Bought UAMY today thinking I was hitting the dip. Here I am 5% down on that idea. So tomorrow I cry watch it dip more along with TNXP continuing it's death spiral and I'm praying my positions in UPS and RKLB and TPST hold up.

We did diligence on this. Tempest is part of Roche's MORPHEUS-LIVER umbrella program for HCC. Umbrella programs are how Roche and big pharma tests multiple drugs -- not just Amezalpat -- without marrying any one clinical stage biotech prematurely. This is NOT to predict what will happen to TPST. It may pop, and it may not. We simply wanted to educate the market on our findings. Please do your own research. We simply lacked conviction over the facts below, but others may see more hope: 1. "Dating" multiple biotechs is standard operating procedure for Roche. Google the MORPHEUS-LIVER program. 2. After recent trial results, Roche elected not to provide financial backing and only offer free drugs so TPST can continue trials. This is not bullish, but again, also not proof that TPST-1120 is doomed. Good luck to all.

Consider adding Tempest Therapeutics (TPST) to your watchlist: • Close Price: $0.9404 • Volume: 3.37M (below the average of ~4.77M). • Market Cap: ~$8.9M. • Key Note: After its dramatic run earlier this year, TPST is consolidating but remains speculative, driven by biotech catalysts. Recent developments around its cancer therapies could trigger future momentum, i guess volume increase will push price much higher (analysts predictions are around $15) Fits well with the speculative nature of your list!

It’s been two weeks since my initial post, and what a ride it’s been for Tempest Therapeutics (NASDAQ: TPST). The recent price action has been volatile (no surprises in biotech), but my conviction in the long-term potential remains as strong as ever. Here’s where things stand now: 📈 Price Swings Don’t Deter the Fundamentals The recent pullback seems driven more by broader market jitters and low liquidity than any fundamental change in TPST’s outlook. These kinds of swings are common in small-cap biotech stocks, especially those with upcoming catalysts. For me, the current dip is just a better entry point for those who missed the initial move. 📰 Key Catalysts Still on the Horizon No major news has dropped yet, but we’re still anticipating additional data readouts in the near term. These could be game-changing if the results align with the promising early data from Phase 1/2 trials. Remember, biotechs often trade sideways—or even down—before major news; patience is key. 💡 Strong Hands Prevail I’ve seen no insider selling or material shifts in strategic partnerships, which suggests confidence from those closest to the company. 🎯 My Take The volatility over the past two weeks has been a test of nerves, but my bullish thesis hasn’t wavered. The combination of an undervalued stock price, upcoming catalysts, and a growing immuno-oncology market keeps TPST firmly in my portfolio. As always, this is a high-risk, high-reward play, but the potential upside is far too compelling to ignore. Disclosure: Still long on TPST and adding on dips. DYOR and be prepared for the ride, but I believe the destination will be worth it.

I think the recent news that Roche will partner on Phase III by supplying their component of the combo therapy at no cost is meaningful. That should reduce the cash burn for TPST through the next phase quite significantly and should be considered. Also, the TPST decision to extend their poison pill protection has likely dampened any buy-out interest from big players. The CEO (Brady) is walking a tightrope, but being he's a seasoned and successful veteran of this market space I think he knows exactly what he is doing. The longer they can hold out and prove efficacy, the more they can eventually sell the company for to one of the big players. But beware, this is likely a long play and not one for a quick flip. Be prepared to hold on till at least Q4 of 2025. Something could drop in the meantime, but I am in for the long haul.

