hi u/planetearth80 ! Yes, it's all in hindsight. I personally use the daily/overnight charts do help identify stocks and companies I hadn't heard of. Just as an example, last week TEVA started hitting the site on the daily/overnight timeframe and it's done decently over the past week, and it could keep climbing over the coming months. So maybe it's worth buying options for? It also helps you find which options are seeing movement across the whole market, over several days. Options screeners might show you some like CVNA calls for today, but if stock move less dramatically over several weeks but really pump up the options values, our site will catch those. Ultimately it's up to you how you use it or view the data of course, past results don't indicate future, etc.

Analysts have a "Buy" consensus rating for Teva, with an average 12-month price target of $23.75 (based on 8 analyst reports). Another source, using a slightly different methodology, indicates an average price target of $24.71 with a forecasted upside of 30.96% from the current price. I watched all the know it alls tell me this stock was worthless as it was achieving milestone after milestone. And I realized 99% of the people on here aren’t doing analysis- they are gambling. They don’t invest long in companies - they trade in and out. They don’t understand how to commit to actual value or even how to evaluate it. For instance, one know it all in this very thread is telling me “those factor are already priced in” and that “this has a PE ratio of 80” implying it is overvalued right now. Horrible, horrible analysis. You don’t evaluate a growing company based on earnings - you base it on revs. Now, he could argue my valuation by offering his own analysis, but the people on this board never do that. They make emotional statements and wrap them in the appearance of logic. When he said “already priced in” - how? What metric did he use? What was the value of each drug and how did each one apply to the prior value of the stock? Then people will compare it to Teva on the flip side and completely discount the history of both companies. Teva was almost run in to the ground by the founders son after he used it as a piggy bank and ran up a whole bunch of debt on deals that weren’t priced right. Now that the new CEO is in TEVA, they are performing wonderfully….but they still have like $17 or $18 billion in debt. So comparing ELTPs value if we hit similar revenue is silly….because we have zero debt as of June 2nd, unless Nasrat extended the Notes, but if so that’s still only like $2 or $3 million of debt. Oh, and btw, another HUGE sign to invest in a company. When the debt on the company is lent by a board member and another $1 million by the CEO. Huge signs that a C suite will do everything they can to make the company successful.

But now with the new bio equivalence for a $27 billion dollar drug...I'm not sure how you get to anything less than $5.25 to $7. TEVA is $18 ish dollars and they are STRADDLED with debt. We have none...

Yes I am in PLTR, AR, SHOP, TEVA. Took some Shop calls today off the low and bagged a quick buck there. My rule is max 5 trades at a time so with 4 longs it leaves me a spot to play with some options. One at a time. Just my rules. We gotta have rules. I like watching my account grow.
Historically speaking whenever tech goes down oil stocks rise. If you are expecting a pullback in tech that would be a good place to start. I am not currently invested in any gas or oil stocks but now wouldn’t be a terrible time to start looking. Oil always goes down and it always comes back up. I think generic drug companies are in for a decent run. Over 70% of US adults take prescription drugs and 90% of those prescriptions are generic. These same companies fell out of favor during the opioid epidemic and then took a backseat to vaccines during the pandemic. Currently TEVA, HIMS, and ELTP are all sitting near multi year highs. Last time the industry went on a run it lasted a decade.

I had a 30k loss in crypto because i fell asleep at my computer at 1 am. i woke up 3 hours later as some bad news had broke and the coin went to nearly nothing. Crypto is more risky more like buying options but the 24 hour trading is wild. If it’s like crypto then get set to set your alarms for 1:00 am and 4:00 am. as the european markets and the asian markets get rolling. Volumes rise around these times. These is especially for anyone who swing trades but also as of now when news breaks you have an opportunity to get into the mix generally speaking with the 911 selling or the fomo buying. When the news and the trading go hand and in in nearly real time it’s quite exhausting and thrilling but also wildly exhausting and can be quite risky if you miss something in the overnight hours. good luck to all. i guess buying stock in TEVA the maker of Adderall for your next move

Hahaha thank you for your warm welcome. Thankfully I also invested in $TEVA when every pharmacy I called told me they’ve been out of Adderall for 3 months. TEVA produces Adderall so that was my motivation… and it’s nice to have any sort of motivation when I don’t have my brain power.

The company makes generic drugs. The initial price run up was caused by their successful label launch in August 2023. The company has had YOY record breaking revenue since 2019. They just leased a building to use as a packaging/storage facility with the intent of being able to triple their manufacturing capability. They are planning on launching approved drugs through the end of the year and have drugs with submitted applications with the FDA awaiting approval (including generic Vyvanse). Many of the generic drugs they currently manufacture are in shortage. Right now even $TEVA, the leading global generic drug manufacturer, is trading near a multi-year high price.
We can and do compete on price. We have a manufacturing contract with TEVA. TEVA PE ratio is misleading. I think their stock has doubled recently and they recently were running at a loss. Another generic, I think it’s HYVCA or something is at a 32 PE. Epic pharma got bought at 5x revs. An investment is good only relative to its value. This should be a very safe 10x. ADAP is losing money, has a higher market cap already than ELTP, has lost 90% of value over the last 3 years, and is most likely hanging on the hopes of a drug approval. Sounds like a hope and dream. I’ll stick with ELTP. I invest in stocks and gamble in Vegas.
Most generic drug companies are in India. You can’t compete on price with them. TEVA is the largest generic drug company is Israeli and has a PE of 7. This is a specialty pharma play. It may be undervalued but I don’t think you can expect miracles here. My own opinion here. $ADAP is a far better play imo.
This one I believe. Has a biosimilar to ABBVIE biggest selling drug. Has a patent on that. FDA approved. Strong pipeline. Working with TEVA and got additional equity of 174 m usd race with many investors wanting to invest more. Stock has some issues due to low flow and concentrated ownership. Easy to read about
