW by 2030, then 150 by 2035
MY, SNDK, SKHY are not coming back up FOR A WHILE
To be clear I only own $SKHY for memory. I sold my $DRAM position on Tuesday. I only want to own the market leader in this market environment. I think these funds are well past just buying $DRAM and $SOXX. They only want to own the market leader. My worthless 2 cents investing thesis.
SKHY$200 stock. Yeah in 3035 when due to inflation a gallon of gas costs 4 million dollars.
Someone sniffing out China's CXMT and YMTC memory prospects and dumping MU and SKHY, no other explanation for this unwarranted carnage.
SKHY securing HMB4 with Nvidia and furthering their large DRAM market share lead over Micron should hurt Micron but it won't
Are you not worried about the looming arbitrage trade between 000660 and SKHY when shares can be converted starting on the 29th? This should create some level of mechanical selling in SKHY, even if the valuations never go equal (see TSMC with TSM and 2330).
Interestingly no TSM, SKHY, ASML, NVO. They can’t do ADRs?
SKHY earnings report is Tuesday night and Samsung is Wednesday right?
Brother SKHY is down almost 50% in the past month+, this shit is way too volatile to pin on any singular event at this point
SKHY down almost 4% since open, blood red open on semis incoming I fear
Same as last week... calls tomorrow until mid-week, poots Wednesday to Friday Buy shares of SKHY for earnings 29th This is financial hindrance
I thought SKHY was this week…?
Yes exactly. People forget that SKHY and TSMC were no-names before the respective governments started propping them up. As long as the SK gov is behind Furiosa, it's going to be a long-term hold for me.
Why would SKHY commit to $250B in capex if hyperscaler spending is going to slow down? Who do you think places orders from SKHY? META: “we’re slowing down capex” SKHY: “Great! Let’s spend $250B on capex when we know demand is slowing down!”
SanDisk wasn’t really a regular IPO where insiders decide the selling price. It was a spinoff from a already publicly traded company called WDC. Therefore, SNDK IPO price was somewhat derived by public investors and already kind-of had a price discovery unlike new IPOs. That also means that alot more years and years of historical fundamentals data was available even from the dates before the IPO, which does not happen with regular IPOs. $SKHY IPO is same as $SNDK. And are the same as SPCX or FIG or CBRS or anything else