gGood questions—there’s a lot to unpack here. Here are my thoughts. If it comes to recent Analyst Activity Yes, it’s definitely interesting that one analyst downgraded while another still maintains a high price target. This kind of divergence in opinion is pretty common in biotech, where valuations are driven more by expectations of future data and catalysts than by current fundamentals. • Downgrade: The analyst downgrade could be a reaction to perceived risks, like concerns about funding for Phase 3 trials or doubts about the strength of the latest clinical data. Biotech stocks are often downgraded when analysts sense uncertainty or delays in clinical milestones. • Bullish Target: On the flip side, the bullish analyst could be holding out based on a belief in the upcoming data or potential for a partnership. A high price target suggests they see a strong risk-reward balance if Tempest’s lead candidate shows positive results or if they secure additional funding. Regarding My Entry Point & Pessimism in June: I got in around the $1,1. For those watching TPST earlier this year, June was definitely a rough time, and here’s why: • June Sell-Off: The stock faced significant pessimism around June due to mixed sentiment about the initial Phase 1/2 data readouts. Investors were uncertain whether the early trial results were strong enough to justify the company’s market cap at the time. Additionally, concerns around cash burn rates and the lack of a clear path to Phase 3 funding led to a lot of selling pressure. • Market Conditions: June was also a tough month for the broader biotech sector. Rising interest rates and risk-off sentiment made investors hesitant to hold speculative stocks, especially those with cash flow concerns. That likely added fuel to the fire. My thoughts on Upcoming Catalysts: As for upcoming news, here’s what I’m keeping an eye on: • Additional Data Readouts: Tempest is expected to release further clinical trial data by the end of Q4. If those results are positive, it could be a significant catalyst that validates their combination strategy and attracts potential partners. • Partnership/Collaboration Announcements: A deal with a larger pharma company to co-fund Phase 3 trials could be a game-changer. This is definitely something the bulls are hoping for, especially if TPST continues to show promising results in combination with Roche’s therapies. • Earnings Call/Corporate Updates: Keep an eye out for the next earnings call or any investor presentations. Companies often use these to announce strategic updates or hint at upcoming milestones. I’m holding for now, but as always with biotech, it’s a risky play. Just need to stay tuned for those data updates!

You raise some great points, and this is definitely worth diving into. Here’s how i see the things: 1. Testing in Combination with Roche’s Drugs Yes, it’s true that $TPST has been testing their lead asset, TPST-1120, in combination with Roche’s therapies. But this isn’t necessarily a red flag. In oncology trials, especially in immuno-oncology, it’s quite common to test new drugs in combination with established treatments. This approach is actually strategic—it’s often done to enhance the efficacy of both treatments. Why combinations? • Standard of Care: As you pointed out, testing in combination is often necessary to avoid denying patients access to the current standard of care. Regulators and ethical boards generally require that patients in late-stage cancer trials receive the best-known therapies, so adding TPST-1120 to an existing treatment is a practical way to assess its added value. • Potential Synergies: If TPST-1120 can boost the effectiveness of Roche’s treatments, that could actually make Tempest a more attractive partner—or even an acquisition target—if the combination shows superior results. 2. Lack of Explicit Interest from Roche The comment claims that Roche hasn’t shown “meaningful interest” in TPST-1120, which is speculative. Large pharmaceutical companies like Roche typically take a wait-and-see approach until they see compelling clinical data. It’s worth noting that if Roche is allowing Tempest to run trials involving their own drugs, there’s already a level of implicit interest or support. • Early Stages: Biotech partnerships don’t always come with upfront commitments. Sometimes they’re exploratory, with an eye on potential collaboration or acquisition if the data is strong enough. Just because there’s no official agreement yet doesn’t mean there’s no interest. • Leverage for Phase 3 Funding: If TPST-1120 shows strong Phase 2 results, it could open the door to securing funding for Phase 3, whether through Roche, another partner, or even institutional investors. 3. Market Manipulation Accusation This accusation is common on platforms like Yahoo Finance whenever there’s a sudden spike in a stock price, especially in the biotech space. Yes, small-cap biotech stocks are more susceptible to price swings and volatility, sometimes fueled by speculative trading. However, labeling all positive price movements as manipulation ignores the fact that early clinical data can be a legitimate catalyst for investor interest. Conclusion: Mixed Bear and Bull Case You’re absolutely right that testing in combination can be seen as a double-edged sword. But it doesn’t necessarily make Tempest a “bear case”—it just means that their strategy relies on proving their asset’s value as an add-on therapy rather than a stand-alone one. If TPST-1120 can enhance the efficacy of Roche’s drugs, that could be a massive win. However, without clear indications of Roche or another partner stepping in to fund Phase 3, there’s definitely risk involved. Ultimately, it comes down to whether you believe in the strength of the upcoming data readouts. For high-risk biotech plays like this, it’s all about the data. If positive, it could validate the combination strategy and propel Tempest forward.

