DO NOT USE CRYPTO.COM. PERIOD. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I wired a large sum of money to them exactly as directed on the app. A week later, it hadn't showed so I talked to MBC, the bank that handles their wire transfers, and they said everything was great and had forwarded my money to crypto.com 5 days previous and needed to talk to crypto.com. Over a month has gone by with 100+ chat messages to them with only automated responses. I reported them to the FTC for fraud and started blowing up their credit card 800 number as well (which they almost never answer). (30+ phone calls in the last week, only once did a human pick up the phone). When I finally spoke to an employee, I threatened to sue them, which earned me my first chat message back, just today! They wanted the wire transfer statement from my bank, so I sent it. Now, I am supposed to wait and see if they can find my money. They are fucking scammers and have 1% of the customer service employees they should for how much marketing they've done. I will get my money back and immediately remove it from their godforsaken app (worst UI on any financial app I've ever used). Fuck Crypto.com.
