Canadian expats in Thailand for example can now enjoy being double taxed on their pensions! Canada has a 25% withholding tax on OAS and CPP for expats living in non tax treaty countries such as Thailand so losing 25% right off the bat as well as Thailand now taxing their pension as well will not make them too happy that's for sure.