You got it! BITF: > Bitfarms Ltd. (BITF) is showing signs of short-term bullish momentum, driven by Bitcoin’s strong performance and anticipation of upcoming earnings, with a current price of $2.575. The technical indicators are supportive of this trend: the RSI is in overbought territory, suggesting strong buying pressure, while the MACD shows a positive histogram, indicating upward momentum. The stock has recently experienced increased volatility, likely due to speculation about a potential short squeeze, although this remains speculative without a clear catalyst. The broader market is in a robust uptrend, which could further support BITF’s price movement. For today’s trading session, consider a long position with an entry around $2.55, targeting $2.75 as the first price target and $3.00 as the second, with a stop loss at $2.40. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate, given the current momentum and market conditions, while the second target carries higher risk due to potential volatility. Overall, while optimism for short-term gains exists, caution is advised due to mixed sentiment and speculative nature. TVGN: > Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc. (TVGN) is experiencing a positive sentiment driven by its strategic partnership with Microsoft, enhancing its AI capabilities in drug discovery. Despite the bullish outlook, caution is advised due to its pre-clinical status and potential volatility. The stock’s recent price surge has been significant, but technical indicators like the RSI around 49 suggest it’s not overbought yet. The MACD histogram is negative, indicating bearish momentum, while the current price of $1.54 is below both the 10-day SMA ($1.76) and 20-day EMA ($1.63), suggesting potential downward pressure. Given the broader market’s robust uptrend, TVGN might see some support, but its low volume compared to the 65-day average indicates limited buying interest. For today’s session, consider a SHORT position with an entry at $1.54, targeting $1.40 first and $1.30 second, with a stop loss at $1.60. Confidence in the first target is moderate due to mixed technical signals, while the second target carries lower confidence given the speculative nature of biotech stocks. TPST: > Tempest Therapeutics, Inc. (TPST) is currently trading at $1.1199 with a market cap of approximately $27.98 million and a low trading volume compared to its 65-day average, indicating limited investor interest. The stock’s technical indicators show mixed signals: the 10-day SMA is below the current price, suggesting short-term bullishness, while the MACD histogram is positive, indicating potential upward momentum. However, the RSI values are approaching overbought levels, which could signal a pullback. Given the broader market’s robust uptrend driven by macroeconomic factors, TPST might experience some sympathy gains, but its lack of news and sparse sentiment data suggest caution. For today’s session, consider a long position with an entry around $1.11, targeting $1.15 as the first target and $1.20 as the second, with a stop loss at $1.05. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to the overall market strength, but the second target carries lower confidence given TPST’s low volume and lack of significant catalysts. Keep an eye on broader market movements and any emerging news that could impact TPST’s trajectory.

I bought TPST yesterday at like $4.20 or something. It went up to like $4.40 and I guess that was my time to sell. Thought it was going to run. I ended up selling at $4.00 for a small loss. When I looked back it was around $2 end of day. So I'm glad I sold. I started getting better at just selling quickly before losses get big. Usually holding even when down 20-50 percent is not a good idea. It just keeps going on most stocks. Best of luck to everyone! All 500 stocks on my watchlist look bad so far but I'm sure we get runners today. Just be careful it's Friday. People sell quickly on Fridays

And exactly never jump. I learned that the hard way also. It’s the leftover from the 4-7 market. If you go with Webull or IBKR you’re able to trade those hrs. You also need a scanner to know which penny stocks have the highest % gains. You don’t need charts for that. I never use charts and profit just as much if not more. It’s all in front of me. Greatest percent gain not greatest dollar amt. if I wanted charts right for future ADX & the “golden cross” coming, perfect squeeze day wouldn’t we seriously all be millionaires? The day FTD’s are due are much easier for stocks which have low volume so that one of the options for my chart. Instead of biggest percent gain there greatest volume movers well we know who those are. FAANG and hard to predict low volume but if you have a portfolio that’s shorted (that would suck but a lot of pharma is, that’s a good indicator middle of the month and end or first days) I was waiting for my stock to go up and I missed it Tuesday bc I was sick. Oh was I pissed. 5$ gain. And pulled back. But I’ll wait another 2 weeks no biggie. That’s what I look for. But day/swings. Require ZERO charts for me bc that’s how quick they are and I can watch the algo and figure it out. I just haven’t trusted myself and I know it lol. So I’m in this morning. But think I’m in too long bc I’m still not feeling well but also think this is a breakout stock. But just my opinion and no it’s not TPST. LOL. Although I do think that may soar today based on previous events.

