ULY announced a RS and BHAT announced a RS but they didn’t absolutely die like adtx or spgc so they might not do the “last breath” pumps lol

ULY's [next-generation yield-based pricing technology for surge pricing](https://beyondspx.com/article/urgently-inc-nasdaquly-driving-innovation-in-digital-roadside-assistance) is innovative but they're facing major debt issues with loans coming due in February and March 2025. Their network of 55 customer partners and 75,000 service providers shows decent scale but they just lost a major auto manufacturer contract and their liquidity ratios are concerning.
ULY stock is going to skyrocket soon. They have secured contracts....would be nice.
$ULY formerly OTMO had a reverse split @ 15/1 on August 7 resulting in a $4 share price give or take. Shares prior to split were trading around .30 to .40 so $4 post split seemed like a deal heading into merger with ULY, even knowing OTMO holders would only receive .5 shares after merger, which was a disaster. Share price basically got cut in half again for reasons unknown. The only thing I can figure is employees waiting a long time realized a nice gain and sold immediately. This was basically a spac that turned into another spac so who knows what the rules ended up being. All I know is this stock appears to be way undervalued. Urgent.ly makes money. I’m in the roadside industry and I know their volume of calls and growing market share. I went all in right before merger and immediately took a 50-60% haircut but I’m holding strong, glad I didn’t panic sell. This will eventually get ironed out. JMHO