r/ShortsqueezeSee Comment

Like I said bc it will probably pop. If not bc people made $ and are selling but I can’t see this popping just bc it’s TPST. That’s why I never buy during earnings. People always sell to re-buy lower. I learned this along the way my first w NVDA. Bought my first stock on margin w them for 63.00 and it tanked. Never to really see again for 8 mos. I kept buying and buying to the 30’s I was screwed. Then I sold and the next week it started to rise. I lost 750k. Now I have the chance to finally get some of that back lol. Omg if only right

I don’t care who “skier” compares to. I’m just glad I had the smarts to buy when the initial “trio” made deals in early January and bought low and lower last night in the .50’s and below. $HOLO was great. It just got too high. I feel people want affordability. $MLGO & $WIMI now have it. So for me I’ve kept buying on every dip! It’s the once a year thank you lord! Last year it was $TPST & I’ll compare it to that each time bc it was my once a year gift for 2023.

Personal. I’d be happy if it went back there. I had issues w Fidelity this AM, shocker preventing me from doing many things but I don’t have a personal preference. I’ve held $MLGO since the early .70’s (early Jan) and have most in the .50’s. My avg is .63. And $WIMI had on watch until this week so the same. I held not one share of $HOLO. I’m so thrilled for those that did. I know the feeling bc I was in at .60 with $TPST and had a great payday and know the feeling.

Pennystocks are NOT Investments. They are gambling on short term upticks. Day Trade them if you are trading on momentum and volatility, or at most swing Trade them. But always Set a stop loss (even if it is mentally). Never lose more than 15-20% on a single Trade. The Stock WONT bounce back right at your stop Limit. If these Stocks ever bounce back again, then maybe for 80-100% , AFTER they have already fallen 80%. And when they do, this is your Chance to get OUT. It is not he befinning of recoverey of the stock to old Levels. The only compony in that Portfolio that may grow is TPST,but as they are pharma, they need to dilute to receive money to pay for their research, until they get a drug with FDA approval or partnership with a big pharma company. I know what I talk about, because I experienced it myself and I know about the mental fallacies. I held HUB cyber security (Israeli security company, I thought that this field will grow in the future). from 3 to 0.3, hoping it will rebound any day , or talking myself into this stock being long term in investment. When the Gaza attack happened, the stock surely bounced up to 0.8 (now is down again to 0.2). So I may have been right, that there is potential in the stock, but only if you get in at the right time. If I had sold at a loss at 2.7, kept most of my money, and had gotten in again at 0.35 when the attacks happened, then sold in the run up to 0.8, then I would have been profitable. But by holding on to a falling knife. Especially if you get a lucky and a trade you make is green in the beginning, thendont let it turn red. Either sell while you can stil make profit, or at least break even. You can always try to get in again at a later point, but let it fall fist.

Not necessarily. There’s only .30 between the current price and what it’s at now. $TPST was at .58 when it ran to $8-9 the next day. This is a solid business deal that will hopefully keep the stock price stable and rising. None of this is FA it’s only speculation. It’s up to the public as to whether this continues on an upward trend. Those who have at .70 and below will only continue to profit from the increase and even buying now would continue profiting. My opinion is no one missed anything. I was in $TPST @ .99 and for days after continued to buy and sell thinking no way. 2000% increase?!? Well, friends thought they were too late at 2.00 and they were early. I learned never think I missed the train even if I break even. It was that one opportunity I saw that I made $, made with the $TUP debacle AH selling @ 7.25 and lost out on 100’s more out of fear. Learned “risk it for the biscuit “. May lose out but I’ll never win without trying. Best of luck.

Oh hey $TPST! I got lucky on that big boom a while back and sold off a good chunk at $6ish after missing out at the peak. Sold more at $4. Finally seeing break even on an oversized bag I kept now. That $23 mean target price out there though...

$TPST quietly making another run this past week…

I made good money on TTOO. 3k into 20k when it ran to .70's. Set a trailing stop loss when she starts running and let it ride. I honestly feel like TCBP will run hard like TPST did.

IND approval probably this week. They have a toxic free chemotherapy drug that specifically targets cancer cells while leaving healthy cells alone. They're already an established company in Europe and trying to get things going in the U.S. with FDA approval. They have a multimillion dollar facility where they make their own product and tons of great research already done by several European Ivy League schools. This company is way undervalued and with a float less than 10 mill, I can see this having a TPST type of run very soon. It's one of the rare tickers where I believe the target price will actually hit ($7).

[I called **BABY** before it rocketed 225%...](https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/179mtog/else_nutrition_massively_oversold_catalysts/) I'm now calling **TCBP** as the next big runner (TPST potential, IMO). A couple reasons why: 1. [This DSMB results news](https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/tc-biopharm-announces-successful-completion-of-safety-cohort-and-positive-dsmb-results-301986313.html) is not even remotely priced in. I don't understand why the market is sleeping on it. 2. [Acceptance of their IND application to the FDA](https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/tc-biopharm-announces-submission-of-investigational-new-drug-ind-application-to-us-fda-for-treatment-of-relapserefractory-aml-301962901.html) is due back in the coming days. This should be approved without issue as the same product is already in Phase 2B trials in the UK. 3. [The float size and market cap](https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=TCBP&p=d) is ludicrous when you understand the company's role in the future of cancer treatment (gamma delta T-Cell therapies). *As always, do your own DD. This is not financial advice.*

Can you afford losing that money? Every investment has a risk to it so I don't recommend putting in something you can't afford losing. I will say the risk to reward ratio is very solid for this ticker. It's just days away from FDA news. It will probably be this week. They're already an established company in Europe. They have their own multimillion dollar facility already producing what they're trying to get accepted by the USFDA. It's a revolutionary toxic free (leaves healthy cells alone) liquid cancer (leukemia) chemotherapy. It specifically targets cancer cells only. Tons of research backed by several European Ivy League schools. Once FDA IND approval news is dropped, the CEO has already said three big partners will be announced. This has all the makings to have a TPST type spike and stay in the multi dollar stage. My posts have been removed for mentioning another stock social media platform. I guess the mods are a bit TWITS about certain STOCK platforms😉. There's several people on there though that post some solid DD about the company and it's products. It's one of the rare price targets I believe will actually hit. It's currently at a $7 target. Once again, don't risk what you cannot afford to lose. After all, it's the stock market where BS happens all the time. Best of wishes to you friend.

Don't forget they're a british company with tons of their own ivy league research already in play. They have a toxic free chemotherapy for liquid cancers such as leukemia which the CEO has said if it works on one, it works on all. They have a several million dollar facility already producing their product which can be frozen and shipped to nurses all around the world to administer via IV in a person's own home. It's truly a radical product due to it targeting cancer cells only while not touching healthy cells. The CEO has already said they have 3 big partners they will announce once IND news drops soon. The potential for a TPST type run is monster here. Low float plus I've seen what looks to be hedge fund activity shorting the past few weeks but that only adds to the short squeeze when it decides to pump. Once again, they're already far ahead in their home country but have to go through the hoops of American FDA to get in this market. This ticker is one of the rare ones where I truly believe the target price might actually be achieved. It's currently at $7.

I’m a trade surveillance compliance analyst at a brokerage firm, it was crazy seeing the gains from several accounts that bought in a day earlier in TPST. The accounts never traded the sector or company before, tripled their net worth. Lots of SARs will be filed in the coming days 🤓

Exactly what happened when I bought 10k worth of TPST back in August. It flopped around, then dropped sharply. I was happy to see it rise again to where I broke even at some point in September, so I got out. It immediately plummeted again. I have never bought into penny stocks before and it felt like the stock might even plunge much further, so I was very happy I got out at the time. However, there was one day last month (I have blocked the precise day out of my memory) where the lid blew off the stock and it rose something like 3000% in one day! OUCH. I haven't looked at the stock price of TPST ever since that day, since it was so damn depressing.

What do ya'll think about holding $SGD? I was stubborn enough to keep all shares until closing with all those wild halts and just assummed I'd sell as soon as I saw a significant drop starting... which didn't happen. I got in at $1.27 after balkng at it when it was at .20 and then again at .70. What I'm really trying to say is, the last time I was in this predicimant was with TPST's big day back in October. It's a fancy handbag now...

TCBP could be the next TPST It took a hit from some online fud today but has been overall bullish and expect it to recover today's losses and continue it's uptrend. Btw, it's drug for leukemia has had fantastic results so far and there's even talks it's possibly effective against all cancers in the same way it's treated leukemia. It's actually one of the rare one's where I believe the price target might actually hit (7$)
